The apartment is exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with all amenities. The location is really strategic, a short walk from the sea and close to downtown, with restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The host was super helpful and attentive, he welcomed us with kindness and gave us great advice on what to visit in the area. Check-in was simple and on time. The house is quiet and well-conditioned, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or around the city. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and also a stable Wi-Fi connection for those who have to work. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Pescara, both for holidays and work. I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Thank you Edoardo for making us feel so comfortable. The place is equipped with everything needed and a little more. Very spacious, clean and tidy. 70 mts from the beach and 500 mts from the mall. The area is very safe and beautiful for walking. It was worth booking. Totally recommended.

Rachele is a lovely host. Her place is beautiful. The beach is just 5 mins away with a ton of restaurants to choose from. There is a fabulous pedestrian shopping & restaurant area about a 20 minute walk. Grocery store is about a 5 minute walk. It is very quiet at night and it is a lovely place. Highly recommend! We felt right at home!

Filipo was fantastic from start to finish. He met us at our gate, showed us around, made recommendations and provided a generally enjoyable experience. We stayed at Filippo's apartment for 3 weeks and he checked on us regularly. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Pescara City Center. The beach is close. The shops are close. The food is close. Bars. Nightlight. Everything is only a few minutes walk. Trains are maybe 7 min. It was perfect. Would stay again next trip to Pescara.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Sara's apartment was well beyond expectations! Everything is perfectly in order and clean; the differences can also be appreciated in the smallest details such as the supplies in the bathroom and kitchen of products not from discount stores but of excellent quality, first aid kit, essential oils and attached diffuser, wifi. The very bright apartment is located in a quiet area, served by an excellent garage and a large free parking lot in front of the complex. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony that offers the possibility of dining outdoors or simply enjoying a little relaxation. Sara is definitely a very attentive host and always available. I will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Chieti.

Francesca was very helpful from beginning to end, the apartment was very clean and in a quiet street, considering you are in the centre of Pescara. Always hot water available, air con was very efficient, no problems with any appliances and had everything you needed. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very firm for me, but no other complaints at all. We would definitely return and contact Francesca for a softer pillow (we only stayed 4 nights)

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!

Perfect holiday in a dream place! We stayed in this beautiful vacation home for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is fresh and quiet, with a swimming pool, garden and indoor parking. A special thank you to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, and who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful advice for exploring the area. A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.

We had a fantastic week as a family with 3 children. Bruno and Patrizia are very sweet and friendly hosts. We felt right at home. You will stay in part of their large villa that is separated from them. The pool and outdoor kitchen/bathroom are also for your use, where we spent most of our time. The view from garden and balcony is fantastic. It is in a nice location as a base for trips in the area. We can recommend this apartment to everyone. We'd love to come back.
