The appartement is nicely renovated, confortable and spacious. The neighbourhood is unassuming. A good restaurant located via Della viola,25. Center of the town is a 5 mn walk.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

Ενα πολυ ομορφο διαμέρισμα με ωραια αισθητικη, καλυτερο κι απο οτι φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες.Πολυ καθαρό με ολες τα απαραιτητα. Βρισκεται σε μια ομορφη γειτονια προσβασιμη με τα ποδια, πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο και με σταση λεωφορειου ακριβως διπλα. Η περιοχη ειναι γεματη εστιατορια και μπαρ. Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικα φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός, παντα διαθέσιμος και ετοιμος να δωσει συμβουλες και προτάσεις για τη περιοχη. Συνολικα ηταν μια εξαιρετική διαμονη και το συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Nicola’s apartment is fantastic. You can’t beat the location. We had major events on in the square over the weekend. When in the apartment, we weren’t disturbed and heard minimal noise but it was amazing to walk outside our door and be in amongst the excitement. The apartment is clean and new with comfortable furnishings. We hope to visit again when we return to Italy in the future. Thanks Nicola - we had a wonderful stay,

Nasz pobyt był bardzo udany, mieszkania bardzo czyste,przytulne,ma wszystko co potrzeba. Gospodarz dostępny zawsze, bardzo szybko reagował na pytania. Może tylko jedna rada,lokalizacja nie nadaje się dla ludzi z ograniczoną sprawnością, ponieważ wszędzie jest pod górę. Ogólnie super pobyt,aż żal było wracać, dziękujemy 😃

Nous recommandons l'appartement de Dante qui est spacieux et confortable 👌 Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse qui est très agréable. Le logement se situe dans une rue calme de Perugia, au cœur de la ville historique. Nous y avons trouvé un très bon restaurant. La rue est décorée de Street art, et on s'y sent proche des habitants, qui sont forts sympathiques.

We were a group of six - including kids - who stayed at Francesco‘s apartment for three weeks. We enjoyed our stay immensely! The apartment had a lot of character, and the view is simply spectacular. Francesco was a wonderful host who put a lot of effort into making sure we felt comfortable. Sharing the home with him was no problem at all. The location is fantastic, and we were able to purchase groceries, coffee, and find delicious food very easily. Access to the mini metro also made it easy to get out of the old town. Take note, Perugia is a very hilly town, and Francesco‘s apartment is no exception. You will build up some good cardio conditioning going up and down the streets and stairs!

Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Simonetta really is the hostess with the mostest, The room offered is spacious, spotlessly clean with quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. Fabulous beamed high-ceilings make the room feel huge, And the large windows let in lots of natural light. The bed was super-comfortable, And the floor - for a very old building its beautifully tiled and squeak-free. From the outset Simonetta was on a mission to ensure we made the best of Perugia, with excellent recommendations for things to do, see and eat. We've visited Perugia many times over the years - but with Simonetta's help discovered even more to love about Umbria's capitol, Perugia. Grazie Mille, We look forward to visiting again.

We enjoyed our stay in Perugia even more because of Martina’s place and hospitality. Great location and clean house. I highly recommend this place. We will visit again.

Host molto disponibile e reattivo, appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario come pentole e accessori da cucina, lenzuola, asciugamani, phon, lavatrice, saponi e carta. Facile da trovare e di facile accesso! Posizionato sopra il supermercato! Siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, tra l'altro molto comodo per noi per la vicinanza all'evento al quale abbiamo partecipato. Grazie mille per l'esperienza!

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Gli host avevano lasciato anche alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui latte, marmellatine, crostatine ecc..) e per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a far spesa perché c’era già lo stretto necessario (come il caffè per la mattina, il sapone per le mani ecc..). Nel bagno erano riposti anche kit per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Fabio e Monica sono stati molto disponibili, reattivi nelle risposte e cordiali. Una esperienza molto positiva!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Tolle Aufenthalt - Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sehr ruhig - wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Weg in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir verstanden haben, war für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank Giuseppe!

Essendo in campagna è normale la presenza di insetti, però alcune formiche dalle travi raggiungevano le coperte del letto. Per il resto, l'appartamento è molto bello. Area cucina e credenza ben riforniti con tutto tutto il necessario per cucinare. Da questa zona risulta molto comodo raggiungere diverse località nei dintorni per poterle visitare, si consiglia di fare la spesa in centri abitati più grossi prima dell'arrivo, soprattutto se la permanenza è durante periodi festivi. I dintorni dell'alloggio sono molto tranquilli, i rumori provengono quasi esclusivamente dagli uccellini sugli alberi attorno la villa.
