Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

Charming apartment located in a wonderful environment! The guests are kind and helpful, they have thought of everything, nothing is missing. You can take beautiful walks starting from the house, then in the evening there is peace and quiet, in short, an ideal place for those looking for tranquility and nature. At the same time, the village is just a short distance away!

The cottage in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Immersed in nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that welcomed us in moments of relaxation, entertaining our 6-year-old son a lot and finally for the bbq that allowed us to grill kebabs at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games that we used to play in the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything perfect! Thanks Roberto. ☺️

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a holiday full of relaxation and nature. The place, surrounded by greenery, was perfect for us and our dog, who really appreciated the outdoor space. We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and view. Valentina and her family were exceptional hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful from the first contact. They made us feel at home right away and the communication was always impeccable. The place was clean, small but comfortable and perfectly matched the description, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet, with the opportunity to take walks and immerse themselves completely in the beauty of the Marche landscape.

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. We stayed as a group of 16 and had an unforgettable time! The house is truly incredible, set in a stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views of over 17 towns. It’s even more beautiful than in the photos, and the pool was a real highlight. The property matched the description perfectly and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped for large groups, which made cooking together a pleasure. Finally, our host was exceptionally kind and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back!

I will be very subjective here because we all have loved this place from the first day. We were rather realistic with expectations, it's an old house but renovated and adapted to modern needs so if you are picky you can always find something but in this rage of expectations we had, we were more than satisfied. 10 persons (5 adults and 5 kids) for a week in this place felt really comfortable, this house has lot's of space, kitchen is well equipped, living room is nicely decorated, sleeping rooms with comfortable beds. You feel that the owner put a lot of effort to make it pleasant to live. Everything what you need is there as well (grill, pizza oven, hammock, ping pong table etc). Swimming pools is clean and quite deep (kids were there all the time). Beside there are many nice places to visit around, starting from all small villages (you can feel typical Italian lifestyle there) to other bigger cities like Ascoli Piceno. Lovely neighbors. We got more than we expected.

John's place exceeded all expectations! Beautiful quiet location, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and an outdoor area that offers many possibilities. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could want. GREAT!

Lovely. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

The tranquility of the place, the greenery, the trees all around the small garden of aromatic plants in front of the house, characterize it. Giusy host is available for information, local recommendations, and more Very attentive to the environment, she has made various containers available to guests, so that the separate collection of glass, paper, plastic and undifferentiated waste is carried out. We're on a pleasure trip, I must say that so far she's the ONLY HOST who's doing this. We really appreciated it! Great Giusy I recommend your cottage.

I stopped to stay in Marco's fabulous apartment, in the heart of the historic center, on a work trip. Thanks to the convenient self check-in, I entered and immediately had a feeling of tranquility, a very clean and well-furnished house with all the comforts, I felt really good and Marco and his wife were always present for any of my requests. I will definitely come back when I pass through Ascoli Piceno!

Phenomenal place! Giovanni and his wife are great, welcoming hosts. The apartment is cosy, well-furnished and kept, and enjoys a spectacular view over Ascoli Piceno. Highly recommend - look no further!

Very cute home on ground level which is awesome with heavy luggage. Parking in front of the house. Extremely well appointed home, she really cares for her guests. Plenty of little welcoming touches, like fruits, candies, tea, coffee, breakfast items. We felt at home at regretted not staying longer.
