I feel so lucky to have chosen this place! It’s absolutely beautiful — the space feels like a museum with its unique decor and peaceful atmosphere. Maria is such a wonderful and kind host; she made me feel truly at home. Breakfast was delicious — she prepares it herself with so much care and love. Every morning felt like a special experience. The house is clean and cozy, and Maria’s hospitality made my stay unforgettable. I would definitely come back and recommend it ♥️♥️

The accommodation is in a strategic area for visiting the Franciacorta areas by car. The room matched the photos, very clean and fragrant. We enjoyed having a small green space in front of the room. Keeping in touch with Roberta was easy and she proved to be a very helpful host. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience. I was welcomed and pampered as a family member. The room is very clean and brand new, equipped with every comfort. Nothing is left to chance. William is definitely an excellent host for his availability and kindness at all stages of the trip: from check-in to breakfast to check-out. I recommend it to everyone.

The room offered by Manuela is spacious, clean, at the right temperature because there is air conditioning that works well. The bathroom is large. The pool is a plus. It's lovely. Breakfast is hearty. Manuela is a caring host and gives good advice. The accommodation is outside the highway in a small quiet town. The car is safe. I highly recommend staying at Manuela's.

I really liked my stay here. Claudia and her husband were very friendly and helpful. They came to meet me when I checked it, helped me carry my heavy luggage upstarts and bring it down when I checked out. Their home is very clean, well decorated, breakfast is very good. The location is also very friendly, I can walk to the train station. All in all I love it! Highly recommend!

Everything was super nice , clean and comfortable, and especially the view from the room is beautiful ! It has a small deck and I loved it❤️. With or without air conditioning the weather is very good , the breakfast is very nice and Mrs. Raffaella is very friendly and punctual with all the directions. You can reach less than 5 minutes to the center of the upper city. Thank you !

Without a doubt, the best day I had in Italy during my one month trip. Cristinia and her husband were so incredibly kind, generous, & helpful. She offered the most incredible homemade breakfasts each morning during my stay! If you’re into hiking, there are so many spots to explore, in the lake is gorgeous, Cristina offered some great advice on hiking trails. The apartment is incredibly spacious and clean, and just a joy to stay at. If you’re planning on coming to Italy or Lake Iseo, 100% stay at this B&B! Highlight of my trip! Thank you!

Elena is a very attentive and hospitable host. His B&B is very clean, soundproofed and well organized. The gold room is very comfortable for a short stay in the Brescia area. Breakfast is also included in a beautiful common room with 2 other rooms. Super plus the terrace with sofas and relaxation areas. See you soon!

It was my first time sharing common areas (kitchen and courtyard), and it was great! Doris and her husband are there for all needs (logistical, tourist and other advice). I even shared with them a bike ride to Bergamo Alta (a very good time of conviviality); One morning, I shared breakfast with an Italian family and it was a very good time again!!! The nights are quiet, everything is clean and in place, and above all, Doris and her husband are very kind, friendly and really appreciable. I have already advised friends to book WITH DORIS.

Beautiful to us very well maintained property in a quiet and safe place - only 20 minutes away from the city of Bergamo. Brilliant interior design and well thought out and individually designed rooms. The host was very friendly and attentive.

I stayed at Paula’s listing for 6 nights with 3 children. The place is lovely and clean and has all amenities needed within a B&B. It was approx 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from a grocery shop. This was a great base to stay for visiting Milan, Monza, Como, Bergamo and others. The breakfast provided was excellent and having Wi-Fi was a plus point with the children. I would definitely recommend this listing for families who need a nice Northern Italian base.

Great, clean and convenient room just a few minutes walk from the train station. Iana and Egidio were very communicative and helpful. The room was simple and clean, very tidy and perfect for a short stay and especially traveling as one person. Excellent wifi and air conditioning. No complaints!

My friend and I came to Maria's place for a change of schedule compared to a trip we had planned; we were greeted with kindness and immediately felt comfortable. The place was fantastic, the spa was the same and we got to relax and enjoy two very relaxing days.

Photographs, nor words, can truly capture what Andrea, his family and the staff who work there have created with La Portineria. It simply has to be experienced. We stayed in ‘Elettra’ with our son and small dog, and not only was the room perfect, the breakfast was a real treat and Mrs Nina made us feel like we were family. Dinner taken at Osteria Lanzati was also delicious - in particular their ‘terra’ tasting menu. As a further note, Cantina Bignotti’s wine tour was enjoyed by all of us, not only for learning about and sampling the wines themselves, but feeling the passion and love behind their creation: a feeling evident in every single detail of our whole trip.
