House holiday rentals in Premià de Mar

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

This place is a gem!! Not only were the accommodations clean, comfortable, and as described, Yolanda is a hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and right at home. She provided so many extras, including a homemade chocolate cake and some delicious little orange fruits from the backyard orchard that we had never even seen before. Delicious!! She was quick to answer all our questions and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The house is located in Zone 1 of Barcelona’s public transportation system and is easy to get to. It took around 20 minutes to get to the main metro hub with all the connecting lines in downtown Barcelona. (We got the visitor Hola Travel card and never had any problems.) We’d definitely stay here again!

The view from the villa was truly amazing. Really well equipped villa for a larger group as well, but do note that the fourth bedroom is actually the living room. Luckily that room was really big so the extra beds fit there well. Sylvia was a great host and offered help and flexibility when we needed it.

David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

The villa exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect home base for our group trip. The space was well-designed with plenty of room (and bathrooms) for everyone to spread out and have their privacy, while also featuring beautiful communal areas that brought us all together for meals and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable, the secure parking gave us peace of mind, and the pool was gorgeous - we spent hours just lounging. Our host was incredibly warm and responsive - any questions we had were answered quickly and thoughtfully. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat with a host who really cares about your experience!

There were three of us at Trude and Miguel's and we are just thrilled! We felt very comfortable, the accommodation looks exactly like the photos and we lacked nothing. Trude welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. We met Miguel the next day and both are super friendly and open. We also received very helpful tips for surrounding shopping, bars and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. The accommodation is outside of Barcelona, but still easily accessible by bus and train. We really enjoyed escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city. Here you can relax and have a good time. We would love to come back and can only recommend it! ☺️🫶🏻

Jose’s home was amazing, the location is perfect to avoid the busy city life. The host’s were very helpful and communication was great with no problem’s at all during my 3 night stay. I would highly recommend Jose’s place and would visit again!

Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

I traveled comfortably with the kindness of Elisenda and her family. Thank you for the opportunity to experience the beautiful Argentona. Near the accommodation, there are marts, cafes, and bakeries. You can also reach Mataro Beach nearby in 20 minutes by bus. The accommodation is clean, spacious, and good for cooking. Thank you again for the kindness of the host. I was impressed by her delicacy and consideration. I would like to come back if I have the opportunity next time.

One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at! The views are unreal, and the place has everything you could need. It’s super quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. Idoa was great and gave us awesome tips for things to do nearby. Just a heads up, the place is up a bit of a hill, so having a car definitely helps. Would 100% come back!

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

We had such a lovely stay in this villa. The home looked even better than the photos, and it was a clean and very comfortable stay. We stayed here as a group of friends for a special occasion, and it was the perfect house with lots of lovely communal social areas to celebrate in. The pool is beautiful and the views of the sea are stunning to wake up to. For our itinerary we chose to travel into the city a few times via taxi, which we knew may be a little challenging due to other reviews we had read. David was extremely helpful and responsive at helping us do this. I’d recommend public transport for peace of mind if you have somewhere to be at specific times, however if you do require taxi’s the hosts are extremely helpful with organising this. We couldn’t have asked for more from this trip and we are so grateful for all the help that was provided by the hosts, even during the lead up to the trip David was always available to answer questions! Thank you so much.

It was our 2nd time staying in the beautiful house and we loved it even more than the first time. We didn’t even get a car to travel around and just stayed most of the time on the beautiful Terrasse and walked to the supermarket and to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay and it has everything you need. Jose Juan is incredibly fast in his communication and always helpful.

We had a much more pleasant stay, the house is perfect for a family, with a very nice pool and an incredible view. The house is well located to be quiet but close enough to the beach and Barcelona. As for Roser, an incredible host, extremely kind and responsive... We are really delighted with our stay

Thanks again for this stay, quality accommodation with a cleanliness never seen for an Airbnb. A tortilla is left in the fridge on arrival as well as some basic products. A breathtaking view. Thank you again!

Lourdes was the best host. Very communicative and helpful, even drove us to the shops. We loved our stay, very relaxing and restful after a busy five weeks in Morocco, Portugal and Spain.,

The property manager was very helpful and communicative and this was a big reason I ended up choosing this rental over others. She seemed so warm and friendly that I felt confident booking. She met us at the house, which was easy to find via instructions she sent beforehand. She had a very sweet welcome basket of food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived and even had offered to order takeout food for us since we were arriving late. She sent a beautiful guidebook with recommendations that were helpful. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were made up and ready with towels and toiletries like a fancy hotel. There was coffee and sugar (but no cream) and everything needed to cook (oil, spices, pans, etc.). The location felt extremely private and safe and was a 10-15 minute drive to town and beaches. We used the heated pool every day even though it was April and cold/windy. The host continued to communicate during our stay and met us when we left. Really pleasant experience.

Together with a family we spent a week in this super stylish, clean, spacious and comfortable vila which is located in very tiny and calm surroundings however close to the most beautiful places! The vila itself is very spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and the birds sounds in the mornings/evenings. Location is convenient however the car is a must. Communication with the hosts was very smooth. We were guided during the check in and supported during our stay. Thank you Monica&Carlos!

Can definitely recommend this place for 2 couples like us, or for a family with kids! The place had everything you may need: All the kitchen appliances, a laundry machine, pool towels, etcetera. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very cozy with a great terrace for morning coffee. The pool was our favourite part! We spent many hours enjoying the big pool, sunbathing and soaking up the view of the valley. The area itself is also a nice part of Catalunya, with nice hikes, friendly people and some good restaurants as well. Dan was a very friendly and accomodating host, who was very responsive to all our questions and also offered lots of information in folders in the bnb. All in all, a fantastic stay! Totally worth a visit, for short or long stays!
