The area is quiet, facing a large park, the view from the apartment is the best, the heated pool is recommended at night and the full gym. Its location is a few blocks from the mall with good food and shops.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Huge living room with bright windows that offer a super cozy climate. The only thing I would refute is the air conditioning of the place. It would be good to repair the gas stove or add heaters, since at night (during June) it is cold.

Really nice place and convenient location

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to return. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thank you to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

I booked the apartment just the night before I took it and everything went super well. From approval to instructions. The location is unbeatable and the price is super efficient based on the features (size, number of beds, view, parking, amenities, etc.). I would definitely come back.

We really liked the place with my family, we bathed limb in the pool and the jacuzzi my daughters enjoyed limb. the second floor is spacious, very good disposition don Manuel with the issue of check-out, nothing to say, we would go again.
