We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacey and Edward’s place near Texoma. My husband and I had some luck catching g a few fish in the lake behind the house. Also loved watching and listening to the birds on the front porch and watching several deer show up for the corn we put out. Thanks so much for a wonderful long weekend. We needed it and able to spend it with our kids and granddaughter.

Great stay! Loved the pool! It was perfect for our party of five!

We booked this home for my mom's 80th birthday trip to the casino and I wanted a home that was comfortable, roomy, and in a safe location and it was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was super relaxing and hot. Home is so roomy, decorated beautifully, and we were surprised at how convenient it is to everything but still feels private. We would love to come back again.

This place was awesome. My daughter said it was the best vacation she’s had. The pool is spectacular, the farm-like feel of the place, horses, mules, chickens, fresh eggs!!! Traeger to grill, fridge outside!!! Perfect. Kitchen is like a professional kitchen, we were able to cook several meals there so we didn’t have to spend a lot of money dining out. If I could give this pace 10 stars, I would.

This was our second time staying with Melissa. She remembered us as soon as we booked and we felt like we were coming to our 2nd home. Melissa communicates beautifully and you can tell she takes great care of her clients and home. She is the best!!

Stacy was a great host! She provided clear directions and instructions on the check-in/check-out process. She also had many suggestions for the surrounding area. The location is very good, as it is so close to the marina. The house was well stocked for a larger group. She was very responsive when I had any questions.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend the weekend. We loved all the nature and the scenery. We hope to return!

Great stay at Travis spot definitely clean spacious in a quiet neighborhood and he was super quick with his responses definitely recommend and would stay again for sure

Peaceful property for relaxing. Great covered porch to hang out with the doggies. Host was flexible with our needs. Nice beach 1+ mile away. Follow host directions, some rock roads are rough. If we come back to lake Texoma, we will stay here again.

This was an amazing home—beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The host was excellent, very responsive and welcoming. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Would definitely come back again. Five stars all the way!

Our stay was fantastic! The kids keep saying they cannot wait to go back. The place is so kid friendly they enjoyed it very much. Such creative builds there! Not far from the lake and light house marina. The restaurant across the street was delicious. We had a bad storm while there and host was very responsive about power and if we may need anything until the power came back which didn’t take long at all. If you’re looking for a family friendly place with in a good budget I suggest the orange place. We will be back. 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Overall a wonderful experience. It is a quiet neighborhood, which was exactly what we wanted. Tons of windows to let in the natural light and enjoy the scenery. The hosts made themselves available for questions throughout our stay, and responded quickly.

The home was perfect for a small family. We lost power and were able to book fast and easily when we needed somewhere to stay. The home is cute, comfy, and had everything we needed.

This space was so perfect for our week get-away. It was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

My wife and I had a wonderfully stress free stay at The Little Ass Apartment! Michael was a great host, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. The place is amazing inside and out. The three miniature donkeys led by Eve Girl and Kobe the horse were a fun part of the experience. The Banrdo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We spent our days running through the small towns from Collinsville to Tishomingo, OK visiting antique stores. Once back at the property we played corn hole (which I won) and cards ( which I did not win!) before spending the rest of our evening staring at the stars while we sat on the swings outside. What a great place to just get away from the big city! One of our favorite weekend getaways. Thank you Michael and family for your hospitality and allowing us to share your beautiful place! Great place to stay, once you enter the place you would never think it was a single wide mobile home. Very open kitchen and living room layout. Two big bedrooms and two bath rooms. Very close to a marina. If it’s available, rent it.

This was a great space to stay in and it was very close to the place we wanted to visit (Washita Point & Alberta Creek Marina). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs in Denison and this is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. Very clean and modern home. Plenty of room. Couldn’t recommend enough. Next time we are in town we will definitely be back!

Such a cute place! The interior decor was excellent, nice appliances (even had a washer & dryer available), great instructions. She literally thought of everything to make your stay special! I actually felt like I was staying at a family member’s place because it was so comfortable and had everything I might need at my fingertips! I will definitely be staying here each time I go to see my grandbabies! Even my 7 yo grandson said, “Wow, this is a nice house!”. Thank you Tabatha for making our stay so wonderful!

Fantastic stay! The space was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt instantly welcoming. We appreciated how comfortable and restful everything was, truly just as described l. Highly recommend would book again in a heartbeat!

We had 5 guys stay here and it was the perfect place for our group. Good proximately to the lake & casino. Will definitely look to stay here again.
