Villa holiday rentals in Province of Ogliastra

We spent four wonderful days in Arbatax over Pentecost 2025 and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for trips and sights in the area that really enriched our stay. He was also there every morning to clean the pool and make sure everything was perfect – such great service! We felt truly welcome and well taken care of. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an hervorragend. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, bekamen hilfreiche Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, aber nie aufdringlich - genau richtig. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist super abgesichert vor Wildschweinen. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Location molto carina con una posizione straordinaria, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Porto Frailis da un piccolo parco in cui i bambini possono giocare spensierati e vicino a ristoranti pizzerie ottime!

Tolles familienfreundliches, gepflegtes Haus mit großem Garten. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns vom Kinderreisebett, Wickelutensilien über Kinderspielzeug alles zur Verfügung für unser Kleinkind gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm. Also auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern eine absolute Empfehlung.

Wir waren mit dem Apartment mehr als zufrieden! Die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht zu klein. Die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem und wir haben so gut wie zu Hause geschlafen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Kissen, wobei alle hohe Qualität haben und bequem sind. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung sehr gehoben und umfangreich. Es ist kein Billigzeug vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Bosch-Kühlschrank mit einem Gefrierfach, einen Herd, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine - alles von guten Markenhersteller. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist fast umfangreicher als bei mir Zuhause, es fehlte einfach an nichts! Es gab sogar Tee und Kaffetabs, die uns für eine Woche ausgereicht haben. Große dicke und weiche Handtücher. Der Garten ist mit allen möglichen Details ausgestattet. Sehr viele Sachen für den Strand. Wir konnten auch 3 Stunden vorher einchecken. Die Lage ist gut, 10 min zum Strand.Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Sehr nette Vermieter

Wunderbare Unterkunft, sehr großzügig, ein tolles Café und der Strand in der Nähe, schön ruhig mit tollen Garten! Kommunikation war super, schnell und unkompliziert.

Mario’s place was peaceful and comfortable. The grounds were filled with beautiful olive trees and flowers. The beach is within walking distance and is so clean and pretty. Looking forward to returning already!

Wir waren zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) für 10 Tage bei Nicola. Das Haus, die Lage und die Begrüßung waren perfekt. Neben zahlreichen Stränden in direkter Nähe gibt es auch sehr gute Restaurants nicht weit entfernt…das Haus der Pool und der Grill waren einfach ein Traum. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und den leckeren Limoncello ;)

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

One of our favourite and most relaxing holidays ever! Edoardo was helpful and communicated promptly before and during our stay. We loved Calla Gonone, a perfect town for a self catering beach holiday. It was fantastic being right on the sea front and having a view of the beautiful beach and coast. Everything we needed was close by - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. We took a boat trip to the beautiful beach at Calla Luna, which should not be missed. The ice cream shop next door sold the most delicious ice cream. The property is above a restaurant which concerned us slightly before we arrived. Edoardo re-assured us that this would not be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be for someone who wants complete peace and quiet as the restaurant closed at midnight and music played until then. We loved being in a busy part of town watching what was going on while we relaxed, ate dinner etc. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen and towels are of a high standard. Sehr schönes, modernes und grosses Haus. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist teils etwas spärlich eingerichtet aber okay. Der Garten und Sitzplatz ist eher klein, aber praktisch. Die Lage ist ruhig, am Rande der Stadt und nahe am Meer. Marco ist reaktionsschnell und direkt gegenüber stationiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Was a great stay for a week, the host Donatella and Francesco were super friendly. The house is amazing and was perfect for our group of four people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a crazy amount of amenities even a sandwich grill. Definitely a recommendation.

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. An ideal host and a stunning home with magical views of the ocean and the bucolic Sardinian countryside, only a few blocks away from a private local beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage nahezu direkt am langen und wunderschönen Strand und unmittelbar an der Lagune. 15 Minuten fußläufig gibt es ein tolles Strandcafe. Den schönen Garten und Pool haben wir wegen unserer Vorliebe zum Strand eigentlich nur zum gemeinsamen Frühstück genutzt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als Gruppe von 5 Frauen.

Wir haben knapp drei Wochen mit unseren einjährigen Zwillingen in Antonellas Haus verbracht und hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Antonella war zu jeder Zeit sehr gut erreichbar. Sie legt großen Wert darauf, dass alles rund um das Haus in einwandfreiem Zustand ist, damit sich Ihre Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Kurzfristige Probleme mit der Haustüre und dem Pool wurden sofort behoben. Der Meerblick und die Landschaft rund um das Haus sind wunderschön. Ein großer Pluspunkt war für uns der Swimmingpool, weil wir mit zwei noch sehr kleinen Kindern nicht täglich zum Strand fahren wollten. Vielen Dank, Antonella!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Minimarkt war fußläufig erreichbar. Silvia war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Handyman Salvatore war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert ohne zu stören. Das Ferienhaus war sehr abgelegen und für Sightseeing braucht man ein Auto.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto bella alla Casa da Maurizio! L'alloggio è davvero fantastico e molto ben tenuto. Era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi domanda e aveva ottimi consigli per la zona circostante! La comunicazione è stata sempre veloce e molto cordiale. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Abbiamo trascorso un favoloso weekend a Villa del Sole, un’oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura, il posto ideale dove rilassarsi. Soprattutto gli spazi esterni erano ben tenuti e ideali per trascorrere delle piacevoli giornate all’aperto in compagnia grazie alla piscina, al barbecue e alle aree relax presenti. Matteo è stato un host impeccabile, ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie in maniera tempestiva e cordiale. Speriamo di poter soggiornare nuovamente a Villa del Sole!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.
