Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Ascoli Piceno

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Maria Piera ja Pierluigi ottivat meidät erityisen lämpimästi vastaan ja tunsimme itsemme hyvin tervetulleiksi. Pääsimme heti maistamaan heidän erinomaista punaviiniään ja vino cotto:aan. Saimme myös viinirypäleitä ja viikunoita puutarhasta. Talo on tilava ja hyvin varustelu, etenkin pyykinpesumahdollisuudet olivat erityisen hyvät. Puutarha on suuri ja todella kaunis ruusuineen ja oliivi- ja hedelmäpuineen. Sijainti on erinomainen niin Sibilliinen kuin Ascoli Picenonkin suhteen. Mille grazie Maria Piera e Pierluigi!

Roberto's cottage is the top choice for those who want to stay in a quiet place accompanied by the sounds of the forest next door. The house is easily accessible, equipped with everything you need, even to be able to have a barbecue, perhaps with roasts! Very clean, comfortable, with a garden where I and my Eva (border collie) played a lot. Roberto is very quick to respond and very helpful in fulfilling requests (in my case charcoal and arrosticinini😋). ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!

You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The location is superb - extremely close to the centre - just a short stroll. The breakfast was wonderful. The views magnificent. The rooms tastefully decorated. Parking not a problem (past Porta Romana is free and just a short walk). Dagmara and Marilena very friendly and helpful. We had both rooms and will recommend to friends for future visits to Ascoli Piceno.

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. We spent 10 nights in this haven of tranquility in late May. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace outside of the kitchen every morning of our stay. On each day of our visit we made a point of discovering neighboring hilltop villages. This in itself was an unforgettable experience. I also thoroughly enjoyed the organic olive oil tasting run by the proprietors of property. The care and detail than Livia and her husband have put into this place and the surrounding olive groves has made a perfect retreat for those lucky enough to stay there.

Roberto's apartment is very welcoming as is his family. Always available to make sure nothing is missing, if you come from here I recommend it!

After many hours by car, we enjoyed the environment and the calm of the apartment. We spent a restful night there in comfortable bedding and recommend the address to future guests.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

We recommend! Only an air conditioning would definitely be in place soon. The temperatures have risen so much in recent years that you can hardly sleep even at night. Unfortunately, the walls are also relatively thin, so you can hear your neighbors at night, if they are still on the road until late, then return. Otherwise great pool with fantastic views! Perfect place to relax and get down! Thanks!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großen und schönen Haus. Katja und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief super. Es wurde sogar in den oberen Schlafzimmern noch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die uns angenehme Temperaturen während der Nacht beschert hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine größere Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Altstadt von Montefiore ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ho appena trascorso quattro giorni meravigliosi presso Villa Arzilla, totalmente immersa nella natura, nel silenzio e nella pace. La casa è bellissima e circondata da un grande giardino. C’è tutto ciò che serve, la cucina è molto fornita, un bel camino, libri, tre camere e due bagni, uno con vasca. La vista sulle colline e sulle montagne è magnifica…la Villa regala dolci risvegli e suggestivi tramonti. La Signora Sandra è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ha regalato a me e alla mia cagnolona quattro giorni di puro benessere.

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Die Landschaft und die Umgebung sind beeindrucken, die Aussicht ist großartig, die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Wir haben ruhige Tage am Pool genau so genossen wie Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (zahlreiche schöne Städtchen und gute Restaurants) oder ans Meer (Küste ca. 50 Minuten Fahrt). Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, alles ist da, was man braucht. Ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen - in der Küche problemlos selbst zubereitet und auf der Terrasse (das Haus bietet mehrere Optionen) genossen - herrlich. Wir hatten viel Spaß und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio war immer freundlich und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.
