The house was restored in 2003. The house has 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a beautiful private garden of 400 square meters. In the house you can park up to 4 cars and has an automatic sliding door to enter them. The house is located in the old town of the village,You can walk around the village without having to take the car. There is a grocery store on the same street and around there are the shops needed to spend the days. The distance to Barcelona is 20 km,to the Costa Brava is 90 km. Very close is the outlet La Roca Village , as well as the Montmeló Gp motorcycle circuit. Five minutes away from the house is the train station that leads directly to Plaza Catalunya in central Barcelona. Its proximity to Barcelona means that visitors can be in Barcelona all day whether working or sightseeing and at night can return to the house to dine in the beautiful and quiet garden. Apartments are super cozy and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. Josep is very friendly host, he advised us couple of restaurants which we found delicious. Beach is in couple minutes walk. Sea is clean, warm and deep. We felt right at home. We enjoyed our time at this place and would be glad to come back sometime.

Helena is very welcoming, with small touches that make us feel good immediately. His house is atypical, full of paintings and objects that make it a universe in its own right. What can we say about the small details of the shaded garden with a view of the Mediterranean. All this just 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the historic center of Barcelona, I highly recommend it.

Amazing views, pool & beach close to Barcelona

We were greeted by the host on arrival who gave us a house tour. She showed us how to lock up and went through the house rules and how to recycle here. I asked about local restaurant recommendations and she sent me their information and advised that the walk down to the beach was lovely. Which I can confirm, it is. There are lovely brunch spots just off the side of the beach along with an Aldi. The house was perfect for our needs and the pool was perfect especially after how hot it was whilst we stayed. It’s about 40 mins in an over to the city centre and we used uber most of the time which made it easy. I also explored some of the walking trails around the villa setting and they have incredible views. I would definitely recommend as long as you can deal with hills. It’s a very quiet and safe area: Perfect for families and for groups of professionals. Thank you so much for a lovely stay we had a great time.

Absolutely loved staying at Hous’ place. Hous is a really caring host. I have been travelling a lot recently and I can say the way Hous treats his guests is truly top notch. He gave super clear instructions and went far and beyond to make sure we will have a good time.
