Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just five miles from I65 exit 22. Sit still in this country setting while exploring Historic Pulaski or Lynville, explore Davey Crockett State Park 30 minutes away, 45-60 minutes from Franklin, Nashville, and Huntsville. Centrally located to explore Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama. One bedroom with 1 double bed. A 6 foot couch in bedroom can flatten and serve as a comfortable bed. The newly remodeled Little Farmer House has 2 bedrooms. It's super cute, cozy, and the best place to relax before and after your scheduled events. The window views are peaceful and this house has its own large yard, a grill and chill patio, and the cutest little miniature horses and donkey just next door at the Superhost's house. Dogs only. Located east of Athens/ 10 -12 minute drive to I-65 and Hwy 72/ 15 minute drive to Madison/30 minutes to Huntsville/Extra parking available.

There are plenty of family-friendly activities nearby including a disc golf course, The Farm Community, antique shopping, Amish markets, and the best BBQ in Tennessee. You’ll love staying in this quiet, peaceful cabin in the woods because of its coziness, high ceilings, natural light, and location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Pets are welcome with advance notice.
