Barbara is kind and helpful...she made sure the house was clean and had everything she promised. Excellent location and also the indoor parking, although there is free parking in the street. Fido beach nearby.

Cozy tiny appartment, perfect for a short stay

Had a great time. Very proactive, helpful and responsive host. Whenever i come again would love to stay at the same place. Close to restaurants, cafes and pizzerias.

We stayed with our children in Maila apartment for weekends. The apartment is very authentic in a very beautiful and quiet location, right on the beach. Maila and her mom are very welcoming. We had all our questions answered, checked in easily and had a pleasant stay. The apartment had everything we needed and more. There were sweets and cookies waiting for the kids, and Maila left groceries for us to make dinner. This was kind and very helpful because the stores were not open the day we arrived. Mila, thank you for your hospitality! We recommend this place

The place is very clean, bright, comfortable, spacious, easy to get to. Viktoriya is very helpful and clear in the explanations. I could only recommend a curtain for the sun in the kitchen and bathroom,a perfumer for rooms and a tablecloth and paper for the kitchen but nothing essential

Highly recommended, great location in the pedestrian zone. Beach and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, grocery store just opposite. Quiet despite the central location.

The communication in advance was super easy and fast. Barbara has given us exact directions, as Navi's supposedly can't find it well. We were able to park the car in the associated parking garage. Barbara then showed us everything, and made us feel very welcome. The best thing was that she put a cake and cupcakes and snacks in the apartment for us, even though we only stayed one night. You almost thought you had booked breakfast. The cliffs and the cliff coast path are super fast and easy to reach on foot, as well as the castle and the harbor can be reached on foot. We were able to leave our car parked after check-out because we left later. So absolutely recommended!

Everything worked out wonderfully. The only criticism is that the balcony, which can be seen in the photos, does not exist.

Everything you need for a quiet relaxing vacation in Grado :) Shopping right around the corner and with the bikes you can quickly get to the nearest beach or in the old town to enjoy warm evenings! Everything great, thank you!

Price-performance is great, we felt very comfortable in the apartment. Free parking and a bus stop are right on the doorstep. We had our bikes with us, so the location was perfect for us, away from the city center, so very quiet and right on the lagoon. The free beach was also very easy to reach. Grado is very well developed with bike paths. Erica responded very quickly to messages and was very helpful. We would choose the apartment again next time.

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

Beautiful apartment in the suburb of Grado. The bicycles (including 2 locks) were perfect for getting to the city via good bike paths. Even for our daughter (4 years, 100 cm) there was a bicycle, as well as a bicycle with a child seat for our 2-year-old son. The beach is only 2 minutes away on foot through a small garden gate. Bakers, restaurants and a small supermarket are also in close proximity. Erica was very accommodating and thanks to the video sent in advance, we were well informed before our arrival.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

We were there for the second time and were super satisfied. Giovanni is always friendly and responds quickly to messages. The location is simply top!! Very central and only a few meters to the beach. We will definitely be back

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

We had a great week in Saverio's apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, very quiet, not far from the sea (15 minutes at a slow pace). At our disposal there was a fenced parking space, the 3 pools (one for children), the playground always in the shade and the bicycles. At a distance of 150 meters there is a supermarket where you can shop. On the large balcony there is a February and the table where you can dine in the cool. Highly recommended!

Teresa was very accommodating and let us check in a little bit earlier. The location was perfect for two adults and two small children including a baby. We would happily book Teresa's apartment again.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
