This property is hands down top rated. The location has beautiful vistas of the Dolomites as well as local villages as it is situated on a knoll. The proprietors Paulo, Nicoleta, and their children are knowledgeable of the area and history. They have fruit trees and a garden which they encouraged us to pick from for meals. The setup was perfect for us and our older kids. Plenty of room and everyone had their own bath. The kitchen was ample enough, we arranged a private chef to cook for us 5 nights which was a great experience. Many details including the lighting on the beds were well thought out. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming whenever we were there or walking the property. The larger residence was perfect for the seven of us. There also is a small two-story house ideal for a smaller group or a couple. The town has a farmers’ market on Sats and a great local Pizzeria / Pasta Restaurant. This is a great location for visits to the Dolomites & south to cultural interests.

Very large, typical Italian house with plenty of traditional furniture. Livio was a great communicator, replying to our messages promptly. He arranged transport from Marco Polo airport for part of our party of 13 and took some of the party and all of their luggage back to the station for the return journey. It was very hot when we were there (over 30 every day) so we ate most of the meals in the large gazebo by the pool. We didn't use the large dining room at all. The pool was big and used all the time. We swam and enjoyed many games of water polo, even in the evening. There is no air conditioning in the house but with fans in each room, nights were bearable. The garden (really a park) was enormous and the children in the party enjoyed exploring it. The reason for the visit was for the whole family to celebrate my 80th birthday and it went perfectly. The house is situated in a quiet residential area with large supermarkets nearby. There were bars and gelateria within a 15 minute walk.

Very lovely apartment! A good sized property for a group of 4, very clean, with amazing views. The check in/out process was very straightforward. Gerlinde met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment and sought information for us from the tourist office in the office, which was a lovely personal touch. She was also very responsive to messages and requests to ensure all household essentials are available. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

Permanenza ottima, Host sempre disponibile e molto chiaro. Tutto funzionante, cucina fornita di tutto e di lavastoviglie. All’arrivo l’host da il benvenuto spiegando tutto il necessario: riscaldamento, stanze, riciclaggio, asciugamani e offrendo dei prodotti locali ottimi. Consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla e senza problemi.

Weekend lungo perfetto per due persone, l’appartamento si trovava esattamente a metà strada per numerose location di nostro interesse. Il proprietario di casa molto gentile e disponibile!

Saró hat uns persönlich empfangen und es war so, als ob man seinen besten Freund besucht. Die Casa delle Rose ist ein süßes, kleines Haus in traumhafter Lage. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen schönen Weinhang, in dessen Mitte ein kleiner Brunnen liegt. Die Ruhe ist herrlich und das lauteste Geräusch machen die Vögel und der kleine Bach im Tal. Absolut empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch im Agriturismo Le Noci! Vor dem Restaurant empfängt einen der einmalige Blick auf die Prosecco Hills und die Speisen von Donata, mit einem Lächeln von Gloria serviert, schmecken grandios! Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder. 🙂

Great location, very quiet, and you can walk (8-10min) to the main cable car, col rodella. Or take the skibus a few minutes walk (1-2min) from the apartment. The appartment was clean and nice and Ugo was very helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions. We can truly recommend this place.

Danilo was a great Host! He showed us the house at arrival personally and gave us a bottle of Prosecco as well as Salami and Water as a welcome present. The house is newly renovated and very nice. It is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Around the corner is a really nice Pizza Restaurant. Many good Prosecco wineries are just around the corner. We would love to come back some day!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s in a quiet little village on a slope, super peaceful and surrounded by nature. The apartment is modern, really clean, and has everything you need. The bathroom is huge and even has a private sauna. The balcony has a nice view, perfect spot to chill with a cup of tea. There’s a hiking trail that starts literally right outside the door, which is amazing for trail running as well. The host was super responsive and helpful – made everything really easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable base to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

