Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Preston

First time in Liverpool and this experience left me a positive impression of the whole of Liverpool. Very clean rooms with responsive and great customer service. Would highly recommend

house was lovely and your in a decent area with shops nearby. Stephens a very kind host who was great with replies through the app.

Great communication and really close to Old Trafford where we were watching a match.

Lovely clean and spacious flat. We stayed for one night so unfortunately didn't get to use the gym or the cinema but we will hopefully be back for our next visit up North. Host was responsive and lovely!

Great for what we needed, one night stop for an early flight from Manchester airport. 6 ladies all in holiday mode. Wetherspoons over the road with a friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced food. Beds we comfy and clean. Thanks for the Stay 😊

The house is easy to find and very close to bus routes into the city centre . It is also walkable to the city centre and very close to the two Cathedrals . The house is very comfortable, spacious and furnished very tastefully . We were a small group but it would easily accommodate more people particularly as there are 5 bathrooms . Joy replied to queries very quickly . We were close to convenience stores to stock up on basics on arrival and there are takeaways nearby too . .We found good restaurants very close by. ( Papillon and the Quarter at the end of the street ) . Liverpool is a very friendly city and the people are so helpful giving directions . There is so much to see and do and we would love to return to this lovely house .

Peter’s place was exactly as it looks in the photos, finished to a high standard, and clean throughout. We had sky tv & Netflix throughout the house (including the cinema room), and enjoyed the easy to use Sonos-style speakers that are situated throughout the house. There are walkable shops and pubs in the village nearby and it’s a short drive to Tatton Park, Quarry Bank or Alderley Edge if you’re looking for outdoor walks. The pond & stream in the garden are great to look out upon and provide a peaceful setting. Everything was straight forward but Peter was easily contactable if we needed him. A great stay overall and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I had a lovely time staying at this property! Everything from communication to cleanliness, comfort, and location was absolutely perfect. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again.

Geoff was a wonderful and very responsive host, the home was beautiful and exactly as advertised, everything was clean and tidy and it was overall a very cozy, romantic vibe. Couldn’t ask for any more, would deffo come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Naeem’s place. It suited our needs well as a large group of friends staying for a weekend get together. We loved the location as we were so close to beautiful Peak District walks, and got lots of use out of the communal areas and large projector screen. We really appreciated Naeem setting up the BBQ and hot tub before we arrived, and enjoyed using both. It is worth noting that the hot tub is not outdoors as shown in the photos, but instead in a small outbuilding that is well set up with lights and a TV screen, but does mean that you can’t sit and enjoy the view from the hot tub. We still really enjoyed using it and understand that this set up makes it much easier to look after the hot tub! The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. Naeem was a very responsive host, getting back to us very quickly when we had a small problem with the boiler, and checking in often over text to make sure we were enjoying our stay! The Coach House was a wonderful base for a family holiday over the Easter break. It was handy for exploring the wealth of family-friendly activities in the Lancashire area but provided us with a spotlessly clean, well-equipped place to return to each evening. Claire was a marvellous host, providing timely and clear instructions on key aspects and also went above and beyond in providing Easter treats for the kids. We would thoroughly recommend.

What a lovely home with a great cinema room in the basement as a nice surprise . Sophie is always at hand to help and recommended some great restaurants to go to. A lovely weekend with the family Thanks Sophie , will definitely come again

Really friendly host. Check in was really easy and he was flexible around our plans. There is a tram a short walk away into Manchester, ideal location with some lovely parks and brunch spots only a 5 minute walk away.

Host was very responsive and replied to all my messages quickly. Apartment was spotless and well cared for. Pleasure to stay here
