House holiday rentals in Province of Ogliastra

This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Het was een oase aan rust en natuur waar we ons in bevonden. Met de mooiste zonsondergang terwijl je op je eigen terras zat van je huisje. Een echte aanrader!

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und entspricht den Bildern. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Federica Antwortet schnell und ist sehr Hilfsbereit. Der Ausenbereich ist grosszügig und wird durch einen Pool ergänzt. Die Unterkunft von innen ist schön eingerichtet und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgetsattet. Wir würden es wieder Buchen.

Elena est proactive et nous a transmis l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à notre arrivée en amont. Le logement est conforme à la description. Plages et épiceries à côté ! Vue magnifique sur la mer. N’hésitez pas à réserver !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wir würden wieder hinfahren. Zu zweit hatte das Cottage eine wunderbare Größe, ein weiteres Bett müsste im Wohnraum/Küche ausgezogen werden. Ende April war das Wetter schon sehr gut und wir hatten Glück dass auch der Pool bereits geöffnet hatte. Es waren wenig andere Urlauber in den umliegenden Häusern und deshalb war es schön ruhig. Da die Häuser recht nah aneinander liegen und der Pool nah ist denke ich, dass es in der Hauptsaison schon etwas lebhafter und lauter wird. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Berg, man kann gut zum Strand laufen, aber es ist schon sehr steil. Einen vollen Kinderwagen würde ich nicht hochschieben. Fiamma war immer erreichbar, hat uns einen tollen Ausflugtipp gegeben und hat sofort reagiert, als wir plötzlich kein Wasser mehr hatten. Danke nochmal ☺️

La casa è curatissima e chi ci ha accolto è stato fantastico sin dal primo contatto, fino al momento del check-out. Disponibilità, cortesia, cordialità. Per chi passa per Tuili (magari per un matrimonio nella vicina e prestigiosa location di Villa Asquer - 5 minuti a piedi - o per un weekend di tranquillità) consiglio vivamente di pernottare qui: la piscina è pulitissima, fantastica davvero. E tutta la struttura è ben arredata, curata, pulita e accogliente. Oltre che spaziosa (essendo due ampi piani). Consiglio solo una maggiore tempestività nelle comunicazioni via AirBnb, o, in alternativa, visto che la proprietaria non vive in loco, di lasciare un numero telefonico di un referente reperibile, per avere una maggiore velocità nelle comunicazioni (spesso fondamentale per l'organizzazione dei tempi e degli spostamenti in vista dei matrimoni, appunto, che spesso si tengono in paese). Torneremo sicuramente!

Julian was a very responsive host he always answered messages super quick. Any problems or issues were responded and dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Recycling is huge in Sardinia and prior to arrival Julian communicated the procedure so on arrival with help of instructions we knew exactly what was expected and found it easy to carry out. The property is in a beautiful area with surrounding countryside and lovely walks with spectacular views and something I enjoyed taking full advantage of while watching the sun rise across the sea. The property is also conveniently located near to beautiful villages and beaches I would suggest you hire a car as it is quite rural and taxis are expensive. We had an amazing time and cannot praise Sardinia enough, it exceeded our expectations and Julian’s property was perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardinia.

Wir haben uns in Laura ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist super, der Blick traumhaft und alles mega familienfreundlich. Der Pool hat einen herrlichen Ausblick und der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung braucht man unbedingt ein Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Sabrina hat sehr schnell geantwortet, hat uns geholfen und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr privat, auch wenn über einem noch andere wohnen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist sehr idyllisch. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Leider mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen aber das hat auch keine Probleme dargestellt. Sabrina ist eine Top Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Das Haus von Giovanna ist ein kleines Juwel. Wunderbar restauriert, mit vielen liebevoll ausgesuchten Details und einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Ausgezeichnete Betten (in Italien ja nicht immer ganz selbstverständlich), in denen es sich auch deswegen gut schlafen lässt, weil man vom Verkehr auf der Hauptstraße von Baunei nichts mitbekommt. Der abendliche Blick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend. Auch der Parkplatz im Hof ist Gold wert, allerdings sollte das Auto nicht zu lang sein, weil öfter mal gegenüber geparkt wird. Man kann das Auto aber problemlos auch am Ortsende auf einem öffentlichen Platz abstellen. Als gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts die Wasserversorgung in Baunei dürrebedingt ein bisschen stockte, war Giovanna sofort erreichbar und schickte jemanden vorbei, der auf die Wasserreserve (eine große Zisterne auf dem Grundstück) umstellte. Auch sonst war der Kontakt sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns richtig in das Haus verliebt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

Titos Wohnung ist die vielleicht beste Wahl um in Santa Maria Navarrese unterzukommen. Das große Haus hat eine einmalige Lage, ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch und man hat bis zum frühen Nachmittag Sonne. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und man möchte eigentlich gar nicht mehr gehen. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, das Auto im Hof stehen lassen und Santa Maria bietet eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Eisdielen. Am nahen Hafen kann man Ausflüge zu den nur per Boot erreichbaren Traumstränden buchen. Wir danken Tito für die Möglichkeit eine so tolle Zeit verbringen zu können. Die Wohnung hatte dabei einen wichtigen Anteil. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge wären eine Spülmaschine und einen neuen Grill. Aber da Spülen auch entspannen kann, trotzdem 5 Sterne!

Super cute AirBnB with lovely decorations and well equipped kitchen. Sabrina was always responsive and there is lots to do around Triei (boat trips from Santa Maria Navarese, Gorropu Canyon, la Cinta Beach) Can get hot during summer though - although fans and AC are provided. Be aware of mosquito’s! And make sure to check out Mullo’s restaurant - it’s fantastic :) thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (z. B. Fliegengitter :) und hat einen schönen Garten dabei. Strände, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar und sogar ein paar Wanderungen kann man direkt vor dem Haus beginnen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und Daniela und ihre Familie sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Casula! Man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt - es ist so liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse mit Außenküche war unser persönliches Highlight und lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Zentrum von Tortolì ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar und man hat alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alfredo hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Wir werden wieder kommen :-)

We had a great stay. We received a very friendly welcome on our arrival. Even though we were significantly late due to unfortunate circumstances. The accommodation was exactly as described. We particularly liked the washing machine and the courtyard around the house. You can enjoy the sun in the courtyard from morning to evening. That was important for us in May. The area is generally quiet. However, if you want to go to bed early and/or are a light sleeper, you should take earplugs with you. The neighbors' dog barked long and persistently every night, sometimes until midnight. But the bed is really comfortable.

le logement d Ivo correspond parfaitement à la description et la vue de la mer depuis la terrasse est apaisante. si vous avez le courage de vous lever tôt vous profiterez d un magnifique lever de soleil. Ivo est très accueillant et vous donnera plein d infos sur les restos, il m indiqué un départ de rando magnifique , et une belle plage tranquille est à 5 min de la maison en voiture.

The house definitely exceeded expectations. There was plenty of room and the views from the rooftop were incredible. The beds could have been slightly more comfortable and it was a little noisy due to road noise but we settled in very well. The parking was pretty easy. I can understand how this place seems to be fully booked almost until October and I found that June was a perfect time to go to this part of Sardinia as although it was super warm and you could swim in the sea it was not too hot at night . Virginia recommended some great restaurants and the communication communications were super helpful throughout our stay.

Wir haben im April/ Mai 10 Tage in dieser süßen kleinen sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit gemütlicher Terrasse nur 20 Meter entfernt von einem traumhaften Strand verbracht. Sie ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man am Strand so brauchen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
