Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with a radiant heater and a heat blanket for the cold months. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

Great location, The place is super quiet, reliable, there are many options for eating and having fun. On the other hand, Ana Maria is very concerned with delivering directions, always helpful and friendly. i recommend it 100%.

The apartment is beautiful, the view is spectacular! It has absolutely everything you need to spend a quiet and very pleasant stay. The building staff was super friendly and helped me a lot! Erica and Claudia's place is exactly as in the photos, with an emphasis on the spectacular view from the balcony to the Cordillera. The baths at the end of a day of hiking were an extra gift, and the condominium laundry was very useful as well. The location is excellent, with several tourist spots within walking distance, such as Plaza de Armas and Palacio de La Moneda, as well as museums and the Cathedral of Santiago. We did a lot of walking without any problems. There are also cafes and grocery stores nearby for quick shopping, and a subway station 2 blocks away to access the most distant places. Just like the center of any capital, you need to be careful when walking on the street and especially when using your cell phone, but for those who have already walked around São Paulo, you won't see much difference. It was definitely worth every penny paid, and when we return to Santiago we will use Erica's space again if it is available!

María José was a wonderful host. The apartment was just as described. It had everything my family needed for a great week of exploring Santiago, working and studying remotely, and commuting to class at a local university. Would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Santiago!

The stay at Ale's apartment was excellent. She was flexible at both check in and out. Ricardo received us personally at the appointed time. The apartment was clean and organized. I found the bed a little deep, but it did not harm the sleep. The pillows, linen and towels are of good quality and were clean. The bathroom is good with a good shower too. The location is perfect, with several bars, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies... near. Metro station, currency exchange, Costanera Mall, all close by. We did all walking or subway tours. Underneath the building has a wonderful cafeteria! I recommend the Ale apartment and intend to return soon.

Gabriela was an amazing hostess. He always attended us promptly with attention and care. the apartment is very good, comfortable, limbo and well located. Anyway, we had a stay in a tenth, no repairs. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is in a good location, one block from the Metro and a bus whereabouts so it's easy to get to and from the place. Dealing with concierge is simple and they serve in a friendly way. My stay was a couple of days and for what I needed. Recommended!
