Excellant Location, across the street from the beach, Restaurant steps away, small beach bar with chairs and tables on the beach, open Wed-Sun Olga, on site, took excellent care of us, a wonderful lady, kept everything clean and supplied, she was an exceptional friend, I hope to see her again Equipped Kitchen, Very Peaceful, A short taxi ride to all attractions, to the centre where all the tourists are, but away from it in your own space Helga made the apartment available to us early, we arrived in the morning and did not have to wait, For that I am greatly appreciative I look forward to visiting again and staying here

Sebastian has many helpers. At the entrance, there is already someone to pick you up, which makes it much easier. Neighbor, we have Luiz and company... Luiz is the best person in the world and together with his son, Jhon, they help a lot during the stay. The place is a little far away and there is not much to do in the vicinity, requiring a motorcycle or taxi to get around, but Luiz and Jhon make it much easier, making the stay worthwhile. The washing machine is an advantage, making you who are taking little clothes, enjoy it a lot. In short, the location is bad, but Luiz and Jhon make the price invested worthwhile. I would come back.

I loved the place, very comfortable, close to the airport, close to the beaches and there are many shops around! A special highlight for the beds and the air conditioning, a lot of comfort!

Kildren and Sumi were great. Very easy going, always approachable, open to just chat too if you want. They live next door so it's never hard to find them, if you need anything, not that you will as they leave the facilities pretty accessible to their guests when they aren't around. Just all around a very pleasant couple of people. After 7 weeks at their place, I was sad to leave.

Stephanie, it was great, at all times the Communication and support worked. And despite the challenges of the island, she was always attentive to help us. The apartment is great and small, but has everything you need. It is an advantage that below there is a quite stocked shop when you need something. The distance to the city center by taxi is no more than 6 minutes the same to the Aeropuerto. She is always attentive to everything.

Luzmila’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Starting with the beautiful view of the ocean, just a few steps away from the beach, clean, excellent Wi-Fi connection, and hers and her family’s hospitality was the cherry on top. My family and I highly recommend this place, if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, and relatively close to each end of the island Luzmila’s place is the one.

I stayed for 1 week at the residence and only have to thank David for all the help, he took the trouble even to signal me that it was a holiday and that they could have shops and restaurants that would close earlier, on my last day he made himself available to bring the taxi so that I didn't have to wait. Definitely an excellent host and the house is exactly like the photos, great location and everything very organized.

We had a pleasant stay at Fabio's place, a very kind and helpful host. He gave us good recommendations for restaurants and excursions, and even took us on a nice hike on the peak of the island. There were a few small issues to fix, like the unusable downstairs shower, water leaks, and some necessary repairs (lock, outdoor staircase), but Fabio quickly took care of these issues. After the hurricane, he had to rebuild part of the house, which shows his dedication. Some adjustments or updates to the photos could make the experience even more enjoyable for future visitors. The view from the house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to Fabio's hospitality.

The accommodation was ideal for our need, well located and close to everything. just 1 block from the beach, the apt is very well equipped, the beds, pillows and towels were very clean and quite comfortable, from the balcony you can see the sea, a beautiful view. The air conditioning worked great. My family was very comfortable and satisfied with this accommodation. Thank you very much.

Jhonny's place was fantastic! The location on the island is wonderful, the view outstanding, and being able to walk down the stairs into the warm water was top notch. The ocean was sandy and warm. I loved that there were scooters there for us to use (with an additional cost of course), as well as having safe water to drink directly from the refrigerator was super helpful I didn't realize from the photos there were 2 bathroom, one off each bedroom, so that was an delightful surprise! Jhonny speaks great English and knows people who can help with whatever you wish to do on the island.

It was a wonderful welcome, we enjoyed as a family an unforgettable vacation, the attention always accurate from Doña Leydi and the communication with Don Diego, they were fundamental for the tranquility in San Andres, they guided us and were attentive to our calls, we would definitely repeat the experience, thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time here. The house is very spacious and has great views. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay there again.

My 7-day 6-night stay was excellent, super quiet and comfortable. A 2-minute walk from the house to the main beach. Nicolasa was very kind and flexible with my check-in and check-out time. I totally recommend it and would go back many more times.

Very very comfortable stay. Other than dogs barking, the place itself is in a quiet location. The mattress is a cozy night’s sleep and waking to beautiful bird song is so relaxing. Without hesitation, I would stay here again if coming back to the island. Also, the hostess has superb taste in cleanliness and doesn’t use chemically harsh fragrance on the linens (as is so common and so toxic). Kudos for her wise decision and the comfy stay.

My friend Katya and I spent a couple of nights in the Caribbean cottage. We had a great time, even though it's in the center of the city. We really enjoyed its tranquility. The rooms and the apartment are very cozy and clean. The best part for me was the green area. It feels like you're in your own garden. Best of all, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Samantha greeted us at the entrance of the apartment with open arms, gave us all the information we needed, communication was excellent, the last day they recommended a trusted driver who took us to see the whole island and the price was fair. On the last day we met Victor and he seemed very kind, I am very happy to have found this place and I am sure that on my next trip to San Andres I will stay there. 100% recommended !!!! TOP 10

The accommodation is very comfortable, it is the same as the photos, it needs closets there is no place to put things, the problem is that it is far from the center and you must take taxi to any place you want to go, there are no shops nearby, the pool was very good, it is a quiet place, they do not recommend walking.

Mr. Carlos served us super well, before we even got to San Andres. It guided us in everything, with great sympathy. You've helped us with everything we need. The apartment is clean, great furniture, air conditioning in rooms chilling, filter with hot and cold water. Hot water shower. Clean and good bedding. Good bath towels We went with children and everything was great, it is close to the beach so it was quiet walk there, as well as to markets, pharmacies and shops.
