I'm next door and I use the studio as an off-season office. I provide everything as in a hotel, towels, linens. The location is perfect. You can get everywhere on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is perfect for relaxing evenings after exercise. By car, easy access by the very clear national road to Megève (10 minutes), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.

Downtown and amenities 5 min walk, 5 min from Megève by car and 45 min from Chamonix Mont Blanc. Senseo, fondue and raclette sets and table barbecue available.

The equipped kitchen is nice for a cook easily . You will be comfortably installed on the sofa for an aperitif. For your sleeping arrangements, it's up to you to choose to sleep in 2 single beds or bring them together to make a double bed. bed and bath linen are not provided.

Independent chalet of 50 m2, living area with equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine with double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, bedroom with two bunk beds. The chalet has a terrace, outdoor parking. There is a wood-burning stove that can be used, wood is not provided. The chalet is a 3-minute drive from the start of the slopes and a 3-minute drive from the center of Praz village where you will find all the necessary amenities.

welcome! The accommodation (27 m2) is located not far from the village (10 min walk) all shops nearby. It is quiet, not overlooked, facing north/northwest, advantage: cool even in high heat!! the ski lifts are 500 m away, hiking trails nearby as well as the lake 8 minutes' walk away. Pets allowed except 1st and 2nd category dogs. bed linen, bath towels and dish towels are provided. Please clean before your departure.
