Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Province of La Spezia

Magnifique gîte, spacieux, propre avec la climatisation, jacuzzi et une place de voiture avec un petit jardin. Idéalement situé pour la visite des cinque terre. je le recommande 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

La casa di Giacomo ci ha regalato un weekend di pace e tranquillità. Immersa nel verde, a circa 10 minuti di auto da Moneglia, è perfetta per una coppia che vuole godersi un momento di pace. Pulizia impeccabile e host proattivo nelle comunicazioni.

Gorgeous pool (cold in May, but once we were in, it was great!) Great location, so peaceful. We drove into La Spezia because train strikes made the local station impractical, otherwise it would have been very handy. The cinque terre are really stunning. We also did a sunset cruise from La Spezia which was excellent. Fabios restaurant is 2 mins away - sadly we didn’t have time to go - next time! Initially we thought the house was a.little damp (the weather had been bad) but once we put the air con on heating this improved in no time ✅. (The listing suggests the apartment doesn’t have heating - it does. Plus very good air con when the weather improved!) Fabio and Simona were there when we asked a question and otherwise unobtrusive which was great. Basic kitchen facilities and equipment, but enough - we would go back!

Soggiorno incredibile e consigliatissimo. La gentilezza di Giovanni che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige appena arrivate, ci ha consigliato un ristorante per la cena buonissimo, ha risposto sempre velocemente ad ogni richiesta. Ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di benvenuto con dolcetti e addirittura due caricabatterie per cellulare nelle stanze ( la mia amica lo aveva dimenticato ed è stato utilissimo). Ci tornerò sicuramente 😊

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser geschmackvoll gestalteten Unterkunft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wirklich makellose Sauberkeit! Gabriele ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber! Er versüßte uns den Aufenthalt mit kleinen aber feinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Marmelade, Tee, Duschgel, ein schöner Blumenstrauß) und vergewisserte sich mehrmals proaktiv, dass alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit war! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

We couldn’t be happier for the staying at Simone’s house. If you want a private spot surrounded by nature, that’s your best choice! He is also very friendly always available for anything you need. We loved Levanto village, Monterosso, St. Margherita, Porto Venere 🪬💙 Xx

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Patrick et Sara. La maison et le jardin sont aménagés avec soin et très agréables pour se détendre et profiter en famille. A proximité de La Spezia, disposant d’un véhicule, la localisation est idéale pour visiter des environs des Cinque Terre tout en profitant du calme d’un village. Nous recommandons vivement !

Loved my stay at Roger’s place. The house was very unique, comfy, and enjoyable. Roger is a fantastic host. Very receptive and friendly. The bed/pillows were very comfy. I would love to come back to explore the area more as it is very close to many beautiful places, like Cinque Terre.

The apartment is beautifully equipped and every single detail well thought out. What stood out for us was the quality linen and towels, and how cosy the cot for our baby was made. While part of the villa complex apartment comes with a large private garden with sun lounges. We also had the villa breakfast one morning - delicious!

Tolles Appartement mit sehr schönem Garten. Einrichtung war super, es hatte alles was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Zum Strand und zur Promenade von Porto Venere geht es einige Treppenstufen (226) hinunter. Das sollte zumindest berücksichtigt werden, wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist.

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Chiara is a great host and very friendly. The house is very comfortable, the views are splendid and the private parking is extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

L appartement Grecale d’Antonella est dans un lieu paisible hors de Levanto mais proche de tout, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et le couché de soleil. Beaucoup d’espace même pour une famille de 6. C’est la véritable petite maison de vacances familiale. Levanto est le lieu idéal pour visiter la région. Antonella est très disponible et toujours au petit soin. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir dès que possible.

Wij hadden een hele mooie tijd in het appartement van Amanda. Het is heel rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht. Meestal het zwembad helemaal voor ons alleen. Amanda stond altijd klaar als we iets nodig hadden. Tips, reservaties, verse eieren, .. het was allemaal met een lach. Dankzij de luiken en de ventilatoren was het goed koel binnen. Airco niet gemist. We zouden deze locatie absoluut aanraden!!

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce! Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny i wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne do mieszkania. Jednym z atutów tego miejsca jest przepiękny widok na morze i miasteczko! Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Cinque Terre i okolicy.

I highly recommend staying at Gabriele’s place when you visit Italy. He’s truly a super host. I was treated like an old friend the moment I arrived. Gabriele helped arrange transportation from the airport in Milan for me, which was extremely convenient. My flight arrived very late, so he got me a pizza to make sure I ate something before restaurants closed, which was super nice and delicious, I might add. The driver’s name is Giovanni. I also highly recommend arranging transportation with him when you can. He’s incredibly nice, gives great recommendations, and is very knowledgeable of the towns/cities of Italy. Gabriele’s place was perfect; super clean and comfortable, excellent amenities, an amazing view of the Gulf of La Spezia, and peaceful. It’s perfectly located for day trips to so many great locations, like Cinque Terre. With Giovanni’s help and the trains, I was able to go there and back quite easily. Checking in and out was also very easy. I’ll definitely be back.
