This property is hands down top rated. The location has beautiful vistas of the Dolomites as well as local villages as it is situated on a knoll. The proprietors Paulo, Nicoleta, and their children are knowledgeable of the area and history. They have fruit trees and a garden which they encouraged us to pick from for meals. The setup was perfect for us and our older kids. Plenty of room and everyone had their own bath. The kitchen was ample enough, we arranged a private chef to cook for us 5 nights which was a great experience. Many details including the lighting on the beds were well thought out. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming whenever we were there or walking the property. The larger residence was perfect for the seven of us. There also is a small two-story house ideal for a smaller group or a couple. The town has a farmers’ market on Sats and a great local Pizzeria / Pasta Restaurant. This is a great location for visits to the Dolomites & south to cultural interests.

Very large, typical Italian house with plenty of traditional furniture. Livio was a great communicator, replying to our messages promptly. He arranged transport from Marco Polo airport for part of our party of 13 and took some of the party and all of their luggage back to the station for the return journey. It was very hot when we were there (over 30 every day) so we ate most of the meals in the large gazebo by the pool. We didn't use the large dining room at all. The pool was big and used all the time. We swam and enjoyed many games of water polo, even in the evening. There is no air conditioning in the house but with fans in each room, nights were bearable. The garden (really a park) was enormous and the children in the party enjoyed exploring it. The reason for the visit was for the whole family to celebrate my 80th birthday and it went perfectly. The house is situated in a quiet residential area with large supermarkets nearby. There were bars and gelateria within a 15 minute walk.

Thank you Gerlinde for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a wonderful stay. The property is exactly as described. We loved the use of wood in the house which gave it a very cosy feeling. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were clean and functional. The best part was the view, from both the bedroom terrace & balcony and from the Kitchen and living room. It was lovely waking up to the beautiful sight of the mountains. Gerlinde also spent considerable time explaining the various trails and locations for hikes, which was a highlight of our trip. The indoor parking spot was perfect as we had driven there and we could easily take the car out when we needed to Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will look forward to staying with Gerlinde when we find ourselves in the region again. Excellent stay, Host always available and very clear. Everything works, kitchen equipped with everything and dishwasher. Upon arrival, the host welcomes you by explaining everything you need: heating, rooms, recycling, towels and offering excellent local products. Recommended for a quiet and hassle-free vacation.

Amazing place with an even more amazing host, really helpful and kind, really helped us out when we left our keys behind and let us check out late. Nothing to fault

Long weekend perfect for two people, the apartment was exactly halfway to numerous locations of our interest. The landlord is very kind and helpful!

Saró welcomed us personally and it was like visiting your best friend. The Casa delle Rose is a sweet little house in a fantastic location. In front of the house there is a beautiful vineyard, in the middle of which there is a small fountain. The tranquility is magnificent and the loudest noise is made by the birds and the small stream in the valley. A visit to Agriturismo Le Noci is absolutely recommended! In front of the restaurant, you are greeted by the unique view of the Prosecco Hills and the food of Donata, served with a smile by Gloria, tastes great! We'll definitely see you again. 🙂

Great location, very quiet, and you can walk (8-10min) to the main cable car, col rodella. Or take the skibus a few minutes walk (1-2min) from the apartment. The appartment was clean and nice and Ugo was very helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions. We can truly recommend this place.

Danilo was a great Host! He showed us the house at arrival personally and gave us a bottle of Prosecco as well as Salami and Water as a welcome present. The house is newly renovated and very nice. It is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Around the corner is a really nice Pizza Restaurant. Many good Prosecco wineries are just around the corner. We would love to come back some day!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s in a quiet little village on a slope, super peaceful and surrounded by nature. The apartment is modern, really clean, and has everything you need. The bathroom is huge and even has a private sauna. The balcony has a nice view, perfect spot to chill with a cup of tea. There’s a hiking trail that starts literally right outside the door, which is amazing for trail running as well. The host was super responsive and helpful – made everything really easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable base to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

