This apartment had a beautiful view. It was very spacious and clean.

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

Communication with Ivo worked well from the start. Upon arrival, we received great tips for our stay. The apartment was well maintained and super clean. The view from the covered terrace was simply magnificent. We were in Croatia for the first time and enjoyed this vacation and the great location (near Trogir/Split) very much, which was also due to Ivo's hosting quality. We highly recommend this place. ⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Absolutely brilliant stay. The view from the terrace was one of the best we've seen for air BnB. Had drinks in the evening and breakfast in the sunshine, overlooking the stunning islands. Accommodation was as described, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Host was very informative and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. Only thing to be aware of is the walk down to the old town/marina is steep, therefore the walk back up can be challenging for some. Lots of steps! Parking was great and overall very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again :)

Anita's flat is located in the heart of Split—close to the ferry and old town. Despite being in a central location, the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat is really stylish and well equipped - a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing! It has everything you need from air conditioning to a washing machine. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace for our morning coffee. A peaceful, convenient place to stay—we’d happily return!

Calm, peaceful neighborhood. The beach is very close and has a long beach. In theory, you can't take a dog down, but we went with it every day. People loved it, didn't tell me. There were several dogs, so if the dog is normal, no one is hurt. The place is great, we'll be back for you all the time and in the future. 🙂🐕

The apartments are located in a small village of Zecevo, on a mountain, descending from which you get to a small pebble beach. There are few people on the beach, mostly locals. You can sunbathe and swim further, along the peninsula - there are no people at all, you can swim to the island of Jaz - a beautiful natural place. 2 km from the apartments - supermarket - Plodine. Ivo was very helpful - all issues are resolved in 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful host. We will be happy to visit Ivo and his magnificent apartments again.

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay at the ranch. It was peaceful, calm and relaxed. we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the children never wanted to be out of the pool. We enjoyed fresh eggs and delicious olive oil produced from the olive trees on the grove. During our stay we enjoyed local areas such as Split, Trogir and Marina. We would throughly recommend staying here if you are after a relaxing retreat as a couple or as a family of four. Nikola was accommodating and friendly, as we're his parents nearby. If we are ever back in the area we would happily stay at the ranch again.

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We stayed at Maria's place for 10 days, Kristina parents. It was one of the best stays on Airbnb for us. The willingness to help, the delicious fish prepared by Maria, the figs, grapes. Everything like grandma in the village. Wonderful area, clean beach. We would gladly come back.

Perfect stay, without any problems

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
