Holiday rentals with a patio in Preko

I had a very pleasant stay at Vesna’s apartment in Zadar! Everything was super clean, tidy and comfortable. Location was great, not so far from the old town and the sea. Host was very friendly, attentive to details and responsive. The terrace and surrounding area were also well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this place ☀️

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Zadar. It was very clean and nicely decorated, and looked just like the photos. The location is very convenient and close to the old town, supermarkets and the airport bus stop. It is set back slightly from the seafront in a quiet residential area but as a solo female traveller I never felt unsafe walking back. The host was very responsive and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist so perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet! Es fehlte absolut an nichts. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gesehen. Mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, sämtliche Basics, einfach alles in ausreichender Menge und total schön und neu vorhanden. Wir waren schon einige Male in Zadar, in Zukunft werden wir immer bei Andelka sein! Sehr nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Wir waren zum Freundinnen - Urlaub dort und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder. Es sah so auf wie auf den Fotos und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles super sauber und ordentlich. Eins der Highlights war der beheizte Pool mit Blick aufs Meer 🤩 Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, wir hatten einen Mietwagen und somit war alles gut erreichbar. Auch mit Uber waren wir öfters problemlos unterwegs. Ein paar Tage vor unserer Ankunft haben wir eine Nachricht von Blazenko erhalten mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Obwohl wir am Anreisetag sehr spät ankamen, hat er sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles erklärt. Blazenko war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter.

What a fantastic host. Cannot say enough great things about Patricia. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We’d love to come back for a longer stay. One of us was feeling ill and needed medical attention, Patricia drove us to her personal doctor. WOW!! Beautiful yard and gardens with a great deck to eat, drink and relax on. Thanks again.

Mieszkanie Antoniji bylo wyjatkowe! Mimo, ze trafilismy na zmienna pogode(jak w calej Europie tego maja) to dzieki basenowi z podgrzewana wode nie moglismy narzekac:) Mozna skorzystac z aplikacji na smart tv. Okolica spokojna, rano kawa w Pubie Spar i rogalik z marketu Tommy. Uberem w 7 minut na Stare Miasto za 4euro. Spacerem do plazy jakies 10minut;) Polecamy i na pewno skorzystamy w przyszlosci!

Very beautiful house!! Sanja is a lovely host, always made sure that we felt good and had everything, she recommended trips/sights and even made us cake! Thank you Sanja, we had the most relaxed and beautiful time!

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehme und die Unterkunft wirklich sehr sauber, vor allem das Bad und die Küche! Die Terrasse war ebenfalls sehr schön und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir würden das AirBnB wirklich empfehlen und auch nochmal wieder kommen :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei Gloria. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet, auf Nachfrage Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und die Familie, welche man auf dem Grundstück traf, war ebenfalls äußerst freundlich. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen.🥰

Great villa, lots to do. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich, Pool und Sauna traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Andrej war super. Der einzige deutliche Minuspunkt: Uns wurde auch auf mehrmalige eindringliche Bitte kein Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Andrej sagte, dass er das selbst nicht entscheiden könne. Ich konnte wirklich nicht verstehen, wieso kein Stuhl angeschafft werden konnte. Für uns war das eine große Einschränkung/Herausforderung, weswegen ich das hier öffentlich mache, damit andere Eltern mit Kleinkind vorbereitet sind.

Wir durften vier Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen und haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und wunderbar ruhig – dennoch ist man in nur einer halben Stunde in Zadar, umgeben von traumhaften Olivenhainen. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Grill verleiht den Abenden das gewisse Etwas. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen, auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Goran und seine Familie haben ganze Arbeit geleistet – so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber erlebt man selten. Wir suchten etwas Besonderes, und Goran hat dafür all seine Verbindungen genutzt. Am Abreisetag hat er uns völlig unerwartet überrascht – und unsere Suche damit beendet. 😊 Wow... Wir waren sprachlos und begeistert vom Einsatz der ganzen Familie! ❤️ Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Abende am Grill zu geniessen, in der Nähe von Zadar shoppen zu gehen oder Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine zu machen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! DANKE

Petit logement situé en bord de chemin pour entrer en 10 et 35min à pied des 2 entrées du parc Paklenica et également situé sur des pistes de vtt. Cette petite maison en pierre est d'un charme fou et rénovée avec soin le tout avec une belle touche de décoration notamment sur la magnifique terrasse. 2 chambres petites idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque de rien. Surement très agréable en été par la fraicheur des pierres en fortes chaleurs. Douche avec pression et place de parking sous les arbres. A noté que la maison est dans un petit bourg en cours de rénovations d'une petite dizaine de maisons en pierres dont déjà 5/6 sont rénovées. La ville est située à 400m, de quoi se baigner à 15min à pied et un supermarché suffisant pour les vacances à 5min en voiture le tout à 15min de l'autoroute. Un logement parfait et adapté à des séjours pour randonneurs de quelques jours comme de plusieurs semaines.

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft von Margarita war wunderschön. Ein sehr gemütliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment, welches genauso aussieht, wie auf den Bildern. Margarita und ihre Eltern waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!!

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

zeer leuk en recent appartement. top terras voor ontbijt, aperitief en avond rust. Zeer mooi uitzicht op de zee.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)
