Very nice and cozy house, well furnished and equipped with everything. Bicycles are also included in the services. The house is in a very quiet area and there are no parking problems. Very friendly and helpful host. We will definitely be back!

For us now the 3rd time we have booked with Marina and Luigi. Cottage is neat and super clean! And upon arrival there was a bottle of wine ready with some refreshments. Located near highway, but was not annoying for us. Close to beach, both with sunbeds and free pieces. Plenty to see in the area.

EVERYTHING IS REALLY PERFECT. We really enjoyed a wonderful vacation. Everything is BRAND NEW and SPOTLESS. Despite being an attic, the spaces were very livable. The furniture was really tasteful and modern. Powerful and silent air conditioning. The beds are comfortable. In addition, the gem of the ticket for the hospital parking that the owner sends on request. Parking 300 meters from the accommodation, which is centrally located and a 10-minute walk from the sea. The owner is very kind and attentive to every need. In short, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! 6-star vacation!!

Great experience in Patrizia's apartment! The entire property is very well maintained, the apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bikes provided to get around the area on the beautiful waterfront bike path. The possibility of using the beach spot (umbrella and sunbeds) is a plus that we really enjoyed. Ideal choice for both short and long stays. Absolutely recommended!

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. A top quality apartment with gorgeous furniture, beautifully designed kitchen and bathrooms and a view out to the main Piazza that can’t be beat! The perfect location for walking the city and directly next to fabulous restaurants.

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! We wanted to treat ourselves after the Covid crisis. We love walking and nature and wanted to be right next to the mountains. The tower is exquisite as are the gardens, the views and the hosts. For a unique experience it will be hard to surpass.

Very helpful hosts throughout the stay, both in directions on what to visit and in recommending activities or restaurants. Friendly, kind and extremely hospitable. They made sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment is located very close to the beach, 5 min walking. We found inside everything what we needed, we really had a nice summer holiday with a lot of things around. Great location and we hope to comeback.

Ugo's home is as described on the site, live view is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Very clean house, airy with a double view of the beach on two different levels, really nice sea view. The house was well stocked with detergent, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and in the kitchen , oil and spices. We really appreciated the fresh water, the drinks in the fridge, and the good wine they gave us a compliment. I can only thank Mr. Ugo and Mrs. Nicoletta for their availability, who have met my family's needs, making everything easier, but above all, I thank them for their attention. Surely all this adds that something more that makes you appreciate the territory that already has a lot to offer with its beautiful beaches and good food. Very simple check-in and check-out. I would definitely go back to their home.
