From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden gem. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more charming than the photos. Every detail—from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen—showed how much care and thought went into creating a welcoming space. Our host was incredible: responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. They provided great local recommendations and even left a thoughtful welcome gift that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and sights. Waking up to the view from the balcony each morning felt like a dream. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate. It’s even better than you’re imagining!

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s house. The place is truly incredible and the view is spectacular. Tons of space and great for a big group. Maria thought of everything and even left us provisions, that were so helpful like eggs, bread, and a coffee cake! Would love to come back.

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

We wanted a unique stay not too far from home for a brief break in our lackluster winter routine. Ken's farm certainly filled the bill. The best description we can come up with for the house is that it is part antique store, part natural history museum, part collectibles emporium, part library, and part very cozy home! We have never stayed in such an interesting, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked Airbnb before. Ken is a very personable host who gave us a tour of the home he obviously loves after first having helped us lug our belongings from the truck. He answered questions promptly, kept the walkways clear of snow and ice, gave us fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast, and had started a welcoming fire in one of the two fireplaces just prior to our arrival. If you are looking for a quiet country setting with a few pleasant surprises, Kenneth's farm is the place to be!

Jane was a great host, quick to respond and very helpful with local recommendations. The house was immaculate and matched description. Detailed instructions and clear communication made for an enjoyable weekend. Would be happy to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at Shannon’s lake house! From the start, Shannon’s communication was excellent, making check-in and getting settled a breeze. The house itself is full of charm and offers a stunning view of the lake. It was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable — a perfect retreat for our family. We were visiting my son's school and chose this property because of its convenient location and the opportunity for him to fish — one of his favorite activities. Shannon went above and beyond by charging the boat battery, ensuring everything was ready when the weather improved. Thanks to her, my son was able to catch several fish, including his first trout and smallmouth bass — a memory he won’t forget! Shannon lives next door and strikes the perfect balance between being available if needed while giving you complete privacy to enjoy the property. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and look forward to booking again in the future.

We loved our stay at Tara’s! The space was more than enough room for two adults and a German Shepard. The backyard is an adorable oasis that was lovely to enjoy with a cup of coffee. The apartment is fun and eclectic yet still comfortable. Tara provides a great list of places to eat, all walkable and delicious. Plus, she has an amazing hot yoga studio close to the apartment and I loved going there for some drop in classes!

This is a charming place that Nadine has right in the heart of Norton. Close to everything you need. I arrived just when the Fall leaves were bursting with color. Star watchers will see amazing views every night. Nature lovers have so many choices to pick from. There’s beautiful parks and hiking trails very close by. Nadine is great communicating as well as making great suggestions locally.

I stayed with friends for the September Brimfield Antiques Faire and had an incredible time. If you’re coming for the show, this place is a great option—the drive to Brimfield is about 30 minutes, but very easy and straightforward, and the Threadbare clothing and textiles show is only a few minutes’ drive down the main road. Monica was a great host and responded to our messages very quickly, bringing us things we requested and giving helpful instructions as needed. She keeps the place stocked with books, cassettes, games, etc. You can tell she put thought and care into making a great space for entertaining. The barn was bigger and nicer than expected based on the great price, and though the “bedrooms” were all connected, we each felt we had our own space and were able to decompress and sleep easily. The kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed to make our meals at home, and we had more than enough towels and bedding for all of us. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Loved every bit of it. The place looked exactly like the photos, was well maintained and the host was responsive.

We loved the beautiful location and the facilities available at the unit. If the weather had been better, it would have been heavenly. Highly recommend the place. Rob had thoughtfully left eggs, bread and other groceries for us. Braintree is easy to move to and fro downtown Boston (except for peak-time traffic!). Overall, we loved staying at this place.

Our favorite place to stay in CT! My husband I love that the hosts are very welcoming, they make you feel right at home, and their homemade breakfast with local ingredients is SO delicious. I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I will always have a cup of coffee Jasmine makes for us. We stayed in the same room a few years ago, and made sure to stay in the same house/room this time around again. It's so peaceful, scenic, and good vibes all around. Can't wait to visit again, and hopefully next time it'll be for a longer stay!

I can’t say enough positive things about the absolutely warm welcome and beautiful host family Pam and Joe were. Pam outdid herself baking cookies and delicious breakfasts for us. There were many toys and books for my 3yo daughter to enjoy. I also enjoyed the adult book library. Every need is anticipated and provided for. I especially enjoyed the gas fireplace that made the suite extra cozy. The bedding was so comfortable, and the yard with the sandy beach, kayaks, fire pit, swing, climbing tree and toys galore were heavenly for my daughter and I to make cherished memories together. The pictures do not do their beautiful home and yard justice! If you are looking for a relaxing Rhode Island sanctuary with a top notch view of the river, peace, comfort and a home away from home, stay with Pam and Joe. This is exactly what the founders of Airbnb envisioned!

This is the place to stay if visiting Providence! Such a warm and inviting vibe and the hosts are marvelous. The morning breakfast is such a sweet and thoughtful touch. A fabulous experience.

Amazing stay! On arrival, we were greeted by Lenny who gave us the rundown of the house, property and recommendations of local restaurants:) The house and our room were impeccably clean, uncluttered and welcoming. The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding smelled wonderful:) The property is stunning with beautiful views of the vineyard, pond and lake. We had the pleasure of relaxing around the fire pit with John on a beautiful night. He's an amazing person that made us feel at home. The location is close to Foxwoods and far enough to unwind in peace and quiet. We were all staying at High Grass Farm so we could attend the Brimfield flea market and the location of this place was perfect! The house itself was very nice and cozy. When we arrived, there were fruits, granola bars, and even a cake made for us to enjoy. The host, Karen, was quick to respond to our messages and even helped us out with our dog while we were out. Overall, an amazing stay and we hope to be back again!

I love this place so much that I almost wish I could keep it a secret, but then all you wonderful people wouldn't experience being hosted by Martha and Tony. Idyllic doesn't even begin to describe their gorgeous property and you'll have a separate space from the main house to stay in - a renovated barn with a generously sized suite for guests. The space is filled with antiques, and you can tell that each one has its own story. The bed is super comfy, the room has a modern split system to keep the space at the right temperature, and the bathroom is pristine and has everything you need. What makes each stay really special is the farmer's breakfast that Martha brings to her guests in the morning, filled with fresh and warm goodies for every palate. Martha herself has become a dear friend to me over the years and I look forward to staying with her again in October.

I stayed in Rooms 7 and 8 at the Wedding Cake House from May 22–25, 2025, during my 30th Brown University reunion, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house itself is a stunning piece of history with a unique and artistic charm that set it apart from traditional accommodations. It was impeccably clean, and every detail—from the decor to the comfort of the rooms—reflected care and creativity. Our hostess was welcoming, pleasant, and went out of her way to be helpful, which made a busy Commencement and holiday weekend feel easy and relaxed. The location was ideal—close to Brown and surrounded by eclectic shops and great restaurants, all in a neighborhood that felt safe and vibrant. I’m so glad I chose to stay here rather than at a pricey downtown hotel. This Airbnb offered a memorable and personal touch that made my reunion weekend even more special. I highly recommend the Wedding Cake House to anyone visiting Providence.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was so comfortable! And the shower is over the top! Becky was very knowledgeable about many things and we enjoyed visiting about travels and birds and plants! We would definitely stay there again if we visit that area of RI.
