The most beautiful location and house we have ever booked - incredible and character-filled place in which we felt privileged to be able to stay. Photos and descriptions do not do it justice and we could barely tear ourselves away to explore the rest of the island. Hosts were kind and helpful and a pleasure to meet, amenities were great and the privacy and tranquility unparalleled. We only wished we had been able to stay longer and would happily return.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful mountain house. The house is charming and ideally situated, offering stunning views of both the mountains and the lake. The nearby village of Fonteno is picturesque and charming, featuring a convenient supermarket and bar. We also had a great experience with the welcoming neighbors, which made our stay even more special. We would absolutely recommend this place!

Luisa and Bruno were very welcoming and kind. Upon arrival they offered us a drink and were always very helpful and flexible with the times according to our needs. Luisa prepared a varied and abundant breakfast for us, making us feel at home. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The house is in a very quiet location but close to the center of Almenno. We highly recommend Luisa and Bruno's place.

We came to Passirano for a wedding and Francesca’s place was a perfect place to stay. Francesca and her parents were always extremely friendly and helpful and we’d definitely stay there again.

The place is absolutely stunning and dreamy — the photos really don’t do it justice! The atmosphere is magical, and every detail reflects great taste and genuine care for comfort and beauty. Francesca was very helpful and gave us clear instructions to reach the location. The breakfast she prepared was delicious, generous, and very satisfying. Just make sure to bring some cash with you, as the card machine doesn’t always work. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Spacious, clean and quiet home-away-from-home . Large living room, full kitchen, well equipped. Mari was very communicative. Check-in very easy. Within easy walking distance of commercial areas, restaurants, main piazzas and sights of Brescia. A charming and unspoiled town. Also near city bus stop for easy access to train station. We made many day trips to nearby towns such as Bergamo and Verona and Lake Garda. Highly recommend Mari's place and Brescia.

Perfect stay for two Nights 😊 Rosana is quick in texting and our booking was on the same day arround noon. We arrived at 9pm. Nando prepared all perfectly and pick us up and drive us to the house. More Italien lifestyle and vibes are not possible, super lovely and always a good advice for the area. We came with our dog Peanut and she was welcomed too. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

A very high quality apartment in a historically important building. It has been sympathetically restored and is ideal for a holiday on the most beautiful Italian lake.

This accommodation and the surrounding area is breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay and had a really relaxing time. The food at the restaurant was great. The service personnel were so helpful and kind to us. The paddle boards and kayaks were really fun to use. We definitely recommend this experience to anybody looking to relax and take a few days away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it and really want to return for another stay in the future.

The host was nice, always quick to respond and was always detailed. The house was clean as well as the outdoor area with the pool was spotless. The housewife and the gardener who came did a good job. Unfortunately, the way to the house is uncomfortable at the end and not accessible by any car. But the host can't do anything about it. Overall it was a great experience so my colleagues and I would definitely recommend it.

It was a perfect stay, along the path of the two sisters. Giuliana was a perfect host, very friendly and helpful. A hearty breakfast, excellent for walkers like us. Perfect location for those who want to get to know and travel in Franciacorta and near the lake.

The kindness and availability of Ileana and Max immediately bring the relationship with them on a different level, they are like longtime friends. Staying at their beautiful estate was a magnificent and relaxing experience, which I recommend to anyone.

We were very happy with the B&B. It's true that the room doesn't have a real window, but it's spacious and really comfortable. The modern wooden design bed and mattress are really great (it's not easy to find comfortable beds even in much more expensive places) and comfortable. Samsung air conditioner also perfect, quiet, which is no small thing when it's hot and muggy in summer. Breakfast not bad with fantastic tree figs! Very nice hosts, everything was fine, really quiet and peaceful location and at the same time two minutes from Iseo. Absolutely excellent value for money considering that breakfast is included.

Very tidy and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: coffee maker with pods, shower products and much more. The owner was extremely kind and friendly, with a welcome gift. The directions to get there were clear, the parking is conveniently located near the property, and the owner's availability was impeccable, with very useful suggestions about the area. Excellent location: close to the center, the mines, the Tibetan bridge and easily accessible. Great flexibility even on schedules. Highly recommended!
