Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Perugia

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Hyggelig rummelig lejlighed så centralt som overhovedet muligt. Alt fungerer fint. God seng men ingen gode møbler at sidde, desværre. Men det er også det eneste minus.

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

This apartment is a wonderful blend of the historic and contemporary. Assisi is a special place this home is well located high up in Assisi to enjoy. We would happily recommend this place to any traveller. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

Our family stayed for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it! Great location close to fantastic restaurants and entertainment in the square. Ester’s home is cozy and quaint.

The flat is a perfect 'homebase' for exploring the lovely town of Assisi. Very responsive host, near to town, lovely balcony overlooking the countryside, parking, and everything else one would need!

Elisabetta ist eine freundliche und interessierte Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, hat aber wirklich alles was man braucht. Ausserdem ist sie in Fussgängerdistanz zu Bus, Bahn und grossem Parkhaus - aber auch zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Perugia. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Fabrizio foi muito rápido na comunicação e gentil, deu ótimas recomendações de restaurantes. O apartamento estava muito limpo e é muito bem localizado

Ottimo appartamento in una zona tranquilla con parcheggio interno!Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus. A circa 400 mt c'è la fermata della minimetro, case bruciate, che ti porta in centro. L'appartamento è bello,confortevole e ben fornito. Unica pecca, per noi, la vasca/doccia un pò scomoda. Gabriele è stato molto gentile e sempre presente e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

Ενα πολυ ομορφο διαμέρισμα με ωραια αισθητικη, καλυτερο κι απο οτι φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες.Πολυ καθαρό με ολες τα απαραιτητα. Βρισκεται σε μια ομορφη γειτονια προσβασιμη με τα ποδια, πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο και με σταση λεωφορειου ακριβως διπλα. Η περιοχη ειναι γεματη εστιατορια και μπαρ. Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικα φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός, παντα διαθέσιμος και ετοιμος να δωσει συμβουλες και προτάσεις για τη περιοχη. Συνολικα ηταν μια εξαιρετική διαμονη και το συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

너무 아름다운 숙소입니다. 사진과 같이 예쁘고 아기자기한 인테리어와 넓고 아늑한 숙소에요. 소음이 전혀 없고 위치도 좋아서 너무 만족했지만 침대가 좀 더 깨끗했다면 완벽했을 것 같아요. 며칠 더 지내고 싶네요.

Świetne położenie przy wejściu do zabytkowej części miasta, blisko dworca autobusowego i mini metra. Przyjemny, wyposażony we wszelkie udogodnienia. Bardzo dobry kontakt w włascicielką.

Great apartment just next to San Francesco's Basilica. Easy walking distance to the rest of the town and convenient parking nearby with a short walk down some steps. Host was responsive and allowed us flexible check in, and provided a great list of local restaurants to try!

A great place to stay that was beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to the city center. Carla was a great communicator and very helpful. All around just an amazing find in Perugia. Hope we can be back soon.

Giacomo is above and beyond the perfect host, and his apartment was exquisite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, had absolutely everything a visitor could need, and It was immaculate. The location could not have been better. It was just a few minutes walk to the Centro Storico with great restaurants and a phenomenal art museum. We loved Viale Indipendenza, and both in the morning and at night we stood there and looked out over Perugia and to the mountains. The sunsets were exquisite. Thank you, Giacomo, for every way you helped us have a great first visit to Perugia.

Excelente alojamiento! me hospede 4 días y tuve todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Es tal cual las fotos, estaba impecable y en una zona tranquila pero cerca del centro. Me preocupaba el ruido para descansar por los comentario, pero no me pareció para nada ruidoso. Sin dudas volvería!

Appartamento pulito, ampio e confortevole ,abbiamo alloggiato per cinque giorni e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali luoghi turistici. Abbiamo apprezzato il posto auto riservato. Sicuramente da consigliare .

La comunicazione con Cristina è stata ottima sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Ci ha accolti di persona e accompagnati al garage e alla casa. Splendido appartamentino con tutto il necessario a due passi dal centro di Perugia. Super consigliata :)
