This is definitely the place to stay in Italy! The house contains fun decor and is surrounded by the beauties of nature! The host was very kind and generous and provided a warm welcome for my family! We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again! If I could, I would give this place more than 5 stars!

Great place

Feels like home! Nice to have a shared garden with a family and their dog. You should know that the only restaurant in the village (Infernot) has closed permanently and there are no other cafes, etc. unless you drive a few minutes.

Like last year, we were greeted by Antonio. We felt right at home. Antonio and Catharina are very discreet and do everything they can to take good care of their tenants. Our dog was also very welcome again. There is a lot to do and visit in the region Culture, nature and gastronomy, it's all there. A real recommendation!

This place is just magical! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Gabriella and Elena made everything run smoothly and were always there when we needed something. We stayed for 4 nights with three families with kids and still felt the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The house is very big with a great pool, soccer field, swings, ping pong and fussball table. We ordered meat from the local butcher and had amazing BBQs surrounded by the beautiful nature of the house. We even saw fireflies in the garden! On our last night we had dinner in a restaurant that Gabriella recommended it was the perfect end to the trip. We‘ll all remember this trip for a long time. 🌿💚🌿

Ester and Roberto are wonderful people, discreet but always very available, they transmit the love they have for this corner of paradise, as not sharing , an hour from home but in a magical place, surrounded by nature, among the hills of Monferrato, the interior of the house is equally fabulous , rustic and well cared for, as well as very clean! We will definitely be back!

We were immediately thrilled with the beautiful house and the large, sparkling clean pool. It is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Our expectations were far exceeded. We had a wonderful week, the weather was perfect and so we could enjoy the huge pool to the fullest. The house is a very special country house, very spacious, modernly equipped and built from impressively beautiful materials. Everything is well thought out. Each sleeping area has a comfortable, modern bathroom. The outdoor area is huge and there are various options for sitting and lying down. We were there with 7 people and completely satisfied. It was the most relaxing vacation we've had in a long time. We thank Fabio and his nice family for this beautiful time in their unique house.

Had an amazing week here! Everything met the expectations and the area was very beautiful. The swimming pool was very nice and the area around the pool was tidy and nice. The host (Helga) was very nice and welcoming. No problems with getting in touch if there is anything. Will really recommend this place.

The villa is a haven full of exotic art and enchanting details: Persian rugs, oriental lanterns, antique vases, books, and plants everywhere. Every corner has a story to tell. Outside, a lush and intimate garden, where nature embraces and invites you to forget the city. In the evening, warm lights and a dreamlike atmosphere transform everything into poetry. The real added value is Riccardo, the owner: a lively, ardent, and hospitable soul. Her energy is reflected in every detail of the house. It is a presence that enriches, inspires, and welcomes. A stay that was not only relaxing, but a sensory and human experience. You get lost... and you find yourself.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect—spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to town, yet the peaceful backyard makes you feel like you’re far away from the city. Giuliana and Sergio were truly the best hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even assisted us with laundry, which was such a kind gesture. We felt right at home and will definitely be back!

Beautiful address, in a quiet and really pretty area with a great view from the pool. Matteo was good help and good advice, and breakfast and evening meal were really good, neat and homemade. It feels like a family, at home. This is a good B and b!

Surpassed our expectations- the view was unreal, sat and stared by the hour. Very well equipped, clean, roomy, nicely furnished place. Ample parking, just above town of Castagnole delle Lanze but nicely removed and isolated from any congestion. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

Perfect apartment, very clean and tidy, located in a quiet area from which you can take walks or visit the wineries in the surroundings. Lorena is very kind.

We had a fantastic stay with Gianni and Mina. And of course, not forgetting Flick the dog. A wonderful place, only birds that you hear. Gianni wants to help us with everything, if we ask for it. We were so warmly welcomed! And at the end of our stay, we have 2 Italian friends richer! Really enjoyed. Also the jam and tasty snacks and drinks at the reception were fantastic! Also received a number of good tips for eating. Highly recommended!!!

Wow! We had an unforgettable time at Gianluca‘s place. Truly remarkable evenings spent cooking and drinking wine. Incredible sunlight coming through in the mornings. We enjoyed every single second there. Gianluca and his mother helped us proactively with whatever we needed. Be that local recommendations or anything else we could ask for. We wish you nothing but the best for the future and will definitely be staying here again, when we make our next trip to the remarkable region that is Langhe in Piemont. The place where you want to rest away from the stress and noise. Nature all around the house, at night silence and rest, only song of birds and small hares that jump all around the house in the morning and evening. There are several trees if you are looking for shade but also suitable for those looking for sun exposure. The outdoor space allows for ample choice and organization. Cristiana is really friendly and super accurate with directions to the house and the surroundings. Always responsive via message and phone ready to respond if needed. We'll definitely be back for a weekend as soon as we get a chance.
