Rosanna has created a beautiful and hospitable B+B. Right from my first inquiry she responded with warmth and enthusiasm for our stay. We had no issue with the accommodation being outside of the wall. Walking into the city was straight forward. Waking up to a thoughtful breakfast which we could enjoy on the terrace with stunning views was simply wonderful.

Extreme courtesy, hospitality and staff availability. Everything is perfect in a more than evocative location. They offer a 20% discount (although we later realized that they did not mistakenly apply it) to dine at the affiliated restaurant - among other things very good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Extremely welcoming host. I like it because I felt at home anyway, although I came to study in Italy and I left my whole family in the Congo, Piero and Rita's place I found a wonderful family where love, peace and joy are there. They took good care of me as their own daughter and I discover a lot with them: Italian culture, language, etiquette... In any case at Piero's, I would recommend anyone who would like to go around Perouse to come and settle here here. They are best 😍

We had trouble with our satnav and so arrived 30 minutes after we said & they were still waiting for us to arrive with a smile on their faces. The property was amazing. Fabulous conversion, beautiful place perfect for 2 couples with ensuite bathrooms. Every amenity that you could want. The site itself was great with a lovely clean pool, unfortunately not warm enough for us to use. Within walking distance of a number of great and varied restaurants with friendly staff and great food. The village although small is well worth a visit. Would not hesitate to recommend this to anybody. I'd love to return one day.

We visited Lorenzo for the 2nd time. This time for 10 days because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Again, we can only say that we would have liked to have stayed longer. The ensemble remains impressive, the hospitality is great, the excursion options are diverse if you manage to leave the swimming lake with the blooming ginster.

Short stay, just one night but we found great hospitality and the location of the place was great.

The house has a breathtaking view and is strategically located 5 minutes from the historic center. Private parking allows you to fully enjoy your vacation. The room is very nice and has everything you need. Luca was very welcoming and helpful. She recommended many places and restaurants to visit nearby. Highly recommend

Silvia is a nice and friendly host, the accommodation reflects the photos beautiful and above all very clean, it is located in a quiet but strategic location for access to the center of Cortona. Note of merit of breakfast from a 5-star hotel!!!!!

This is a hotel, not an apartment. Excellent breakfast with plenty of chocolate things.

We, a family of five, enjoyed staying at Monte Vibbiano Vecchio very much. We were personally welcomed in a friendly and hospitable manner. The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated, much seems original to the house, like the beautiful wall paintings. The host was very helpful for example with booking tables at the local restaurants.

Beautiful neighborhood, very nice and helpful hosts, a small Tuscan medieval town right next door. In a word, a recipe for a successful getaway. The kitchen is well-equipped, "Italian" breakfasts, but you can always ask for extra coffee, cheese or vegetables, Dani does not have a problem with it. Highly recommend!

The stay was pleasant and relaxing. The apartment is clean and well-kept as well as the common spaces. The estate is surrounded by vineyards and strategically close to many places to visit. We appreciated the courtesy and kindness of the owner and staff. A vacation to repeat Raffaella and Luca

This was an absolutely amazing stay. It far exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Firstly we were greeted by Lorenzo, who I must say was the most incredible member of hospitality staff I’ve ever encountered. He was so fantastically welcoming, friendly, and helpful right from the start, and he really made our stay special. All of the other staff were also amazing, and the setting was magical. The room was beautifully decorated and prepared, and had clearly been recently renovated. The restaurant for dinner was not only beautiful, but the food was some of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. I have only wonderful things to say about this place, and I very much look forward to coming back! Thank you so very much to everyone who made it so special.

Great value for money, very jovial staff and helpful.

Everything matched the description, I had a little difficulty with the operation of the radiator, which was on, and I was not able to exclude it from the centralized system at first, but it was resolved by the very helpful Ms. Emanuela. I also really appreciated the pressure of the shower water, which gave a nice jet.

We spent a couple of days in the charming structure of Mirella and Mosaab and felt right at home. The rooms are attention to detail, from the outside you can admire the beautiful view (from fairytale to sunset). Breakfast is great and made on the terrace from which you can admire the Umbra countryside. It's a great place to immerse yourself in nature and visiting Umbria by car. Thanks again for everything ❤️
