Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Gorizia

It was all as described. Nice apartment with relatively much space. The balcony is nice but unfortunately it was a bit noisy from the street. The location is great: it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I had my dog with me. That wasn't an issue either. You can walk to the dog beach in about 15 minutes. I enjoyed the stay.

Apartment on the Dock of Grado. Really very clean, tastefully furnished, cozy and with everything you need (dishes in abundance, washing machine, oven, TV, wifi, etc.). Spacious rooms, great and mattresses. It felt all new. Nice view. Very comfortable and safe parking inside the building's courtyard as well as the presence of a large elevator. Two minute walk to the historic center and a few minutes more to the beach. Pizzeria and restaurants around the corner. I highly recommend it. My husband and two children aged 8 and 6 had a very good time.

Georgia is highly recommended as a hostess! Since there were no guests before and after us, we were allowed to check in earlier than usual and check out later, which we found very flexible and generous!! The apartment is very lovingly designed and well equipped. It is located outside Grado, near Grado Pineta, everything is easily accessible by bicycle via bicycle paths. Georgia provides 2 bikes, we had our own with us. The only disadvantage of the location is that the apartment is located next to the thoroughfare. All in all a nice place to stay!

The apartment was perfect for us. Cleanliness, communication, cooking facilities, balcony, mattress, location. The only downside is that there is no WiFi. A wonderful holiday! Many thanks to Luka and his family

Very nice apartment in apartment house. Clean and comfy. Everything you need for a stay at the beach. Daniela's partner welcomed us and led us into the apartment. He was easy to reach when we had questions. The sourroundings can be noisy at night: During our three-night stay, we had one night with a loud party at the beach. The beach is mostly rocky with a sufficient area of sand for comfy bathing. The water is not very steep. The water is warmer then elsewhere and the waves are lower, if there are any at all - perfect for smaller children! The visitors at the beach are mainly Italians and there are only a few tourists around. Bring a car or a bicycle to reach good restaurants or sights!

Perfect, quiet and sparkling clean accommodation for up to 8 people. Even though there were only three of us, it was a good price. Well-equipped and also suitable for longer stays. I'm sure we'll be back

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

It's like arriving at a friend's place. Cozy, everything well prepared, generous. With friends, you would only complain on request that some of us couldn't quite cope with the worn-out-looking beds. However, for most people, this does not stand in the way of the desire to see each other again soon.

Perfect location in Grado old town. Short distances to the sea and to the Harbor. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern and practical. Everything necessary is available and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with Davide was straightforward, prompt and very friendly. We'd love to come back anytime.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambiance, beautiful rooms. And René was an excellent host, very accommodating, always available, informative, very friendly, thank you very much. Without a doubt, I would book again immediately if I were in Trieste. Villa Sisko is immaculate, looks brand new and is charmingly decorated and kitted out. Lamberto met us upon arrival and gave us a thorough orientation of where we were, and where we could go. Maps of the unit's location with nearby reference points were provided, and detailed information of things to do and places to see were provided. A variety of coffee and cookies were provided, as well as water and juice. There are 2 TVs that provide Netflix as well as other streaming services. The outside space was generous in size and offered a beautiful view as well as a good size table and chairs and sun loungers. The thing that struck us the most was Lamberto's warm and welcoming greeting and the connection we felt.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

We were two people in this beautiful large apartment for a week. We liked it very much: very well-equipped kitchen, very good beds, air conditioning in 2 rooms, great location.

What an amazing and historic place! It was a great mix of authentic history with all of the newest, modern amenities. We couldnt have been happier.

We had a great week in Claudio's apartment, it is not huge, but had everything we needed except red wine glasses. Very practical apartment with good a/c, good bed, enough towels, drying line for the bath linen, and it was very well cleaned! In addition, it was incredibly nice to find some toast, cold cuts, tea, coffee and water etc. available, we arrived at the apartment late at night and did not have time to shop. The stairs up to the apartment were long, but it was definitely easier without heavy suitcases. The instructions we received on video from Claudio before we arrived were explanatory and helpful. We highly recommend the apartment to others who want to experience Trieste!

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in its place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental was clean and cozy- with a wonderful view of the marina. Annalise was so helpful, friendly and hospitable. We would recommend!!

We stayed in San Nicolo Suites “Suite Mula” and it was absolutely fantastic. Beautifully renovated with high end finishes, a beautiful bathroom and really spacious bedroom with huge, comfortable bed. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we required anything further. As we were travelling for many weeks, the laundry and iron was a huge bonus. The location itself can’t be beaten…the suites are just upstairs from a fabulous pasticceria with beautiful cakes and savoury items all day long, as well as great coffee. Also nearby is a great little bar with a good selection of chicchetti and cocktails. This is a lively and very beautiful part of town,with a really good selection of restaurants, as well as being very easy to walk to all the major attactions, the train and bus station, and the ferry. One of the best bnb’s we’ve stayed in Italy and would definitely stay again if we dome back to the surprising city of Trieste.
