Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

New and elegant apartment. Open space kitchen and bright and very modern living room. The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. For this apartment, I chose wood and blue tones: colors that convey warmth and harmony UNIQUE DETAILS: Wonderful terrace with solarium, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining and enjoying spectacular sunsets. Two closets and an antique sideboard give a touch of tradition to the house.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
