Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Gorizia

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Nettes Appartement mit relativ viel Platz. Der Balkon ist schön aber leider war es von der Straße her etwas laut. Die Lage ist super: Zum Strand und zu den Restaurants sind es nur 5 Minuten Gehweg. Ich hatte meinen Hund dabei. Das war auch kein Problem. Zum Hundestrand geht man etwa 15 Minuten. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen.

Appartamento sulla Darsena di Grado. Veramente molto pulito, arredato con gusto, accogliente e con tutto il necessario (stoviglie in abbondanza, lavatrice, forno, tv, wifi ecc...). Stanze spaziose, ottimi i materassi. Sembrava tutto nuovo. Bella la vista. Comodissimo e sicuro il parcheggio all'interno del cortile dell'edificio cosí come la presenza di un ampio ascensore. A due minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pochi minuti in piú dalla spiaggia. Pizzeria e ristoranti dietro l'angolo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Io, mio marito e i miei due figli di 8 e 6 anni ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Georgia ist als Gastgeberin sehr zu empfehlen! Da vor und nach uns keine Gäste da waren, durften wir früher als üblich einchecken und später auschecken, das fanden wir sehr flexibel und großzügig!! Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Es befindet sich außerhalb von Grado, Nähe Grado Pineta, alles ist mit dem Fahrrad gut über Fahrradwege erreichbar. Georgia stellt 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, wir hatten unsere eigenen dabei. Einziger Nachteil der Lage ist, dass sich das Appartement neben der Durchzugsstraße befindet. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, Kochmöglichkeit, Balkon, Matratze, Lage. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es kein WLAN gibt. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Vielen Dank an Luka und seine Familie

Very nice apartment in apartment house. Clean and comfy. Everything you need for a stay at the beach. Daniela's partner welcomed us and led us into the apartment. He was easy to reach when we had questions. The sourroundings can be noisy at night: During our three-night stay, we had one night with a loud party at the beach. The beach is mostly rocky with a sufficient area of sand for comfy bathing. The water is not very steep. The water is warmer then elsewhere and the waves are lower, if there are any at all - perfect for smaller children! The visitors at the beach are mainly Italians and there are only a few tourists around. Bring a car or a bicycle to reach good restaurants or sights!

Perfekte, ruhige und blitzsaubere Unterkunft für bis zu 8 Personen. Auch wenn wir nur zu dritt waren, war es ein guter Preis. Top ausgestattet und auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder

Nette Wohnung mit sonnigem Balkon zum Frühstücken. Wir hatten leider öfter Regenwetter - da war die gut funktionierende Heizung sehr angenehm. Gut gelegen - nahe zu Strand, Therme, Spar und Wochenmarkt (Samstag)... Kurzer Spaziergang über die Strandpromenade in die Altstadt. Marco ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet hat. Danke, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :))

Nous avons apprécié séjourner chez Paola. La maison est très spacieuse, bien placée à proximité de la mer ainsi que de commerces et restaurants. Le jardin est très grand et agréable. La décoration est soignée (mention spéciale pour le tableau se trouvant dans l’escalier, qui a fait l’unanimité) Paola est très réactive aux messages. Il nous manquait quelques petites choses et elle nous y a amener le lendemain. Elle nous a également conseillé plusieurs adresses sympas dans le coin! Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.

Es ist wie Ankommen bei Freunden. Gemütlich, alles wohl vorbereitet, grosszügig. Bei Freunden würde man nur auf Nachfrage bemängeln, dass einige von uns mit den durchgelegen wirkenden Betten nicht ganz zurecht kam. Das steht dem Wunsch nach einem baldigen Wiedersehen bei den meisten aber nicht im Wege.

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Grado. Kurze Wege zum Meer und zum Hafen. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und die Wohnung war makellos sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Davide war unkompliziert, zügig und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr gute lage, zentral in Barcola, aber ruhig. Tolles Ambiente, schöne Zimmer. Und René war ein hervorragender Host, sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar, informativ, sehr freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. Ohne Zweifel würde ich sofort nochmal buchen, falls ich in Trieste wäre. Danke, René!

