Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Caserta

We were here for a short trip, and it was important to just get to Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment on the outskirts of town was excellent for this. It was well equipped, so you could relax there well after a busy day. There was a parking spot in front of the door. It is advisable to have a few ten cents pieces ready, since a coin is to be thrown in for each trip to the 5th floor with the elevator. From the balcony you have a great view of Naples and Vesuvius. Also there is a big bed with real duvet. Antonio was always available and was always able to help with small problems.

I stayed in this apartment for a business trip and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The house is exactly as in the photos: clean, well organized and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including a stable and fast Wi-Fi connection, ideal for working remotely. The area is quiet . The parking was convenient and safe, a detail that was much appreciated. Check-in was simple and Ada was always available, kind and attentive to every need. In general, a perfect stay for both business travelers and those who want to relax. Highly recommended, I would definitely go back!

The host was great. The flat was in pristine and clean conditions. I went withy kids and my older one loved the room with 2 beds. He enjoyed watching TV all on his own for a little. personally, I found it great and nicely put. The only thing I would suggest is to put some toilet seat and have few kitchen hand towels. But not a deal breaker. I did message the host, congratulating her as we had a fab stay. Definitely recommend staying there. But make sure to have a car, otherwise it's not easy toove around. Had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful. MariaCristina was really helpful with any queries we had. Lovely neighbours, great views, close to coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to stay again!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

The location is in a quiet area, Giovanna in a very friendly and helpful way welcomed all my needs. The home fully reflected the description provided by Airbnb. Cozy, it was like feeling at home, but moreover it offers a terrace with spectacular views, where on good days, and on quiet evenings, you fully enjoyed its functionality. Thank you so much for everything, it felt like home.

Host available, exceptional accommodation, everything in order and well furnished, equipped with everything you need, a clean, spacious and bright environment, equipped kitchen, a well-kept garden with masonry barbecue equipped with utensils. My girlfriend and I had a nice relaxing day and we are fully satisfied with the place, definitely to be repeated. I recommend it...

The villa was an area of beautiful solitude. It was very beneficial for my health and I was able to rest. The swimming pool, roses, and trees were all loving taken care of, and the beautiful energy on the property is not able to be described.

We stayed at Patrizia place in August. The flat was well cool because of the air-conditioning. The flat was so clean and new. Easy to keep it clean. The communication with Patrizia and the husband was excellent. Shops are very close, 'La Reggia' (Royal Palace) 15- 20 mins walk, and also easy to visit Napoli by train. By the way 3 mins walk in Via Roma you'll find 1 of the best ice cream shop, and they do ice cream with the stevia, the sugar substitute. Perfect for diabetics (I'm 😀) Anyway I recommend Patrizia place (Re Nasone) 100% , to whoever needs a place to stay in Caserta

Great friendliness and availability from Sabatino and his family. We had a couple of small inconveniences that they promptly fixed. Rarely have I found so much attention to customers during a stay. Thank you Sabatino!

Giuseppe was a fantastic host. he met us at the train station and walked with us to the apartment. There was a generous supply of snacks and fresh fruit and bottled water. the apartment was clean and comfortable. we walked to a great seafood restaurant called damare for dinner. even though it was a Saturday night the apartment was quiet for sleeping.

We had a great couple of nights at Girolamo's place. Villa is huge and has a great interior. Girolamo was helpful and gave us a much needed lift to the airport at the end. Ubers are not that available in Cimitile! Overall would definitely recommend the villa if you need a large space.

Everything is perfect.

Everything was incredible! Truly. Luca met us and showed us where to park. He and his mother showed us the apartment with grace and caring. Furnished beautifully. I told him it was too nice for a rental (and I meant it). I rent fairly often and this place is amazing. As are the hosts. Don’t hesitate.

Very clean place, Saverio is a very accurate and available host. Great experience, I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful and well furnished accommodation, the only flaw was that the Wi-Fi was a bit bad, but otherwise highly recommended
