The most wonderful house and pool area - the ideal surroundings for a vacation with friends and/or family! You’ll need a car, but good and family-friendly restaurants are nearby in Fivizzano. If you’re into bicycling the area will exite - and exhaust you 💪🏻 Highly recommended 😊

We had a very special stay in this fragrant and welcoming home, which exceeded all our expectations. The house is spacious, surrounded by greenery among the sounds of nature. The owner Roberta was incredibly kind, helpful and sunny, very attentive to details making us feel at home. We'll definitely be back !

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

The Apartement that we got in the villa was absolutely beautiful. Alessandro is very friendly, helpful and communicative. Just be aware, that this place should not be booked if you‘re not traveling by car. Otherwise absolutely lovely place out in nature to relax.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. “The stay in Costaborga was just fantastic! The apartment is just as in the pictures – very clean, stylishly decorated and super cozy. The location is ideal, in a quiet area, but still close to all major attractions. I especially liked the fireplace oven! The hostess was very friendly and attentive, gave us helpful tips before arrival and was always quickly available for questions. Everything has been thought of to make your stay enjoyable – from small extras like welcome snacks, coffee and toiletries to practical details like a simple check-in/check-out process. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

We stayed for 3 nights, my partner, my newborn daughter and I. The home is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Stefania is very friendly and very proactive in responding to our requests. Upon our arrival she made us find homemade sweets and jams and every possible delicacy for breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped like everything else in the house. A nice variety of books are available for guests. We also took advantage of the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is not much nearby, given the period, but we will definitely come back in the spring with the possibility of also taking some walks. It was really a relaxing vacation!

The stay was wonderful, the owner was always available and very kind and offered us artiginal products made by her. The chalet was clean and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It's in a perfect location to relax.

Valmer was super nice and very helpful. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean in every corner and very well equipped. Incredible view of the entire Reggio Apennines, a quiet and comfortable place, suitable for both families and groups of friends. We had a great time during our stay, and if we happen to return to Emilia we will definitely consider the Valmer property!

The house is lovely and has a great view over the surrounding hills. It is well kept and more equipped than a typical Airbnb. There is for example shampoo in the shower and kitchen towels. We liked the privacy and the fact that all windows had mosquito nets. The only thing that maybe could be improved is to have a bit more of an external space, like a veranda or similar. Right now there is a table with two chairs outside, but for us travelling with a child the space for her to move in a safe surrounding was a bit limited. Anyways, we would come here again!

We used Giuseppe’s accommodation as a stop on our way to the south and it was perfect. Giuseppe is very friendly, responsive and flexible. The accommodation is as described and perfect for a short stay.

Chosen by chance and at the last minute as accommodation for one night during a motorcycle tour, it turned out to be an excellent place, spacious, clean, very quiet and with an exceptional view both on the stone side of Bismantova and on the mountain side. The host Attilio then suggested that we dine there and he was absolutely right: the fried gnocchi with cured meats and cheeses was worth the trip!!). Very quiet night and wake up with the birds and delicious cakes from the restaurant cook. 10 out of 10 for everything!

If you are looking for real peace and an environment with original restaurants, this is the perfect place. Rita and Franco are real hosts who are interested in what you have undertaken that day. They'll give you tips that fit your interest. Plus, you have a great garden, fast wifi and that's convenient if you'd like to work or write on a book like me. The deer walk through the garden. If you are in the season, you can use the offer in the vegetable garden, so delicious organic apples, nuts, aubergines, tomatoes, zucchini! You may need to get used to the narrow roads, but the Italians in the neighborhood are courteous and friendly. On your visit, don't forget the fantastic cheese shop within walking distance of the house!

we just had a short stay but it was very nice. Alex gave us a very warm welcome and guided us through the house. We really felt like home.

The house is immersed in nature that surrounds you with its sweet noises and wonderful discoveries. In the evening we listened to the allocchi, the ghiri, seen foxes, rates, and hedgehogs. During the day, a colorful coming from butterflies and pollinators, who sit on the blooms of the nearby fields. Peace and serenity... in a comfortable, clean (with care!) and very cozy little house. In short, a little gem. A stone's throw from the house there are some trails for some nice hikes. Moving a little by car, you will find everything you need: well-stocked supermarkets in neighboring countries (for example in Pievepelago), pharmacies, delicious restaurants and of course a network of spectacular trails. In addition, Daniela is a golden person: kind, caring, hospitable (and all this is reflected in her little house). I love the Apennines and I can say that it is also thanks to people like you that this territory is rightly valued.

Very nice and well-maintained apartment. Places and rooms perfect for 4 people, everything you need for the kitchen. The bathroom is clean and complete. Quiet area in the mountains, great view. Parking under the house.

The house Ludovica was the perfect home for our weekend. Warm, easily accessible and with parking and above all comfortable to stay in multiple people thanks to the different floors with rooms and bathrooms. highly recommended

We had a great time staying at Linda's place, this is the second time we've been coming because it's really a piece of paradise . I recommend going right away!

A couple of days on the weekend with my friends because we went to a music festival nearby. Very nice, cozy and warm house with a terrace with a beautiful view! Clean rooms, tidy and above all equipped with every possible service, the hosts are very nice, available and above all very kind!
