Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of La Spezia

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida casa per un tour tra Calice al cornoviglio e dintorni, un posto ricco di sentieri, panorami mozzafiato e soprattutto relax! La casa è un gioiellino, la stanza vetrata al piano di sopra è unica! Questa casa ha tutti i comfort: dall’idromassaggio riscaldato, al camino, allo spazio fuori, al barbecue, non saprei cosa potrebbe esserci di meglio, devo dire che mi ha sorpresa in super positivo! La cura nei dettagli, la pulizia, che dire tutto impeccabile! Denise è magnifica, molto disponibile e reattiva. Se si cerca un posto dove il tempo scorra lentamente e sia di qualità questo è assolutamente quello giusto. Mi dispiace solo non poter dare molte più stelle!!

Magnifique gîte, spacieux, propre avec la climatisation, jacuzzi et une place de voiture avec un petit jardin. Idéalement situé pour la visite des cinque terre. je le recommande 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

Great, clean house. Better than the pictures. Cosy garden where we spend most of the time. Spacious and good quality furniture and bathroom/kitchen. Would recommend highly. Had a great time. Located in a tranquil neighborhood close to the city centre. Car recommended

Pignone is a nice quiet village with great amounts of charm and possibilities for taking nice photos wherever you turn. It has a bar (with superb espressos by the way) and a couple of restaurants, as well as a couple of small grocery stores. When you get used to the steep winding roads, you will see that Pignone is quite centrally located between all Cinque Terre villages, Pisa and Lucca - all places worth seeing. The house has every equipment you can wish for in a house, and it all works perfectly. It has a lot of space, and was also very clean. The hosts, Roberto and Paola, are the nicest hosts I have ever met. They do whatever possible to make you feel welcome, and answer all messages within minutes. I think our kids even felt they got a new Italian uncle Bob during our check out. We will for sure be back if we will visit this area again.

Wir waren 4 Tage in der wunderschönen Unterkunft von Roberta und Ale. Wir waren zwei Ehepaare mit jeweils zwei Kindern und es war genug Platz für uns. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und Roberta und Ale waren wirklich sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten hinterlassen. Sie hatten sogar ein paar Sachen für uns gekauft sodass wir bei der Ankunft etwas zu trinken und zum frühstücken hatten. Die Unterkunft war wie schon in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt schöner als in der Anzeige ersichtlich. Auch der Ort Tellaro ist schön. Man findet mehrere Restaurants und kleine freie Strände. Mit kleinen Kindern empfehle ich den Strand in Lerici, der 10 min von der Unterkunft entfernt ist und mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen ausgestattet ist zu besuchen. Der Urlaub war super und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ragazzi veramente disponibili e gentili, noi ci siamo interfacciati per lo più con Chiara, che è stata super gentile, ci ha aspettati oltre l'orario di check-in con molta cordialita e senza farci pesare il ritardo, con molta gentilezza ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha accolti con molto calore facendoci sentire a casa. Il posto è veramente magnifico, dotato di ogni minimo confort e loro che coccolano con tutti i piccoli dettagli che mettono a disposizione. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso che consiglierei a tutti, per una notte o meglio giorni da sogno.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in der Wohnung. Groß Genug für 4 Personen und Hund. Würden die Wohnung nochmals buchen wenn wir in die Gegend wollen. Piero stand jederzeit bei Seite für Fragen zur Umgebung und Restaurants. Auch der Whirlpool hat uns in der regenreichen Urlaubszeit den Abend versüßt. Gerne wieder

Très bon sejour , Francesca est réactif au message, nous avons trouvé la maison du 1er coup avec Waze car Maps ne trouve pas la maison , super pratique pour les chiens car tout est fermer , le seul bémol c'est que l'extérieur n'est pas très entretenu et les locataires précédent ont mal effectué leurs vaisselles pour l'extérieure c'est dommage car très bon potentiel , je conseil ce logement car vraiment pas loin des Cinq Terres . Veuillez respecter ce logement pour les futurs locataires svp , nous remercions Fransceca pour sa réactivité de répondre

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij deze villa. Alles was super goed geregeld. We kregen een welkomst pakket met allerlei eten, flessen wijn uit eigen tuin van de host. Ook lagen er speciale zwembad handdoeken, allerlei zeep/shampoo en alle bbq spullen zijn aanwezig. Kortom een super mooi verblijf gehad in deze villa met geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en een heel mooi zwembad + jacuzzi. Ik beveel deze villa bij iedereen aan :)

Casa meravigliosa, spazi ampi e comodi, arredamento completo di ogni cosa. Giardino fantastico, curato nei minimi dettagli con vasca spa idromassaggio. Paesino carino e tranquillo, immerso nel verde e in posizione comodissima per esplorare La Spezia e le 5 Terre. Grazie di tutto Maurella, siamo stati benissimo e quando ripasseremo da queste parti, torneremo sicuramente a trovarti!

Maria's home was stunning with beautiful flowers all around it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. There is a gorgeous marble staircase to the bedrooms upstairs with another bedroom on the main floor. It was an easy drive to La Spezia to take the train to The Cinque Terre region. We enjoyed Pisa and Florence also. It was a great vacation for a family of 5.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der phantastischen Villa von Alice. Das Haus hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, eine optimal ausgestattete Küche und viele schöne Lieblingsplätze im und um das Haus. Die perfekte Lage zwischen Strand und Fluss sowie die praktische Außendusche sind weitere Highlights. Wir können diese Unterkunft und Alices nette Betreuung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa. Die Villa ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Alles super sauber und schön. Die Reinigungsfrau kommt sogar 2x die Woche und der Gärtner 3x die Woche. Das ist wirklich ein top Service. Sie nehmen auch den sortieren Müll dann gleich mit. Die Veranda ist ein Traum, aber Achtung, die Öfen die man bei der Veranda sieht dürfen nicht benutzt werden. Dafür hat es einen tollen Grill. Der Pool ist gross, sauber und einfach genial. Wie andere Gäste schon vermerkt haben, sind die Nächte laut. Die Nachbarn müssen viele Hunde (Wolfshunde) haben. Teilweise kann man kaum schlafen weil sie so laut heulen. Einwenig gewöhnt man sich daran. Was schade ist, dass keines der Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hat. Es ist unheimlich heiss zum schlafen und der oberste Raum erst recht. Dies wäre ein tolles Upgrade für diese wunderschöne Villa. Am Pool sind weniger bequeme Liegen als auf den Fotos und davon nur 4 Stück. Wir waren 7 Personen. Haben im Shoppingcenter noch gekauft für uns. Man fühlt sich wie in seinem eigenen kleinen Paradies. Das Grundstück ist so gross und so toll gepflegt. Klare Empfehlung zum Buchen! Wer mal da war, wird diesen Ort so schnell nicht wieder vergessen so schön ist er.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old house. The property has much character, original details, and a peaceful, timeless atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special was the view — absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. The host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with charm and great views. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed staying at Giulio’s place. It is located above the city of Moneglia with a great view over the surrounding hills and the ocean. Beautiful sunsets! The apartment was much bigger than what we expected, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
