Lovely large and newly renovated room in a good location in a pretty town. Check in was easy. Host was friendly and helpful. Coffee maker and snacks in the room was nice. Shared kitchen for self serve breakfast in the morning. We had a very nice stay while riding the Eurovelo 8.

It's a magical place! Very charming and with attention to every detail. Quiet and surrounded by nature, but still convenient for visiting the surroundings. It is also perfect for children. Corinna was very helpful and welcoming. It was my second time here and I will definitely be back!

This was one of the most magical stays I’ve ever had! Tucked away in the mountains of northern Italy, the house is surrounded by breathtaking woodlands and a beautiful mountain river—perfect for anyone who loves nature and hiking. The views are absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from city life. Our room was cozy and well-furnished, with a big, comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast prepared by our lovely host. We were treated to homemade apple pancakes, jam, honey, and freshly brewed coffee—all made from ingredients grown in their own garden. It was such a warm, personal touch that made us feel truly welcomed. The hosts were incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

Great accommodation, decor with a soul, very warm, in a beautiful setting, we loved it, Antonella's welcome was remarkable, she took the time to show us around, our children were delighted.

Marzio and his wife were two perfect hosts. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a glass of rosé from Marzio herself. In addition, we were provided with tips for the surroundings and we could join us at dinner, sat by Marzio was taken care of down to the last detail with products from our own garden and homemade wines. The breakfast every morning was very neatly cared for and every morning varied again with fresh products. No question was too much. Hm The pool was also very nice and clean. The bedroom was fine. The bed was good and the towels were replaced every two days. Also, the bed was made every day. Very neat! The only downside for us was the warmth in the room. The room had air conditioning, but it actually had to be on at night to sleep comfortably. The room warmed up very quickly because the sun shines on every wall of the room every day. Although the house is secluded and quiet, you are still quickly on the main road and everything is quickly accessible.

Fantastic stay, Isabella is a wonderful person and makes you feel at home. I recommend it 1000%. Super quiet area, surrounded by greenery, nothing is missing. It's like I've always lived there, full of little details that make a difference.

Nice place and a good sleep.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Giovanna's place with our 14-month-old son. Giovanna is a sweet hostess who prepares delicious breakfasts in the morning and gives nice tips about the area. It is wonderful to stay by the pool and in front of the cottage is a large lawn where our son could crawl around. The B&B is located on a hill just outside Ovada. In Ovada you have a few nice shops and good restaurants. In short, we had a nice time here!

We had a wonderful time. Cascina Rosa is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. It's a great base for trips to the region and there are good restaurants in the vicinity.

The location, accommodation and facilities were perfect. Francesca did advise us that we would need a car to get around but unfortunately we did not take heed!!!! However Francesca was amazingly helpful and went out of her way to enable us to see some sights.

Eliana and Max are two kind, cheerful hosts who immediately put you at ease. Their B&B was a pleasant discovery. The cleanliness was impeccable, the breakfast amazing (many products are homemade) and relaxing in the pool looking at the vineyards is extraordinary. Too bad we only stayed one night, but we'll definitely be back!

The accommodation is very well located. The A/C is only in the rooms but it is very efficient. Simone is very kind and very welcoming. We arrived only at 11pm because of traffic and Simone reassured us during the trip that it's not a problem and he greeted us with a big smile. I recommend it!

Rhonda made our little weekend amazing. The renovation of their home is a success and you will have everything you need to have a good time. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful view over the surrounding nature and vineyards. The rooms have a real feel-good vibe – it’s easy to feel at home right away. The breakfast is absolutely top-notch! An extremely pleasant weekend at Fabio's B&B. The location is great for visiting Monferrato and is easily accessible from Turin, Milan or Genoa. The surrounding countries offer an unforgettable food and wine experience, especially at the time of the Bue Grasso festival. Fabio was prodigal for advice and tried me with his cycling proposals on the white roads of the area, up to the cycle route on the Po to take from Casale Monferrato. The B&B is in a manor house in a typical Monferrina farmhouse. Recently renovated, the house is perfect and cozy. A delicious breakfast with homemade jams and the surprise of the warm Genoese focaccia (really appreciated by a Genoese immigrated abroad such as me). I'll definitely be back soon for sure.

I stayed with my partner at Gianni's place to enjoy the BARBERA UNPLUGGED Festival in Agliano Terme without having to travel by car. Gianni welcomed us with a smile and an extremely friendly spirit; the room that hosted us turned out to be really nice and welcoming, clean and well cared for in everything, as well as the adjacent bathroom. The breakfast room, also clean and tidy, was stocked with all sorts of goodies: fruit juices, tea, water, milk, rusks, different types of croissants, herbal teas and coffee; this is no small feat compared to other hotels, which usually skimp on these types of products. I emphasize the natural "freshness" of the structure that allows you to sleep in the cool, while outside it is over 30°. I recommend the property to anyone who would like to find a good base from which to visit the surrounding area. See you soon, dear Gianni!