I proprietari sono delle persone squisite. Ci siamo trovati benissimo da quando siamo arrivati a quando siamo andati via. Sempre presenti per qualsiasi tipo di problema (che comunque non ce ne sono stati) e informazione. Ci stavano aspettando fuori dalla porta al check-in e ci hanno accolti come se fossimo dei figli. La casa é grande, pulita e la cucina era nuova appena arrivata, dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare qualsiasi tipo di pietanza. Una stufa a legna ci teneva dolcemente compagnia durante le serate più fredde e i proprietari ci lasciavano la legna dentro un cestino accanto all'entrata ogni volta che ne avevamo bisogno. Nulla da criticare, solo da fare i complimenti per il servizio eccellente. Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Moderne Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Abstellraum für Fahrräder vorhanden und nahe an der Sella Ronda. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Sono stata da Eva con le mie figlie, Isabel e Ilary, per una notte in occasione di una breve gita. La camera è spaziosa, le lenzuola a fiori profumate e i cuscini di diverso spessore: viene voglia di tuffarsi e dormire 14 ore di seguito! La mattina c'era un bel sole e stare sul poggiolo con la vista sulle colline, un libro in mano e le chiacchiere degli uccellini faceva venire voglia di rallentare. Tutto in casa ha un senso di calore e accoglienza. Eva ha un bel sorriso e un tono aperto. Prima di prenotare avevo letto le recensioni. Ho scelto apposta di stare da Eva, mi era venuta voglia di conoscerla ... un pezzetto di cuore è rimasto lì. Un consiglio: la strada per arrivare a casa di Eva non è mappata correttamente da Google. Seguite le istruzioni di Eva e arriverete in un piccolo paradiso!

We very much enjoyed the serenity, calmness and charm of Casa Sauris. Location is perfect for walking/hiking, straight on to the path in front of the house, then up the mountain with multiple tracks and huts to visit, longer and shorter walks available. The views from up the mountain are stunning. //erik & family

Super mooi huis op een mooie locatie, alles was schoon en opgeruimd, van alle gemakken voorzien. We konden altijd terecht voor tips en informatie, en werden snel en goed geholpen! We hebben een fijne tijd gehad, bedankt!

We had an amazing stay! This apartment was perfect for our family. Very spacious and very well equiped. Every detail was well thought out including an espresso machine with plenty of pods! The hot tub area was spectacular! The hot tub even has a swim setting and is very large! We really enjoyed the fire pit every evening as well as the beautiful sauna. They provided plush robes for each guest. Peter and his family were charming and very helpful. This was truly one of the best air bnb that we have ever experienced. Look forward to returing to this lovely retreat. Highly recommend this property!

Superbe appartement dans un petit village très calme, mais à 5 minutes d’Alleghe ( restaurants, supermarchés, office du tourisme, etc). Proche de nombreuses activités : randonnées dans le massif de la Civetta, Zipline de San Tomaso, Marmolada, passo Giau, etc. Très facile d’acces. Appartement neuf, rénové avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Très agréable terrasse avec vue sur la Civetta. Parking au pied de l’immeuble. Nous avons adoré et passé un très agréable séjour. Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de nos 15 jours dans les Dolomites. Nous recommandons vivement.

Unsere Woche in der Wohnung Vivien war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️ Marlene ist eine super Gastgeberin und war sehr flexibel beim CheckIn/ CheckOut. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und Antworten haben wir super schnell erhalten. Der Zustand der Wohnung entspricht den Bildern - ist sehr gepflegt. Der Schnitt der Wohnung sowie die Inneneinrichtung sind perfekt durchdacht und ideal für eine Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern.

Idyllic location in the heart of the village. We stayed here for a week in the summer with our two young children and were very satisfied. The property is walking distance to the supermarket, local restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a 2 min walk with access to larger towns like Ortisei. There is a brilliant kids park right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Local trails we enjoyed with children were- PanaRaida and Troi Di Tieres. The location is a cycling and hiking dream with so many great places to explore. Simon met us on arrival and was very helpful, his father lives downstairs and was super friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again to experience the area in winter for skiing. Thanks for a super stay!

We had a wonderful week at Simon’s place. I planned the trip for my two grown sons and myself for late season skiing. It was a very easy walk to the lift. Secured storage for skis and boots. Easy walk to groceries and restaurants. Simone shared all we needed to know in advance such as places to eat, things to do, how to get ski passes and to the lifts. The apartment was really perfect. The kitchen worked for my family for the days we needed it. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Nice space to hang out during down time. The king bedrooms were great. The bedroom with the smaller beds was very workable for an adult. The single bed was very comfortable and wardrobe space fit all the belongings for a week. Two good sized kids could fit fine - especially if you plan to be out most of the time. Two good sized bathrooms one up with the bedrooms and one down. The showers are smaller than in the States but workable. We took advantage of the indoor parking space.

Tutto ottimo, appartamento molto pulito all'interno di un complesso residenziale tranquillo. Beatrice è stata molto gentile e attenta a ogni richiesta, sicuramente raccomandato!

Thank you to Elisabetta for a wonderful stay in Castion. The agriturismo has been beautifully renovated and our apartment was warm, cosy, stylish and had everything we could possibly need, including very generous breakfast and snacks. We loved the stunning views over the Dolomites and had a great time skiing nearby in Nevegal. The sauna in the evenings was a lovely treat. Thank you again.
