Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Caserta

I stayed one night with my family, the house was very clean, very tidy. We slept very well. The house has everything you need. The owner is very friendly and coordinates very well.

Host available, exceptional accommodation, everything in order and well furnished, equipped with everything you need, a clean, spacious and bright environment, equipped kitchen, a well-kept garden with masonry barbecue equipped with utensils. My girlfriend and I had a nice relaxing day and we are fully satisfied with the place, definitely to be repeated. I recommend it...

Beautiful little town on top of the hill with beautiful clean apartment. The mattress was the best / most comfy I've ever encountered in an airbnb, which was very welcome on our long drive all the way from North Italy to Sicily. Also the host Giovanni was extremely helpful and friendly and responded very quickly over message with any info we needed. Only minor downside could be that the cute church bell nearby rang every 15 minutes all through the night, which made me wake up several times throughout the night. The mattress was so good though, that I feel asleep again right away, and after I put in some earplugs I slept straight through the second half of the night. My girlfriend was less bothered so I guess it depends, but if you think you might be bothered just bring some earplugs and you'll have the best sleep ever.

Wow! This place is amazing! Beautiful scenery, amazing farm, and a short walk to Caizzo center with restaurants, grocery store, shopping etc. The rooms look better than the photos. They are comfortable and large. Ilaria is such a kind host who really takes the time to get to know you. She even made us breakfast with fresh squeezed lemonade and farm fresh eggs. Would recommend this to anyone traveling!

We stayed at Patrizia place in August. The flat was well cool because of the air-conditioning. The flat was so clean and new. Easy to keep it clean. The communication with Patrizia and the husband was excellent. Shops are very close, 'La Reggia' (Royal Palace) 15- 20 mins walk, and also easy to visit Napoli by train. By the way 3 mins walk in Via Roma you'll find 1 of the best ice cream shop, and they do ice cream with the stevia, the sugar substitute. Perfect for diabetics (I'm 😀) Anyway I recommend Patrizia place (Re Nasone) 100% , to whoever needs a place to stay in Caserta

we felt very welcome in the villa of Alessio, hos family, dog and cats. we were showerer with attentiveness. all inconveniences where swept away with love. Would love to have such neighbours and friends!

my family and I had a great time at Antonio's place. we were treated very well with lots of care and friendliness. The highlight for us was being able to use the pool and local amenities. Maria was such a delight throughout our stay. she helped us so much by recommending places to go for wine tasting and other local restaurants and activities. we felt so comfortable and we were able to experience the authentic side of region thanks to Maria's efforts. we we also treated to their wine and other lovely drinks and barbecue with some of Maria's friends. my son especially enjoyed riding the bike that was on site and playing with the dogs. we highly recommend Antonio's place for anyone looking for a relaxing place with lots of greenery and very kind hosts. thanks for having us and we hope to be back again soon.

We chose this property for a 2-night stay. Perfect to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta (a short walk) and reach the beauties of Naples and its surroundings via the nearby station. Spacious, clean and tidy house. Well-stocked supermarket nearby. It also accepts our four-legged friends. Great guarded parking provided by the host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place has charm, and has everything you might need. It is conveniently located and has plenty of parking space nearby. The apartment was fully equipped, and clean and tidy. We also had bottled water and breakfast at our disposal, which seemed to us a lot of detail. Elisa was very kind, and despite delaying us due to an inconvenience, she was attentive and welcomed us with a smile. Thank you very much for everything!

We enjoyed everything about Rafaele’s apartment and his hospitality. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived. All furniture and fittings were modern and seemed brand new. The shower had hot water and the water pressure great. Rafaele really went out of his way to help us, firstly to arrange a driver to bring us from the airport as our plane arrived after 10pm and to research restaurants and activities for us. He gave my daughter a bag of puzzles and activities which he had bought as a gift and we thought was a special touch. The neighbourhood was family oriented with there being a playground next door to the train station, good restaurant and bakery options. Just a very authentic place which was perfect for our style of travel. I highly recommend this air bnb

What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

Me and my boyfriend throughly enjoyed our trip to Naples. Valeria was very helpful, responsive and kind, offering lifts, giving great recommendations and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Valeria’s place was spotless and decorated beautifully. The provided breakfast was a lovely touch and made the mornings more convenient. While the locations of Valeria’s place was charming, with good restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance; however, getting around, particularly into Naples and surrounding areas was tricky due to limited and unreliable public transport. That said, it did not take away from the overall experience, and we would happily return for another stay. Thank you Valeria!

This is in a great location; you can see the palace from one of the windows. I had dinner around the corner by the palace and watched all of the families and other people out for their Sunday evening stroll. It was very peaceful and sweet. This apartment is perfect, not only the location, but it is so tastefully and sweetly decorated. The host is probably an artist. I love the little sunbather in the bathroom. In addition to being pleasing to the eye, it is very functional. Everything here is like new. The lights and outlets are everywhere you need them. The apartment could not have been more comfortable. I visited four of the sites that Jessica recommended and two of the restaurants. I wouldn't have found that one pizza joint on my own because it's about a 15-minute walk away but well worth the trip. And the welcome gift was sweet. I won't spoil the surprise.

Everything was incredible! Truly. Luca met us and showed us where to park. He and his mother showed us the apartment with grace and caring. Furnished beautifully. I told him it was too nice for a rental (and I meant it). I rent fairly often and this place is amazing. As are the hosts. Don’t hesitate.

From the moment of booking to the end, Giacomo was always communicative and helpful, providing recommendations, being flexible with check-in (we were late 😅), and even sourcing an adapter for UK-EU for us mid-stay. Giacomo provided a warm welcome, and even groceries (fresh fruits, coffee for the coffee machine, bread, eggs, milk, jam, butter, fruit juice...!) so that we didn't have to source breakfast! Giacomo's flat was beautiful, lovely and clean, and clearly cared for. He also let us use his netflix (which, a couple of times, we did 😁). Lastly, the parking arrangement if you have a car is also super! We strongly recommend staying here👍 thanks Giacomo - it was a treat! 👌

The place is as described. Everything is clean and the communication with Roberto was very easy. The location was good to get to a lot of interesting places, but having a car to get around was very helpful.

I made a reservation for the purpose of sleeping before my trip to Pompage Station. I entered the wrong Google Map address, but the host came out nearby, so I stayed without a problem. You have prepared water and welcome cookies. It's in a typical residential area, but there's no shortage of travelers who just need a place to stay. And parking was enough in the yard in the building.
