We had a lovely stay in a very nice village. Mattress was a little on the harder side but was more than made up for by the rest of the house, the location and all the things the host has done to make it a great place to stay. Can't wait to visit again

3rd time staying at this lovely Georgian ground floor apartment with Tina being a fantastic accommodating host. Absolutely in the centre of Clitheroe, but yet so quiet & tranquil with reliable, secure parking. The accommodation was great for us as all on one level with 2 big bedrooms, each having separate shower room, one en-suite. It is so well equipped and you feel very at home when staying here. From this accommodation you have such easy access to so many lovely places to visit for eating, drinking, local towns, National Trust halls, breweries, famous sausage shop, great pie shops, trough of bowland, pendle hill & many more lovely places .….we will be returning.

Can’t thank Eve enough for her amazing communication and accommodating our early check in time. The flat was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Absolutely everything you’d need provided for your stay and a shop just across the road which was very handy! Will definitely be back when in the area again!!

From start to finish our stay was very enjoyable, Phil was very responsive to messages and even came to help us with the TV that had some issues and was super friendly. The apartment was spacious and ample for us both with a large shower which was helpful with my knee i had twisted. The appartment was a short drive from the seafront or was told around a 20min walk. Its also so close to local shops, public transport and a good proper english pub that was super cheap compared to the prices i am used to back home. I think the only things that i would change would be the towel sizes, bath sheets would of been wonderful. The other thing i would change would be to concrete or put slabs from the gate to the door, trying to get 2 massive suitcases filled with 2 weeks worth of clothing to the front door was a little bit of a stuggle and not being able to wheel them on the gravel path. Overall I would come back and highly recommend others to stay here. Great value, great host!! Thank you 😊

What a place! Far better then my fiends 4* hotel. 4 mins walk frim the winter gardens, 3 mins walk to the shopping centre, 9 mins walk from Blackpool North train station. So clean and tidy. I slept on the sofa bed and had a few goods night sleep. I couldnt fault it. Towels, bedding, kitchen fully fitted (utensils etc). I will stay again!!!

Exactly as described. Set up with everything needed for a self catering stay. Central location to shops and beach. The flat decor is a little tired but was clean and comfortable.

Great friendly host, great property, perfect for our weekend to see Springsteen at A field. Good location for visiting the city centre and getting to the gig, Richard was very helpful letting us check in early and with loads of information about the area and getting about

Beautiful apartment over 2 stories. Lovely large lounge and dining area. 5 minute walk to the town centre with all the shops, pubs and restaurants.

We spent 2 nights in this apartment while visiting friends in Blackpool. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and well appointed, with the highlight being the living room which has huge windows looking out over the sea which is approximately 500 metres away. The owner sent us detailed instructions before arrival and we were asked to ring him as soon as we arrived, so that he could go through various features of the apartment with us. Overall, the communication was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in Blackpool.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.

This place is exactly as described but actually, even better on arrival. Free parking right outside the door and located exactly where we wanted to be. Lots of thought and attention to detail has gone into making this home from home. Beautiful touches everywhere, fresh, bright and airy decor and sumptuous bedding. Patrick & Belinda go above and beyond with the preparations made for guest arrival including milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and snacks. It was an absolute delight and pleasure to stay here.

We have just returned from a two-night stay at Alison's place. What a little gem! Everything you would need for a few days away was lovely and peaceful. The tiny home was cosy, very close to the shops/restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to Lytham and the seafront. A great find, and we will definitely be returning at some point. 😊

This flat was well situated for us as a family of 4. Its is clean and more spacious than we had imagined. There is plenty of natural light due to the big double glazed windows facing the road and the kitchen is nicely tucked away with all the amenities you need as a family. We have 2 young kids, so the location was perfect for us, as just across the road is access the the beach and a 12 minute walk to the pier/park/high street. Weather was great in May so we made good use of that. The only gripe is about the curtains in the master bedroom, they dont come all the way down to the floor (around 90cm off the ground). Too much light enters the room to have a late sleep in. Apart from that highly recommend it.
