Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

It was a great place to stay for a week! You definitely need a car to get to coves, markets, etc. Very cool that each room has its own bathroom. The barbecue and pool on the terrace are also real highlights. Only the noise from the street is a bit disruptive.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for the kids, with an immersive playground and trampolines that kept them entertained for hours. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The outdoor area was particularly great, offering plenty of room for the kids to play safely. Highly recommend this place for families looking for fun and relaxation in one spot!

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Suzana is the most kind and thoughtful host. Upon arrival she prepared deliciously warm fritule and a lovely bottle of her mums honey liqueur. She was always available and popped in everyday to make sure we didn’t want for anything and would sometimes bring wild asparagus from her walks. The place is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Suzana even installed a brand new large screen TV while we were there. She kindly placed the two single beds together for the second room which we also really appreciated. The pool is perfect for warm sunny days and the peka for fires and cooking was lovely. Everything you need is there except for a toaster. All in all we had a wonderful time. There are just a couple of things I think are pertinent to mention for future guests reference - the wifi isn’t great; this is a neighbourhood so there can be noise from barking dogs and whipper snippers; hot water is limited which means we couldn’t us the bathtub. House is very cozy and practical. In the kitchen there is everything, even for the self-catering, which cooks a lot. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet were also very useful for us 7 people. We liked to use the garden with gazebo to eat and relax. The house is far enough away from all the tourist noise. By car, you can get to the many grocery stores, the restaurants in Labin and on the beach very quickly. The wifi is stable and fast, important for teenagers😀. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

Fantastic, beautiful place. Lovely stay. I wish we had stayed longer. Large grocery stores nearby. Short drive to the charming village of Labin. We also drove to Rovinj (wonderful) and Pula. We felt the location was good as it was easy to see the sites of Istria. Highly recommended. Hope to return some day.

We had a wonderful time! Just because of the pool, but also thanks to Adisa! She was always easy to reach, sent us tips for excursions and restaurants and a huge welcome basket was waiting for us. Everything was very clean and well equipped. With four small children, we would have liked a vacuum cleaner and mosquito nets on the windows. The repeatedly bad WLAN connection and bad LTE network can also be seen as a digital detox :D more time for swimming! We highly recommend Villa Animo!

Value for money, very good. We were completely satisfied and I highly recommend it...if we choose Croatia next year, we go to Petra again.

We stayed at Andrea’s house for business purposes, so we were not on holiday. We had a really nice stay at Andrea’s house and would definitely book again. Andrea was very friendly, proactive and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is very clean.

The place is absolutely amazing, really beautiful, artistic and inspiring! We have spent a New year’s there and we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen: it really has everything! The bedrooms are nice and cozy and one of the two bathrooms even has a tub. Everything was basically spotless. Also the outside is great with a beautiful garden. But the best thing about our stay was the host: Agaron is a great guy, he responded quickly to all of my messages, he and his wife waited for us and welcomed us and even gave us some very thoughtful gifts. They also gave some suggestions about what to do and they really did everything we felt great at their place. We are all grateful we got a chance to welcome 2025 in such a nice way.