The owners are exquisite people. We had a great time since we got in when we left. Always present for any type of problem (which there were no problems) and information. They were waiting for us outside the door at check-in and welcomed us as if we were children. The house is large, clean and the kitchen was new just arrived, equipped with everything you need to cook any type of meal. A wood stove gently kept us company during the colder evenings, and the owners left wood inside a basket next to the entrance whenever we needed it. Nothing to criticize, just to congratulate you on excellent service. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

I stayed at Eva's with my daughters, Isabel and Ilary, for one night on a short trip. The room is spacious, the fragrant flower sheets and the pillows of different thickness: you want to dive and sleep 14 hours in a row! In the morning there was a beautiful sunshine and standing on the table with a view of the hills, a book in hand, and the chatter of the birds made you want to slow down. Everything in the house has a sense of warmth and hospitality. Eva has a nice smile and an open tone. I had read the reviews before booking. I chose to stay with Eva, I wanted to meet her ... a piece of heart stayed there. A tip: the road to get to Eva's house is not mapped correctly by Google. Follow Eva's instructions and you'll arrive in a little paradise!

We very much enjoyed the serenity, calmness and charm of Casa Sauris. Location is perfect for walking/hiking, straight on to the path in front of the house, then up the mountain with multiple tracks and huts to visit, longer and shorter walks available. The views from up the mountain are stunning. //erik & family

It was so good! The host replied quickly, I had a good experience, especially because you introduced me to tourist attractions and restaurants:) I enjoyed the snacks, drinks, and coffee that were placed in the kitchen in advance! I really recommend it. 👍🏻

We had an amazing stay! This apartment was perfect for our family. Very spacious and very well equiped. Every detail was well thought out including an espresso machine with plenty of pods! The hot tub area was spectacular! The hot tub even has a swim setting and is very large! We really enjoyed the fire pit every evening as well as the beautiful sauna. They provided plush robes for each guest. Peter and his family were charming and very helpful. This was truly one of the best air bnb that we have ever experienced. Look forward to returing to this lovely retreat. Highly recommend this property!

Great apartment in a very quiet little village, but 5 minutes from Alleghe ( restaurants, supermarkets, tourist office, etc.). Close to many activities: hikes in the Civetta massif, Zipline de San Tomaso, Marmolada, Giau passo, etc. Very easy to reach. New apartment, tastefully renovated and quality materials. Very nice terrace overlooking the Civetta. Parking at the foot of the building. We loved it and had a pleasant stay. The best value of our 15 days in the Dolomites. We highly recommend it.

Idyllic location in the heart of the village. We stayed here for a week in the summer with our two young children and were very satisfied. The property is walking distance to the supermarket, local restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a 2 min walk with access to larger towns like Ortisei. There is a brilliant kids park right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Local trails we enjoyed with children were- PanaRaida and Troi Di Tieres. The location is a cycling and hiking dream with so many great places to explore. Simon met us on arrival and was very helpful, his father lives downstairs and was super friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again to experience the area in winter for skiing. Thanks for a super stay!

We had a wonderful week at Simon’s place. I planned the trip for my two grown sons and myself for late season skiing. It was a very easy walk to the lift. Secured storage for skis and boots. Easy walk to groceries and restaurants. Simone shared all we needed to know in advance such as places to eat, things to do, how to get ski passes and to the lifts. The apartment was really perfect. The kitchen worked for my family for the days we needed it. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Nice space to hang out during down time. The king bedrooms were great. The bedroom with the smaller beds was very workable for an adult. The single bed was very comfortable and wardrobe space fit all the belongings for a week. Two good sized kids could fit fine - especially if you plan to be out most of the time. Two good sized bathrooms one up with the bedrooms and one down. The showers are smaller than in the States but workable. We took advantage of the indoor parking space.

Everything was great, very clean apartment in a quiet residential complex. Beatrice was very kind and attentive to every request, definitely recommended!

The agriturismo has been beautifully renovated and our apartment was warm, cosy, stylish and had everything we could possibly need, including very generous breakfast and snacks. We loved the stunning views over the Dolomites and had a great time skiing nearby in Nevegal. The sauna in the evenings was a lovely treat. Thank you again.
