I gave 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, she is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches to book without fear. Osnelly, receive the embrace of our family, we are grateful for the attention and promptness during our vacation in Santiago. See you soon!

Amazing location, all tidy up and the host would respond to messages quickly! I really enjoyed it!

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

My stay at the property was excellent and exceeded my expectations! During the week I stayed, I was able to enjoy a very well cared place, clean and organized, which made the experience even more comfortable. The property had all the necessary utensils and amenities, from good quality Wi-Fi to appliances in perfect operation. The location was also a great advantage, as it allowed easy access to sights, shops and public transportation. The service of the owner/host was very attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything went well. Communication was agile and transparent at all times. Without a doubt, I recommend this property to those seeking comfort, practicality and a great value for money. If you need to stay in the area again, I'll certainly stay here again!

Comfy and clean apartment, in a central location, walkable to sites and nice restaurants, with metro station nearby. Communication with the host could be better. Luckily the guard of the building helped with check in.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. Every detail of the space shows Mirza's care and affection in welcoming guests. It was a welcoming and peaceful stay, where I felt safe and very welcome. Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
