The apartment is located in a quiet area, it is easy to get around on foot and there are supermarkets and other shops nearby. It is about an hour by bus/Circumvesuviana from downtown Naples. Spacious, tastefully furnished and clean. A kitchen equipped with everything you need, a bathroom and a double bedroom, with the amenities listed in the description. Pietro was a very kind and helpful host to us, which made us feel at home. Super recommended, we will definitely be back😉

Abele communicated first thing in the morning of check-in that the booked place was not available due to previous tenant. However he was helpful and provided an excellent alternative, he provided a fantastic support and the alternative option was probably even better than what I originally booked. The host was responsive and his messages/ instructions were 100% clear. We left the car at the Reggia di Casera underground parking and walked to the place as it was a very short walk. Although outside the temperature was >35, the flat was cool and the aircon worked perfectly (as indicated by the host)

A convenient solution for those who want to be a few minutes' drive from Naples. Well furnished house, excellent communication with the owners, very simple check-in and check-out experience. There are also good restaurants/pizzerias in the immediate vicinity.

The upstairs apartment is very nice. We really liked the terrace: you can see the stars and the moon, it is very relaxing to sit there at night and hear the crickets singing. The children were very comfortable: the garden and pool were ideal for them. The dog was also able to enjoy green spaces, without having to wear a leash. Silvio was always charming, despite the hustle and bustle of the children and occasional barking from Bruma. Thank you Silvio! :-)

This is our third stay at RENATO and MARIA's, the service is EXCELLENT , the location of the apartment is quietly located in the hyper center. We'll most certainly come back to that.

This is the best place for someone who is visiting U Cassino, is only a nice 5 minutes walk ! Place has all what you need and Alberto is reachable anytime in case of anything! Great deal

Restful and relaxing stay - great location when breaking your journey from south to north. Added bonus of being able to see Monte Cassino - with a great views from the apartment. Clean, well provisioned and friendly host.

my family and I had a great time at Antonio's place. we were treated very well with lots of care and friendliness. The highlight for us was being able to use the pool and local amenities. Maria was such a delight throughout our stay. she helped us so much by recommending places to go for wine tasting and other local restaurants and activities. we felt so comfortable and we were able to experience the authentic side of region thanks to Maria's efforts. we we also treated to their wine and other lovely drinks and barbecue with some of Maria's friends. my son especially enjoyed riding the bike that was on site and playing with the dogs. we highly recommend Antonio's place for anyone looking for a relaxing place with lots of greenery and very kind hosts. thanks for having us and we hope to be back again soon.

A great property with a fabulous roof terrace looking out to sea. The beach is a few minutes walk away and lots of nearby restaurants, shops, cafes etc. Antonio was helpful and responsive. A great place for a holiday near the beach and with lots to do nearby. We visited Pompeii and Naples for the day which was easy to do and spent a few days on the beach. A stunning location to watch the sunset - both from the terrace or the beach itself.

Great apartment that is close to the train station and Royal Palace. Also close to a lot of bars for night time entertainment. Full kitchen and the host provided many treats along with coffee and tea.

The place is extremely comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you need in a home. Very clean and extremely functional bathroom. Air-conditioned in both rooms, easy to access both day and night as sensor lamps always illuminate the route. The rooms are exactly as described and shown in the photos, they are spacious and the ceilings are very high. Great central location, as all the various important points of Santa Maria Capua Vetere are easily reachable on foot or by car in a few minutes. We chose this property for a 2-night stay. Perfect to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta (a short walk) and reach the beauties of Naples and its surroundings via the nearby station. Spacious, clean and tidy house. Well-stocked supermarket nearby. It also accepts our four-legged friends. Great guarded parking provided by the host.

I stayed in this apartment for a business trip and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The house is exactly as in the photos: clean, well organized and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including a stable and fast Wi-Fi connection, ideal for working remotely. The area is quiet . The parking was convenient and safe, a detail that was much appreciated. Check-in was simple and Ada was always available, kind and attentive to every need. In general, a perfect stay for both business travelers and those who want to relax. Highly recommended, I would definitely go back!

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a new residential complex. Important: free parking outside the house. Enjoyed: geese. Ducks and beavers on the grounds. I came for the Battle of Cassino Museum and the Abbey. And that's as close as you can get. It's only 5 mins walk to the uentra town too. Recommend.
