We spent a wonderful week at Franco’s beautiful casa. The location was perfect for us: just outside Orosei in a quiet area near the beach, but only a short drive away from supermarkets, shops and cafes in Orosei. There’s a small beach only a 10 min walk from the house, but if you have a car you can also easily explore the nearby beaches, they’re all stunning. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden that feels totally private thanks to the high fence and beautiful oleander plants. We spent a lot of time on the spacious verandah where there’s plenty of space to chill and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The house itself is not huge but it has everything you need. Our toddler slept in the downstairs bedroom and we were upstairs in the loft - mind you, this is a shared space with the kitchen and living room and the ceiling up there is pretty low, but it didn’t bother us. Overall we would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! First and foremost, the house is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The place was perfect – the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was spot on, close to beautiful beaches and great hiking spots. Catia, who welcomed us, was amazing – super friendly, full of helpful tips, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. We liked the open plan kitchen and the open plan living area overlooking the sea. The many terraces and the spacious outdoor area are great. The small beach close to the apartment was the only one far and wide without Posidonia in spring and you could bathe wonderfully. Elisa and Bruno helped us with everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at Irene’s. A great and beautiful base to explore the area. We had a couple of issues (with the water and wifi) but Irene was responsive and tried to help quickly. Friendly communication. Thank you!

We had a beautiful vacation at Villa Barastula. The house is ideal for a relaxing stay. Angelo was a special host for attention and courtesy. The villa, in addition to being very clean and well-equipped, is equipped with a wonderful barbecue outside! Thank you very much to Angelo.

The accommodation is very nice, the decor is very nice. The outdoor shower is super nice. The environment is very quiet. The accommodation is located in a subdivision that seems unfinished but this does not disturb the stay. We had a great vacation! Perfect!

The most special thing about the apartment its location. It’s a very short walk to several beautiful beaches, with gorgeous coves and cafes under the pine trees. The apartment was just what we needed and happily housed our family of 5. Thank you to Virginio for being so helpful and accommodating.

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

One of our favourite and most relaxing holidays ever! Edoardo was helpful and communicated promptly before and during our stay. We loved Calla Gonone, a perfect town for a self catering beach holiday. It was fantastic being right on the sea front and having a view of the beautiful beach and coast. Everything we needed was close by - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. We took a boat trip to the beautiful beach at Calla Luna, which should not be missed. The ice cream shop next door sold the most delicious ice cream. The property is above a restaurant which concerned us slightly before we arrived. Edoardo re-assured us that this would not be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be for someone who wants complete peace and quiet as the restaurant closed at midnight and music played until then. We loved being in a busy part of town watching what was going on while we relaxed, ate dinner etc. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen and towels are of a high standard. Thank you for a brilliant holiday.

Was a great stay for a week, the host Donatella and Francesco were super friendly. The house is amazing and was perfect for our group of four people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a crazy amount of amenities even a sandwich grill. Definitely a recommendation.

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house from the very first moment. The location is simply stunning – right on the beach, with breathtaking views and the perfect atmosphere to truly relax and unwind. Manuel was a fantastic host: incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. Communication was always warm and easy – we felt very well taken care of. The house itself is thoughtfully designed and radiates a special sense of peace. It truly felt like a home away from home – set in a paradise-like environment. We rarely feel this comfortable and honestly didn’t want to leave. A wholehearted recommendation – we would love to come back!

we were 3 couples and a baby, all the amenities were there. There are 3 apartments at the location that can be locked separately, so plenty of privacy. The beach is very close and the area is fantastic. We had some trouble separating the waste, but that all worked out well. Had a fantastic time

Antonio was a great host and had a beautiful home. His service and hospitality went above all expectations. Would definitely stay here again if I were to ever visit Arbatax in the future. He even went out of his way to give us a ride home from the beach one day as well as sent us tons of great recommendations. AC worked wonderfully for anyone concerned about that feature.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

Very good place we stayed 11 days the villa was impeccable and the hosts were easy to reach and kind. If you want to visit all of my Sardinia we recommend that you rent a car so that you can get around.

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable. On arrival, we shopped in a supermarket on the way from the airport. This was not necessary, because the necessary for dinner and breakfast was already waiting for us in the house. The house was fully equipped and we only missed a bread knife 😉

We had a lovely time in Sardinia in Sara's sweet and cozy place. We were 5 adults and the size was completely sufficient for us. However, for more than 5 adults we would not recommend it as it could get too tight in the long run. The house was well decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and it was very clean. The house included a beautiful pool, a practical outdoor shower and a small children's corner that we did not use. In our time there was a cat with 2 kittens on the property which we regularly provided. We'd appreciate it if they could continue to be taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is that we had a very flexible check-in time and were therefore allowed into the house before. Sara was very friendly and always available. We were completely satisfied and would come again!
