Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Providencia and Santa Catalina Islands

We are very happy to have visited Raul's place!! His whole family was incredibly sweet and he always responded directly to any questions. The location of the apartment is great! In our opinion, it is located on the most beautiful beach on the island, which is within easy walking distance. We would recommend the apartment to anyone and plan to come back!!

Raul is an extremely kind and helpful host. He booked a great boat tour for us and was always responsive to our messages. He also coordinated a scooter rental for us. The location is perfect, walkable to the best beach on the island. Would definitely recommend staying with Raul at Saltwata!

This is not my first time going to this place and I would come back! Just because it's exceptional: you have your private terrace as well as another one overlooking the sunset over the sea. I was able to compare several listings on the island and this one is definitely the best. Between the quality of the accommodation, its daily cleaning, its environment, the view of the mountains and the sea, its price, the more than friendly welcome of the family, the touches of Hortensia's intentions (fruit from the garden, tips and precious help), renting new motorcycles... I don't know what the best! Cidris offers plenty of activities in its company and will guide you to discover the wonderful island that is Providencia. The location is perfect. If you do not rent a motorbike you will very easily find a Mototaxi to get around! Shopping is available on foot. You can book without a second thought!

Naeeth and her husband were warm-hearted and welcoming. They cared a lot for my well beeing. The room is like in the pictures and you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The kitchen is not yet ready (there’s a fridge and a sink). Motos are actually not as easy accessible as on San Andres, so ask for it early enough. I can recommend it very much to stay with them - i enjoyed it!

Kildren and Sumi were great. Very easy going, always approachable, open to just chat too if you want. They live next door so it's never hard to find them, if you need anything, not that you will as they leave the facilities pretty accessible to their guests when they aren't around. Just all around a very pleasant couple of people. After 7 weeks at their place, I was sad to leave.

The home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Providence. The Palillo family welcomed us warmly with local recommendations, guided tours, and even blessed us with rondon cuisine. The location is great. Close to the center but also private and secluded. Great views from both balcony’s. I dream of staying here again.

I loved the stay! Comfortable room, all very beautiful and organized. We all were very kind, polite, helpful and, to break, we still had a wonderful breakfast. They were super flexible with the checkout and helped us return to the airport Definitely would recommend hosting!

Jairo is an exceptional host, among the best hosts I have visited (if not the best)! He welcomed me with special attention, he explained the island of Providencia to me in detail with good coffee. Throughout my stay, he helped me a lot and made my trip easier. With his contacts, I was able to easily rent a scooter, take a boat trip, eat in good restaurants! Lunches are also very good😋! The room and house are perfect, as described on the listing. In short, I would 100% recommend this little paradise on earth! I hope to come back!

The house and rooms are perfect - very clean and well finished. We didn't meet Jairo, but Jennifer, Jairo's wife, helped us with everything. She gave us great recommendations about the island and cooks a delicious breakfast each morning. It is a short walk into centro and Santa Catalina, and you can also easily walk to Maracaibo from the house. Jennifer also helped us get a taxi and has contacts to hire golf carts or motos too. We weren't in the house very much - really just to sleep - the beds were very comfy. The only small thing if you're wanting to spend time in the hammock in the garden, is that you can hear the generator that runs the electricity for the town. However, it's nice and quiet in the rooms. We would stay again. Thanks for your hospitality!
