Me and my partner spent 10 days at Dino‘s and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Starting from the excellent communication beforehand, the warm welcome at the apartment all up to the personal selected recommendations for hikes and restaurants. The flat had everything we needed, including a welcome gift and was very clean and tidy. The surroundings are quiet and there’s even a winery with excellent Passerina to buy next door. The stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to spend our next holidays at ‚casa dolci marche‘.

We had a very nice stay in Monteprandone. The accommodation provided by Daniela is charming, in the heart of the medieval village. Ideal for a peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. I would recommend it 100%

Feeling at home. Spaces with attention to every detail, disposable accessories and excellent house cleaning. Our one-year-old baby enjoyed the comfortable cradle provided by Ms. Paola at no extra charge. 5 stars to Ms. Paola for how she receives her guests.

Very nice and cozy house, well furnished and equipped with everything. Bicycles are also included in the services. The house is in a very quiet area and there are no parking problems. Very friendly and helpful host. We will definitely be back!

For us now the 3rd time we have booked with Marina and Luigi. Cottage is neat and super clean! And upon arrival there was a bottle of wine ready with some refreshments. Located near highway, but was not annoying for us. Close to beach, both with sunbeds and free pieces. Plenty to see in the area.

Very cozy house for us and our 8-month-old twins. Well-maintained beds with excellent mattresses. Tidy and very clean with a super-equipped kitchen. The presence of a vacuum cleaner, with two babies always on the floor, was very useful. Beautiful balcony for many dinners and lunches with spectacular views! The very welcoming bathing establishment with young and dynamic staff. Recommended!

This is a beautiful yet simple apartment in the heart of the old town. It is literally spotless! We would recommend!!!

Four-night stay, great experience! The house is small but cozy, offering all the necessary services. The garden, where we have set up outdoor dinners and breakfasts, is also very popular. Air conditioning present, washing machine also. We spent wonderful days at the beach relaxing.

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. A top quality apartment with gorgeous furniture, beautifully designed kitchen and bathrooms and a view out to the main Piazza that can’t be beat! The perfect location for walking the city and directly next to fabulous restaurants.

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

Tania is an exquisite person and her apartment is small, but very well organized and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the location is on the border of the village, so it is closer to Grottamare beach than to S.Benedetto, but it is a beautiful beach and above all really reachable in 5 minutes on foot because the house is located near the railway underpass (which should not be underestimated, because the underpasses are located at a good distance from each other). Also a 5-minute walk away is a very well-stocked supermarket that also has a nice food counter if you don't want to cook. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center (about 1.8 km); the distance itself is not excessive, but the streets at night are not very busy and on the seafront you have to pass an industrial area: so we took the car. And here is the only bad note: it's not very easy to find parking under the house. But otherwise highly recommended!

At the pool private sunbeds and a table with two chairs and umbrella. Vincenzina, her family and her parents are very good hosts. Acting lovely, warm, quick to respond and with practical tips and solutions. unsolicited you will be pampered and passionately taken into the culture of the Marche. What a pleasure! We wanted to treat ourselves after the Covid crisis. We love walking and nature and wanted to be right next to the mountains. The tower is exquisite as are the gardens, the views and the hosts. For a unique experience it will be hard to surpass.

Very helpful hosts throughout the stay, both in directions on what to visit and in recommending activities or restaurants. Friendly, kind and extremely hospitable. They made sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment is located very close to the beach, 5 min walking. We found inside everything what we needed, we really had a nice summer holiday with a lot of things around. Great location and we hope to comeback.

Ugo's home is as described on the site, live view is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Very clean house, airy with a double view of the beach on two different levels, really nice sea view. The house was well stocked with detergent, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and in the kitchen , oil and spices. We really appreciated the fresh water, the drinks in the fridge, and the good wine they gave us a compliment. I can only thank Mr. Ugo and Mrs. Nicoletta for their availability, who have met my family's needs, making everything easier, but above all, I thank them for their attention. Surely all this adds that something more that makes you appreciate the territory that already has a lot to offer with its beautiful beaches and good food. Very simple check-in and check-out. I would definitely go back to their home.
