"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22nd to April 5th 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Since summer 2017, I have been offering this barrier-free and 120 sqm apartment for 4-6 people, which is ideal for family, couples or even a group vacation. Both the beach and the nature reserve can be reached within a very short time.

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.

PUR Ostsee

A little away from the town center, almost already on the Darßwald is the charming property with the vacation home. The vacation home in Prerow doesn't give away what's in it with its maritime romantic exterior. The black wooden facade seems classy and is favorably complemented by the typical Baltic Sea roof shape.
