House holiday rentals in Prazeres

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

Nach einem problemlosen und flexiblem Check-In Vorgang haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt und gut zurechtgefunden. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber. Uns hat die ruhige Lage gut gefallen, ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein Bäcker und die Pizzeria um die Ecke sind sehr zu empfehlen und gut zu erreichen. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist ein weiteres kleines Restaurant zu Fuß zu erreichen, das gut sein soll, bei dem wir allerdings nicht zu Gast waren. Etwas weiter um die Ecke lässt sich im Mai der Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit Alfredo waren wir ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und hilfreich. Einzig ein Staubsauger hat uns gefehlt. Bei einem etwas längerem Aufenthalt hätten wir uns gefreut kurz durchsaugen zu können. Mit dem Besen ging es aber auch :o) - wirklich ein kleines Manko. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder.

This was a delightful place to stay. Very private and so many facilities for a small place. Beautiful views, swimming pool and honesty bar. A total hidden gem.

Das Haus nahe Calheta war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt! Sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet – es war wirklich an alles gedacht: ein beheizter Pool, Gewürze, Duschgel, Müllbeutel, sogar Waschmittel standen bereit. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer kleinen Dorfstraße. Es gibt Nachbarn, aber durch die clevere Lage hat man trotzdem viel Privatsphäre und wird nicht eingesehen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft und lädt zum Verweilen auf der Terrasse ein. Die Lage ist ideal, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden – mit einem Automatikauto problemlos zu erreichen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Elvio: Er war jederzeit erreichbar, super freundlich und hatte großartige Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände. Auch ein später Check-out war völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im „Sweet Brava Home“. Wir hätten stundenlang auf der Terrasse sitzen können. Der Ausblick ist eine 10/10

Heel compleet huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Bij aankomst lag er wat lekkers voor ons klaar om de eerste ochtend mee door te komen, erg aardig 😊 en Madeira is prachtig!

Das im Bauhaus-Stil gehaltene Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Es sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden. Das Haus war gesamte Haus und die Terrassen waren sehr sauber inklusive der Bäder. Der Pool war wie vereinbart beheizt und durch die Abdeckung hat er auch sehr gut die Temperatur gehalten. Fatima hat sich direkt am zweiten Tag kurz bei uns vorgestellt, sie ist sehr nett und wir hatten sofort ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Wir durften sogar ein paar Tomaten aus Ihrem heimischen Garten probieren. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub mit Poolzeit und Wandern verbringen möchte, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Aussicht über Calheta ist atemberaubend und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Alles war sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns extrem Wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer und vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist wirklich groß, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Yamila ist freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einen besseren Host zu finden ist wirklich schwer. Das AirBnB ist super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Bei sämtlichen Fragen stand uns Ana immer zur Seite. Außerdem hat sie einen wirklich tollen Travelguide geschrieben. Wenn wir wieder nach Madeira fliegen würden, würden wir ohne zu zögern ein AirBnB von ihr nehmen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Jardim Do Mar et le logement y a fortement contribué grâce à sa belle terrasse vue mer où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas. l'environnement est très dépaysant, le logement spacieux. Attention ça grimpe un peu et il y a beaucoup d'escaliers à monter. Mais c est aussi pour cela que la vue est magnifique! nous recommandons ce logement!

Such an amazing space! Our family highly enjoyed our stay. The home is more beautiful than the pictures. The pool was lovely and the location was great for hiking as well as trips to Funchal. We would love to come back again!

Absolutely loved our stay here for the week! We loved the ability to walk into town and grab food at any time. We found a number of great restaurants! We also loved being within the energy of the town of Camara De Lobos. It was very warm, welcoming, and vibrant. We loved the home and felt it was clean, beautiful, and the perfect opportunity to slow down life and enjoy the sound of the ocean. The breeze was able to keep us cool (mid February visit for us), the sound of the ocean helped us drift off peacefully, and we enjoyed the opportunity to lounge in the sun on the many decks available. Parking was simple and free right around the house. We had very prompt communication and felt very supported. Overall the location was a great spot to adventure to the rest of the island. If we ever return to Madeira this is where we will be staying!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort mit diesem fantastischen Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer !

Het is een prachtige plek op een heel fijne locatie - dichtbij de zee, waar we van op het terras een geweldig uitzicht hebben. De keuken is prima, de bedden ietwat hard maar goed en handig dat er 2 douches en wc’s zijn. We hebben het er fantastisch naar onze zin gehad!

The villa was beautiful - stunning location - and perfectly furnished. Lovely walk to Ponta do Sol village but the walk back is not for the faint hearted - Bolt is available :-) Whilst there were a few teething issues on arrival, Rita was super responsive and helpful in sorting any problems and our stay was great. It was a lovely stay in a stunning villa with amazing views and we would love to come back.

Nous avons adoré séjourner à cet endroit. Le village est extraordinaire, avec ses petits trottoirs. L’auto doit rester dans un stationnement à l’entrée. C’est vraiment paisible. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Les lits confortables. Plusieurs coins terrasses pour profiter de l’extérieur. La vue sur l’océan et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Tout était parfait.

Des hôtes chaleureux, bienveillants, réactifs et amicaux. Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé grâce à leurs recommandations. De belles prestations en adéquation avec la description. Une literie agréable, un linge propre, de l’électronique et du petits électroménager permettant de se sentir « comme à la maison »

Wij (twee stellen) hadden een heerlijke week in dit prachtige huis. Het huis is ietsjes ruimer dan we dachten. Mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad. Op deze helling weleens wolken waardoor de zon zich niet altijd liet zien. Voor restaurantjes moet je wel de auto nemen. Hosts reageerden altijd snel op een bericht van ons. Al met al een aanrader!

La villa est incroyable, moderne, ultra equipée, dotée d'une piscine hyper agréable et hyper propre. La vue sur le village et la mer est à couper le souffle. Trois nuits merveilleuses passées à Calheta. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter de nombreux lieux faciles d'accès en voiture. Francisco que je n'ai pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer est très sympa, disponible et aidant. Et merci à Nelia de sa disponibilité et flexibilité. Nous reviendrons!

belle maison spacieuse,confortable,idéale, tout y est bien pensé. on s'y sent comme chez soi et Yva est de très bon conseil et est une excellente hôte dommage de devoir partir de cette belle maison et de cette merveilleuse île aux fleurs 🌸

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable, et nous en avons beaucoup profité car il faisait un temps magnifique.

We had a lovely stay in Madeira at this property. Lovely facilities throughout the place, with the pizza oven, jacuzzi and the hammock (our favourite) all very nice additions to the property which were thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. We opted not to heat the pool but the temperature was fine to swim in anyway! In terms of location the area is very peaceful and scenic however at the cost of activities often being a slightly further drive. We did not find this to be an issue throughout our stay however! Definitely recommend renting a car if staying here!