Great space and great location! Spacious and perfect for a large group!

Wir waren 4 Personen und die Unterkunft war gut dafür geeignet, es war ein wenig eng aber für den Aufenthalt war das nicht schlimm. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so im Alltag braucht. Die Bedachte Terrasse war super zum Entspannen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Unterkunft war allgemein recht sauber und gut gelegen um zu den diversen anderen Angeboten im Camp zu gelangen. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß und es war auch nie langweilig. Das Camp ist sehr groß und hat auch viel zu bieten, Spielplatz, Restaurant, Schwimmbad mit Kinderbecken und Erwachsenenbecken, Volleyball, Minigolf und div. anderen Aktivitäten. Den Strand fanden wir jetzt nicht so super, da er recht schlammig war und viele Krebse am Ufer waren. Die Gegend hat jedoch in wenigen Autominuten auch noch andere Strände die etwas besser sind.

Villa Sisko is immaculate, looks brand new and is charmingly decorated and kitted out. Lamberto met us upon arrival and gave us a thorough orientation of where we were, and where we could go. Maps of the unit's location with nearby reference points were provided, and detailed information of things to do and places to see were provided. A variety of coffee and cookies were provided, as well as water and juice. There are 2 TVs that provide Netflix as well as other streaming services. The outside space was generous in size and offered a beautiful view as well as a good size table and chairs and sun loungers. The thing that struck us the most was Lamberto's warm and welcoming greeting and the connection we felt.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in dieser schönen großen Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen: sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr gute Betten, Klimaanlage in 2 Räumen, top Lage.

Appartamento che ha confermato totalmente le nostre aspettative. Unici dettagli da segnare : Pavimento in legno (parquet) bellissimo ma un po’ troppo rumoroso quando lo si calpestava. Tende alle finestre difficili da utilizzare e scuri dai quali filtrava un po’ troppa luce. Ma sono veramente piccoli dettagli che non hanno assolutamente inficiato la bellissima esperienza vissuta! Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare alla Maison !

Vi hadde en kjempefin uke i Claudio's leilighet, den er ikke kjempestor, men hadde alt vi trengte bortsett fra rødvinsglass. Veldig praktisk leilighet med bra a/c, god seng, nok håndklær, tørkesnor til badetøyet, og det var svært godt rengjort! Dessuten var det utrolig hyggelig å finne litt toast, pålegg, te, kaffe og vann etc. tilgjengelig, vi ankom leiligheten sent på kvelden og fikk ikke handlet noe. Trappa opp til leiligheten var lang, men det gikk absolutt lettere uten tunge kofferter. Instruksjonene vi mottok på video fra Claudio før vi ankom, var forklarende og hjelpsomme. Vi kan varmt anbefale leiligheten til andre som ønsker å oppleve Trieste!

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.

Annalisa und Sandro waren äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und stets schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön blitzsauber, und hatte eine wunderbare Lage direkt über dem Hafen.

We stayed in San Nicolo Suites “Suite Mula” and it was absolutely fantastic. Beautifully renovated with high end finishes, a beautiful bathroom and really spacious bedroom with huge, comfortable bed. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we required anything further. As we were travelling for many weeks, the laundry and iron was a huge bonus. The location itself can’t be beaten…the suites are just upstairs from a fabulous pasticceria with beautiful cakes and savoury items all day long, as well as great coffee. Also nearby is a great little bar with a good selection of chicchetti and cocktails. This is a lively and very beautiful part of town,with a really good selection of restaurants, as well as being very easy to walk to all the major attactions, the train and bus station, and the ferry. One of the best bnb’s we’ve stayed in Italy and would definitely stay again if we dome back to the surprising city of Trieste.
