Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of La Spezia

Luca gave us very clear instructions and was ready for us when we arrived and greeted us with a smile. Wonderful apt. Very clean and cheerful. Looked just like pictures. He provided beach towels to use and clothesline which was very helpful. Location was fantastic. Riomaggiore is a very steep hill and this location is at the beginning of the hill so much easier to manage with the luggage and still on the main drag. We loved it! Wish I had more time here.

We loved our stay at Casa Blu! To celebrate our dad's 50th birthday, the casa blu was excellent! Marilia is very responsive and warm. The city of La Spezia and the Cinque Terre are must-sees at least once in a lifetime, and at Marilia you will be perfectly happy! ☀️

One of the greatest Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed. Giuli’s place is unique and exciting with a beautiful terrace on the top of Vernazza. Giuli was very helpful and responsive even when our train got delayed for check in. 10/10! Bed was great especially for europe!

We were at Daniela's place for 3 nights. Apartment was clean and was same as shown in pictures. The views from balcony were really beautiful, not justified by the pictures. The instructions from Daniela were clear and simple to find the apartment with ease. This apartment is a good base to explore all 5 villages and other places. Boat from PortoVenere to Cinque terre was easily accessible and convenient from Daniela's apartment. Communication with Daniela was very easy. She is very responsive and attentive to her guests. We parked our car in Golfina as recommended by Daniela. Tip: Park your car towards the exit of the parking space, to save some time as the walking distance is reduced by half. PortoVenere is a beautiful village, we liked it more than 5 villages. We loved our stay in PortoVenere and would definitely recommend Daniela'a place.

Our stay in Vernazza was a highlight of our Italy trip, and this AirBnB made it unforgettable. Traveling as a family of six, we found the perfect mix of comfort, space, and charm. The apartment was clean, cozy, and full of character — with postcard-worthy views from the terrace that took our breath away every evening. The location was ideal: close to the train, harbor, and restaurants, yet peaceful and tucked away. We loved waking to the sound of the sea and stepping right into the heart of Vernazza. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even leaving snacks to greet us. If you're visiting Vernazza, don’t miss this place — it truly felt like our own slice of paradise.

Ruth is the best host with great communication, clear instructions and tips about the area and very proactive and responsive. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with local art. The apartment faces the sea and is not on the main side of town so the only sound we heard was the lapping of the waves on the rocks below. A quiet oasis in the midst of a bustling tourist destination. The town was quieter from 5:30pm until 10am so we took advantage of early morning hikes to beat the heat and crowds. The patio was perfect and made me not want to leave the apartment! Ruth provided everything one could need from a beach bag and yoga mat to an iron and some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Ruth has thought of everything to make her guests feel pampered and welcomed. Thank you for sharing Vernazza and this beautiful apartment with us. We can’t wait to return.

The 'WAVE HOUSE' was clean, modern and the location is incredible! Two minutes to the beach and 4 minutes to the train station. Central in Monterosso, which is the best one of the five towns in Cinque Terre, there are two markets and many restaurants within short walking distance. The building is easy to access and the host provided us with pictures and videos showing exactly where to go! The bed was comfortable and the patio area is beautiful with a stunning view and plenty of seating. You can hear the train as it's right below this building but it wasn't too bad, especially when the windows and blinds are closed. Only 1 large and 1 small towel are offered for free but you have access to a washer in the Airbnb that works great and a drying rack for use on the patio. The host was very responsive when asked any questions and provided plenty of tips and recommendations during our stay. Overall, it made the stay in Monterosso more fun and relaxing!

We are so grateful to Alessio for meeting us at the train station and carrying our bags up the steps to the apartment. The apartment location could not be better and it’s even better in real life than the pictures. The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking overlooking the stunning harbour and hillside surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. The seafood here is superb . Vernazza in our opinion is the prettiest of the 5 villages and an ideal base for the surrounding hikes. We enjoyed the Corniglia to Vernazza, Vernazza to Monterosso, Via Dell Amore from Riomaggiore to Manarola. We also enjoyed a 2 hour boat trip to see all villages from the sea. Vernazza also has excellent gelateria. A highlight of our trip so far , we would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Vernazza. It’s worth exploring all 5 villages. They are so easily connected by train and each has a unique charm. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Absolutely incredible stay! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. Check-in was seamless, and Lola was exceptionally responsive and welcoming. It truly exceeded all of my expectations. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time on our holiday at the house in Levanto. The place has a beautiful view at the town, with lots of hiking trails and destinations in the area. The centre of Levanto is a little gem with the beach, shops and cafés.

Perfect for a quiet holiday in Tellaro: super apartment with roof terrace, all very appealing, stylish and clean. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the time. We will be happy to come back.

Giovanni’s place was perfect for our needs. Close to everything in Monterosso, equipped with all niceties, and very comfortable. Our trip was to celebrate or 50th birthdays, and Giovanni gifted us a lovely bottle of red to help us celebrate. Thank you for an unforgettable first stop on our 50’s trip!

Beautiful apartment on three floors directly on the sea in the oldest area of Tellaro, fantastic terrace overlooking the gulf. Sleep lulled by the waves.

Luca’s place was beautiful, peaceful, private, and had excellent views of the water and town. The interior of the home was comfortable, spacious and decorated with a local flair. The location was enough off the main road to be private, yet close enough that it was a short walk to the restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful place with a beautiful view. Alessandro gave very detailed descriptions on how to find the place and then allowed us in early to drop our bags off making our experience wonderful. Would recommend if you’re in the area

We absolutely loved Paola’s apartment. The location is fabulous, right by the passenger ferry pick up and a couple of minutes walk from the centre, also with a supermarket right below the apartment. It was beautifully presented and well stocked with all crockery, glasses, utensils etc that you could need. Fabulous views from both the lounge and beautiful little terrace - we enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Martina, Paola’s agent was lovely. She met us on arrival, showed us round and replied quickly to a question we had about taxis. As others have said the bath / shower is a little unusual, and the access to the terrace is narrow with steep steps, but we managed, and this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Portovenere - it really is a very beautiful harbour town and a good position to explore the Cinque Terre. The apartment is exceptional - one of our best AirBnB stays to date.

Great comfortable apartment for a beautiful area. The view is splendid. The village is particularly pleasant away from mass tourism. We would almost want to talk about it to keep the right address to yourself;-)

Perfect hosts! Daniela was always responsive and helpful. She gave me recommendations of places to see & do in the area, as well as restaurants near by. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. It was perfect for our family.

In the heart of La Spezia. Very convenient for ferries to Portovenere and Cinque Terre and close to many good restaurants and bars. Great little cafe just outside the front door for breakfast.
