Good apartment with all facilities

We stayed in the apartment for a week in August. We really enjoyed an apartment in a homely atmosphere, clean and well equipped. The view from the apartment is great. It is centrally located near many attractions within walking distance or a short drive. The owner of the apartment, Valeria, is very nice. She speaks good English.

We spent three wonderful and quiet weeks at Casa Gingelina. Luciano, who looks after the house, welcomed us more than hospitable, gave us helpful hiking tips and gave some grappa and prosecco. In addition, our host Eva was available for phone at any time. The house is unique and we felt at home quickly. We were missing nothing, as we wanted to spend a quiet hiking holiday in nature with as little tourism as possible. We were also lucky enough to meet our hosts on the last few days, who were extraordinarily hospitable and invited us to their house on the last night. An absolutely successful holiday all around. We will be happy to come back.

Davide is a fantastic host! He responds very quickly and will do all possible to make your stay memorable. Great communication in English. He and Lisa really made it all easy! The house is beautifully refurbished with a garden at the front. The room on the ground floor has an open fire where you can grill or simply sit around the table and eat, play games or just chat. A wonderful room! The first floor is the second kitchen and sitting room with a fabulous sofa, great for lounging if the weather is bad. The kitchen contains a normal oven and an additional small oven which can be used as a toaster. On the top floor are two bedrooms; one with en suite bathroom, with washing machine, and the other with toilet next to it. The town of Tarzo is perfect for exploring the Veneto/Treviso region. It is a nice town and just next to the house is a good supermarket. The ladies who work there are lovely! Davide's house is a special place, I highly recommend it!

This is a beautiful and spacious cottage in a quiet location, yet only five minutes' walk from the small village of Nogarolo with its friendly local bar/restaurant. The house has wonderful views over hills, forests, villages, vineyards and farmland. Danilo is a very friendly, interesting and welcoming host, who has done an amazing job restoring the cottage with traditional craft skills, local materials and furniture. The cottage is tastefully furnished with everything you could need, including a very comfortable bed and excellent wi-fi. There are lovely walks from the door into the surrounding forests and hills. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to other guests.

Had an amazing stay. House was perfect, Katya was really helpful throughout, gave lots of recommendations and replied to messages quickly. 10 min walk into town where there were lots of restaurants and cafes.

A wonderful stay with Diego and Nicoletta! I finished writing my book at their place, and enjoyed early morning hikes each day up the mountain behind their chalet!

This is a comfortable and homely place. As described, it is an older apartment with a pretty small bathroom, but we felt relaxed and really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and clean apartment. It looks much better in real. It was warm inside in winter time. Enrico is friendly and help you on every issue. It is 15 min by car to Cortina d'Ampezzo ski area. Highly recommended. We will come again.

We stayed at this property for a weekend. The environment was thoughtful, tidy, and very clean. The kitchen is golden of comforts such as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. We enjoyed finding sheets and towels included in the price of the apartment. The location is close to the center and convenient to reach even if the garage is a little small and uncomfortable to park. The host is very kind, clear in the directions and available for clarification and information.

Giuliana was so responsive and helpful with the check-in and she even asked if we needed more blanket considering the weather was getting colder. We really appreciate the attentiveness. Thank you Giuliana ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Valeria’s apartment. It was spotless, beautifully finished and clean. It was in a beautiful and peaceful location, but at the same time, easy to get to Cortina, and a good base for hiking and exploring. Valeria was so warm and friendly. Extremely quick to respond and helpful. She even warned us of a landslide that would affect our journey on departure; a tip we very much appreciated! Thank you for being such a wonderful host, we would definitely recommend Valeria’s apartment!
