From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel at home —offering local tips and warm smiles that never felt forced. The Apartment and grounds are immaculate. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and close to Sulmona. And then there’s Ellie — the adorable, friendly family pup who quickly became the highlight of our trip. Always happy for a cuddle or to join us for a stroll, she added a comforting, homey touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Italy with some truly wonderful company. 🌞🇮🇹🐾 5/5 stars – We can't wait to return!

Casa Gio was the perfect home base for our stay in Pescara. Maria, the host, is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The spacious two-room apartment was ideal for our family of three—and would comfortably fit four as well. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from both the city center and the beach, so we didn’t need to use public transport at all. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

The host is fantastic and there were some lovely complimentary touches. This place is amazingly located, is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Thank you Cornelie, we will be staying again.

We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Nice place on the hills of Pescara, in a quiet area. Everything was provided, nothing missing for a great stay, parking place appreciated.

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Already from the first contacts Marco was helpful, kind, friendly and friendly... he even gave us an extra service! The place is very nice and finished, super clean and comfortable,with everything we could need and more! If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at Roberta's Legacy again 😊

Magnificent and enchanting place in the middle of the countryside, beautiful views overlooking the hills with a Gransasso background. I only needed a place for the night but I would have liked to spend the entire stay enjoying the peace of this place. Highly recommended to disconnect from everyday life.

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

The apartment is modern and very central (it is not far from the central parking of the station, also), the sea and restaurants, shops, services of all kinds are within reach. In the house Francesca made us find everything we needed, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, she also gave us her own set of keys, being only 1 available, so as to allow me and my husband to be independent with the children (in the future I would suggest always making 2 available!). Modern and well-maintained furniture, although the drawers in the bedroom were not completely clean to store clothes. But there were all kinds of detergents. Wanting to find a defect, the living room sofa is small for a family of four who want to relax at the end of the day. Not even a sofa bed, you can't fix it by transforming it. In any case, a positive experience, Francesca is an impeccable and courteous host. Thank you so much!!

The accommodation is beautiful, modern and very clean. The place is spectacular, a beautiful and unique place, very quiet. If you're looking for a quiet stay in the countryside, this is the place for you!!

Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

We booked this place in 8 adults on a business trip. The host was available to meet our needs and immediately resolved a mishap for our inattention
