We had a great time, Carolina was very kind and helpful, even giving us a lot of suggestions on what to visit. Bicycles are provided and the house is a 15-minute walk (5-minute bike ride) from the historic center of Castiglione. In addition, the area is very quiet and there is a car parking lot. Highly recommended!!

We only stayed 2 nights, but every time we saw the view and the sunset from the terrace... we told ourselves that it is a wonderful fortune to live there. We were warmly welcomed by Eva with genuine and spontaneous friendliness. a very peaceful village that offers a lot of tranquility, immersed in the typical landscape of the area, with the sea within sight! We spent a long weekend in Alberese to enjoy a bit of Maremma and the sea. Marica and Davide's apartment is exactly as you can see from the photos: beautiful and cozy, with a private garden that was very convenient. Davide was available and flexible. The apartment is located in the center of Alberese, easy to reach. Marina di Alberese can be reached by bicycle or by a convenient shuttle. Recommended!

Super apartment in prime location in the center of Piombino. Edoardo is a young enthusiastic host, and can give you many tips. He also rents boats to sail to Elba, for example. We are quite critical, but even after a stay of 7 nights, we have no negative things to report about the apartment, Edoardo or Piombino. People who love a balcony, terrace or garden should look a little further. Because this apartment doesn't have that, we knew that of course). We would go again in a heartbeat!

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

The apartment is practically a stone's throw from the sea, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Isolated place among the various farms in the countryside, but wonderful in the early morning with the fantastic view, with outdoor breakfast and the silence that characterizes it for days of pure relaxation. 😎 Recommended. ✍️

We had a lovely stay in a clean, charming and comfortable apartment with all the amenities one needs. Communication throughout was excellent and we managed to check in early. We were shown around the apartment and all its facilities. Being on one level suited our 88 year old mother-in-law, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The local beach was lovely, lots of choice if public subbed, and a good range of boutique shops and restaurants was a plus.

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

We had a very nice few days in Alberese. The apartment is clean, modern and cozy. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a reasonable meal. Elena was always available and provided us with tips for the region. 😊 It's about a 10-minute drive to the beach.

We spent magical days with Ulla. The beautiful house, the loving furnishings, the fantastic pool and the beautiful surroundings... all of this has done us so much good. The view from the terrace is sensational. You can go on beautiful excursions if you want, hike, experience culture, visit cities or restaurants. Ulla had provided us with documents with many tips. Time flew by. If you really want to relax, you are in good hands here. We will be happy to come back.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
