Holiday rentals in Prigradica, Blato

Smiljana’s place was perfect for our family’s week long visit. The place was clean & included all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. We prepared all our breakfasts & some lunches & dinners at the rental & found that we had everything necessary to prepare the meals. The bedrooms were clean, cool & private. The communal areas were inviting & when the windows were open, perfect to enjoy the views. The outside dining table was where we had most meals & we really enjoyed the shady spot with ocean views. We lounged by the pool a bit but for the time of year it was still a bit too chilly to use. The area is quiet & there was a great restaurant in walking distance. We enjoyed an afternoon at a small pebble beach nearby where we looked for sea glass & enjoyed dipping our feet into the clear water. What made our stay extra special was our host, Smiljana. She was always available to answer questions & kept the grounds immaculate. She even baked cupcakes for my husband’s birthday!

It was the best vacation ever! Sea 20 meters from the property, large rooms. Clean, tidy, everything is there for a comfortable stay. For those who are tired of big loud cities, working with people, this is the perfect place! Just made for a family vacation. The host, Petra, is very pleasant and welcoming, was always in touch and all issues were resolved quickly and effectively. Petra also advised great locations for delicious dinners and none of them disappointed! In general, the island itself, nature, the incredible beauty of the sea fascinated the hearts of my whole family and we will certainly plan to come here again. Thank you to this home, this beautiful country and this unrealistically beautiful island!

The apartment was well equipped, nothing was missing. The beds were fine, the air conditioning and everything else worked perfectly. The photos of the property description have shown everything very aptly, you will find everything as promised. The entire complex is excellently designed, we especially liked the pool area. Everything looks high quality, the magnificent view is hard to beat.

This was our second summer staying at Tonka’s place. It had a beautiful view of the sea. We enjoy swimming just steps from the place, cooking out at the grill, and lounging on the beach chairs. We rented a car and drove to many wineries, especially Jovanov, our favorite. There is a cafe bar near by and a good restaurant. There is also a ferry to Hvar for a day trip but we like to explore the island and go out on boats while there. The rooms are comfortable and we loved the banana bread and cheese and meat plate Tonya greeted us with. She’s a great host.

Amazing, beautiful, the list is long! We stayed in Irena’s wonderful house for 2 weeks and didn't want to leave. It is incredibly well equipped, everything you need, it’s just like a home from home. From coffee machines, washing facilities and fantastic barbecue there was nothing missing. The outdoor space is super, so many places to sit, sunbathe, eat and relax and the pool (with the amazing view) is gorgeous. The property was easy to find, even in the dark. A long journey from Dubrovnik (we knew this was going to be the case) but remember to factor it in. The surrounding areas are, without a doubt, the most beautiful we have ever been to. Irena is an amazing host. Prior to our visit I had many questions, she was very responsive and helpful. We were very late to the house, due to an issue with the car company, and Irena was very patient. During our visit I also had more problems with the car and she couldn't do enough for us. We would love to come back one day, thank you!

Wonderful Stay at Sanja's and Nikša's place! We had an absolutely pleasent time staying at Sanja’s place. Its like being in own sanctuary. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Sanja was smooth and prompt, making the booking process smooth and simple. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The humble apartment was clean providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the location and garden was much much more than humble. The location was perfect. We enjoyed all day swimming. We forget something on departure and Sanja has sent it immediately via boat to us. We are very grateful. She is very hospitable. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Sanja and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

We spent 7 beautiful days at Maja’s Villa. The view was always amazing, the house itself was comfortable and clean. The location was isolated enough to feel peaceful, with a couple of excellent restaurants and easy walk away and a short drive of many several beautiful villages. We had some unusual circumstances, a power outage on the island, followed by a power outage for the region the next day. There was a heat wave so being without the air conditioning and refrigerator were a bit unpleasant. But the pool and ocean a few feet from the house helped us cope. Throughout, Maja and a local manager were in constant contact, keeping us informed and updated. They made great recommendations for a fishing/snorkeling trip with a stellar picnic. They also found cooking equipment for us so we could try making a Peka on our last night. Would recommend Maja’s Villa with no reservations!

The Villa & surroundings were no less than paradise. 2 weeks pure bliss, reset & rejuvenation. The home is pristine, beautifully clean & fresh w/ a modern, open & bright feel. The decor is young & vibrant & we felt instantly comfy & at home. Lucia & Petar are super friendly, delightful hosts who accommodated our every need & always 10 minutes away if there was a need. Supermarket a short drive away & our driver Deni who was recommended by the hosts was 10/10. The pool, the sea, the property was a 10/10 luxury experience for us, a perfect get away. Nearly nobody in sight most days & not bothered by anyone. We felt safe & secure being 2 women & didn’t want to leave! If I have to comment on anything (I hate to) but it would be the things that can’t be helped as it’s just nature but it’s worth noting that if you are afraid or allergic to cats there were a few wondering around when we arrived but soon left us alone & unfortunately the dog next door wakes at 6am sharp lol so bring ear plugs!
